When I first came in ALL the staff at the front desk said hello and it was a nice feeling. Kyle does an excellent job with explaining everything and answering any questions for my next appointment. Negative experience: I’ve been going to this dental location for many years and have seen many dentists and hygienists come and go. Unfortunately, this is the worst I’ve ever seen the practice. The atmosphere is no longer welcoming or personable. There is now a sales representative on-site who approaches Invisalign consultations with a “car sales” style negotiation, which feels very uncomfortable and out of place in a healthcare setting. My teeth cleaning itself was done by a very kind and professional hygienist. However, when the main dentist came into the room to consult, there was no introduction—no greeting, no name—just an immediate attempt to recline the chair and place hands in my mouth. That lack of basic etiquette was surprising and unacceptable. I addressed it directly, explaining that it’s rude to enter a room and put your fingers in someone’s mouth without first introducing yourself. While it was taken well, it raises a larger concern: this is a business I’ve supported for years, and professionalism and basic courtesy should be a given. Overall, the practice has lost the personal, respectful environment it once had, and that’s disappointing.

Fantastic experience: I’m a new patient at Port St. Lucie Family Dentist. I have to say I was very impressed by the professionalism and courtesy given by the staff. The dental assistant was very thorough with checking the health of my teeth, gums, mouth, and tongue. I had traditional X-rays of my teeth, a scan of my jaw, and bone structure, and a 3D imaging of my teeth. I met doctor Goldstien and she was very professional, polite, and went over the findings of the X-rays and scans and explained in detail what my options were. I asked about teeth whitening and correcting my bite. The steps and cost were explained to me but I never felt pressured to decide at that moment. The office is very nicely decorated and very clean. I will definitely recommend this dentist to family and friends.

Negative experience: How do you close for lunch and all the staff stop working and lock the doors but tell people to show up 15 mintues early for a appointment, take lunch in shifts not everyone close down and make people sit outside in the heat

Negative experience: Worst experience I’ve ever had. I went in for a routine appointment and was told I had periodontal disease, a crack which needed a crown and fillings. I went to a periodontist as recommended and then got everything fixed. I came back here a few months later to talk about Invisalign which the dentist replied “absolutely not you will lose your teeth” in a VERY rude way. After being told my teeth were gonna fall out and asking for more money, I reached out for a second opinion somewhere else who provided completely different information. I did have the perio, but did NOT have any cracks, did NOT need fillings, and they checked all my teeth and stated they were NOT loose enough to fall out. This place was charging me and giving me treatment plans for crowns and extractions and fillings when I didn’t need any of that. I am happy with my new dentist. Beware of this place. If your gut tells you they’re trying to do things not needed PLEASE seek another opinion. Not only did they try to scam me out of things not needed, the front desk staff was rude and condescending

Fantastic experience: From the moment I walked in to this first visit (with all my fear and anxiety of dental work) I felt welcomed by the office staff, cared for by the hygienist and heard by the dentist. They all made this the most pleasant visit it could possibly be for me! They explained everything thoroughly, worked to minimize my pain and helped to alleviate my fears and anxiety. Excited to see them again, even though the work I need is extensive (which is my fault and not there’s)! Check them out, it’s definitely worth a try!!

Negative experience: biggest scam ever I have never had x-rays hurt me so bad they cut up the inside of my mouth. I went to the office for a cleaning after an hour and a half All I had was four sets of photos taken. They told me to come back for a cleaning when I thought that was my reason for a visit I understand, taking a set of x-rays for the doctor to look at never four different sets of imaging. I did not even get a cleaning done. They just want your money. why did I have an appointment for images only and not a cleaning in the same visit? I will not be returning

Fantastic experience: Here on vacation I developed a toothache which got progressively worse each day. Dr. Goldstein's practice 5 minutes from where we was staying and they had wonderful reviews! I went into the office and was able to book an appointment for the following day. I was not surprised to find out I needed a tooth extracted. Daisy, the dental assistant, was knowledgeable and kind. Dr. Goldstein was instantly likable with her gentle way of explaining in layman's terms what was going on with my tooth. Once deciding on the extraction it went flawlessly and quick. I can't believe I'm saying I had such a pleasant experience. The entire staff in her office was wonderful. Can I please take you all home with me to Massachusetts???

