Fantastic experience: I had my regular cleaning and oral exam at Dr. Willis's office and everything went perfectly, the service, the appointment timing, and of course the work and the exam. Further, the office procedures to protect everyone from the virus are exceptional, and the staff are all great people who make the visit fun.

Fantastic experience: Dr Benson is a true “old school” dentist. He will help repair your teeth without looking for work that does not need to be repaired. Been to other conglomerates that tell you lies just to pay for their over head. I know this for a fact because while Dr Benson was on vacation, I sat in 2 other dentist chairs just to kindly walk out. I needed to take out a second mortgage. I decided to wait a week till Dr Benson returned. Dr Benson and his entire staff are by far the best!

Even over time they still provide high quality care and the staff goes the extra mile to help with insurance issues. I recommend them highly for any dental needs. Fantastic experience: Friendly officials staff, competent hygienist. I’m a snow bird The communication between the office up north and down here is flawless.

Negative experience: My wife's temporary crown ($1800) fell off on Thursday. She had the work done Tuesday of that week. She called the emergency # Friday morning (office closed) with no response. Finally she gets a call Monday after 9am to come to an appointment at 4pm, sorry no one is available till then. My wife has been in pain and hasn't been able to eat real food since Thursday night. If you are looking to pay a premium price and get this kind of service this office is for you. Funny thing is this is a referral from a coworker the dentist has known his wife since she was small.

Fantastic experience: I've been going to Dr Willis for years, and have always been pleased with both his care and that of his staff. They are professional, personable, and I trust them. Due to a change in insurance companies, I went to Sage Dental and was presented with $3,000 worth of needed dental work even before they cleaned my teeth, which they never did. I've since acquired insurance so I can return to Dr Willis's office. I trust Dr Willis and his staff implicitly.

Fantastic experience: Dr Benson was a second opinion. Dr Kindig said that 4 teeth had to be extracted. Dr Benson said 2 of the 4 could be saved. Dr Benson tries to save my teeth as long as possible. The other Dr. Is about extractions and Implants or dentures. Dr Benson is a native Floridian and was educated at Emory University School of Dentistry. I had some of my crowns done at Emory Dental School in the 1970's and I still have one of those crowns today. 11-2025. Emory Dental School was known as the highest rated dental schools until they disconnected the dental school. Dr Benson's entire office and dental staff are calm, kind and did not rush me at any time. I will never go to another dentist.

Positive experience: First of all I want to say Dr Willis is amazing. He has been nothing but kind and probably my favorite dentist in my life. My wife and kids were going to start going to Dr Willis as well, as their dentist stopped taking insurance. The three stars is for today. I happen to break a tooth Friday night. I spoke with Nicole, who was very nice. She asked a few questions and I said I was good until Monday. She informed me to call first thing in the morning so I could get on the schedule. I called Monday morning and spoke with a nice woman who said she needed to make some calls to move the schedule around to get me in. She called about an hour later and told me to be in at 11:45. I showed up and was told my appointment was Tuesday not Monday. To which a staff member laughed. I said that couldn’t be the case as I was leaving town for work Tuesday. I was told that I’d be waiting a while. I said fine but I leave for a week at a time and needed the tooth fixed. A short time later an office rep came out and said I would not be seen today as Dr Willis was busy. She said your appointment is tomorrow. I was absolutely stunned by this. Never in my life have I been turned away in any situation that was even remotely similar. Now half the day is gone and I have to find a new dentist. Really put me in a bind. The dismissive attitude of the office staff was unbelievable. I was able to find another local dentist who has never seen me before. I called and said I had a broken tooth. They said come in immediately. I was in a chair within 10 minutes of walking in the door. He just simply said. This is the type of stuff that takes priority and it won’t take long to help you. Needless to say this is my new dentist along with my wife and kids. Just disappointed by a couple of dismissive staff members.

Positive experience: I saw Dr Bensen yesterday who I highly recommend! He is gentle, caring, funny and very competent. However, the office staff could use some customer service training. Checking out, I was 6th in line, so far back that one of the hygienist asked me and the person before me to move to the waiting room because we could see into the treatment rooms. I waited there 13 minutes and went to the window to complain where there were 2 other office personnel who barely looked up and told them how long I had been waiting. I was told by the dark haired one that they were very busy and she was sorry for the wait but never even got up. I waited 5 more minutes and left the office without checking out. Horrible experience! I have recommended this practice many times but unless they do something about the inefficiency of the office staff, that won’t happen.

Positive experience: Most recently, Jan. 31, 2024, the office staff had a problem collecting $ from my insurance plan for PAST SERVICES. The office manager said I owed $, but I THOUGHT we were speaking of MY WIFE'S account; so I paid the EXTRA $. I am NOT HAPPY. If I don't get this resolved EASILY AND QUICKLY; I"M GONE! Dr Willis and DR. Benson are two terrific dentists. I finally found a couple of honest guys who are a credit to their profession. They don't try to get you to make unnecessary repairs like many dentists do. Their dental hygienists are also top quality. I highly recommend these guys, BUT the OFFICE STAFF gives me problems as they should know how to get $ from MY INSURANCE CARRIER! I DON"T NEED THE HEADACHES! D. Samberg