Fantastic experience: I want to say THANK YOU!! to the dentist and staff here. I have been in excruciating pain and after a mishap with the original dental office I had made an appointment with that canceled my appointment on the same day, St. Lucie Family Dental was able to get me an emergency appointment the same day. My problem is not fixed, but the dentist and I were able to come to an agreement for a temporary fix to alleviate the pain until I am able to get in with an endodontist later this week. I am beyond grateful for their help and their HONESTY. Their office was clean and all of the staff were not only professional, but also very compassionate which made me feel comfortable in their care because I have extreme anxiety when it comes to the dentist. Thank you so so so so much, Dr. Ghattas!!!!

Fantastic experience: As it was my first time here I was very impressed, from the moment I walked in. I was greeted by the receptionist who was kind and helpful. She answered my questions politely and most important had patience. I then sat down and it only took 15 minutes to get called. Once inside the exam room the hygienist and the doctor were super nice and very helpful. I wasn’t forced or charged for extra services. The place is very clean and immaculate. The waiting room is cozy and spacious. I definitely recommend this place. The entire staff is super nice. I think I have found my new Dentist. Very excited!

Fantastic experience: Overall I had a pleasant experience. The dentist was a matter of fact. I didn’t feel like it was a pageant show like other offices. I think that as long as I am in St. Lucie county, I am sticking with this place.

Negative experience: Horrible! I was running late 15 minutes so they rescheduled my appointment. However I had to wait over 30 minutes for my appointment. When I contacted the office I was told doctor see kids over 13. Last visit my almost 16 years old was advise to go with a pediatric dentist for the cavities. Of course I couldn’t find any pediatric dentist. Doctor was with a patient and never talked to me directly the reason. I had go to twice for a crown and still have sensivility on it. None of my family members will back again.

Negative experience: Fresh out of dental school in 2023 Dr. Goldstein’s already into the classic gum disease scam: Publish a “new patient special” for cleaning-exam-X rays at ~$79, but when u visit they say u have “gum disease”. Sure they do the X-rays & exam but then they “probe” below ur gumline & call out high pocket depths & words like “bleeding, bone loss, bacteria, etc.” to scare u into a $1,550 deep cleaning to cure ur “gum disease”. They do this even if gums look healthy, light pink, not-swollen, & never bleed at home. Within minutes of my arrival they also tried to up the $79 with a “$30 cancer screen” (Dr looks 5 seconds in ur mouth for obvious sores). I just paid for the Xrays/exam & left… for good.

Negative experience: "It is the worst experience I have ever had. When they put a crown on me, they had to do it three times, blaming the lab that makes them. Maybe for fixing a small cavity they are good, but for any work with greater difficulty, they don't do it well. For your health, time, and money, don't go there."

Negative experience: One of the ladies at the front desk was extremely rude and told my husband it “wasn’t that bad” after he had a tooth drilled out. She had zero empathy and was extremely sarcastic. The other ladies were very nice though. They told him they were going to put him under for the extraction but when we got there we were told no because the doctor was pregnant. We were not informed. If we knew that before hand we would have went to a different dental surgeon. They also refused to prescribe him anything for the pain because again it “wasn’t that bad” even though in his initial exam they told him they would prescribe him something after the surgery. My husband is terrified of the dentist and took a lot for him to be able to go, and this experience just made his fear worse. Will never go back and will not recommend.

Fantastic experience: They always take you on time and make you comfortable in the chair. Barbara, the hygienist, does a super job in cleaning my teeth. The dentist comes in and gives you a thorough exam. If work if needed they will go over a treatment plan with you.

Fantastic experience: I had two filling and I didn’t feel any pain… they made sure my bite felt right afterwards. They explained my treatment options and explained the insurnace very well. They were not pushy about my treatment plan they let me decide what I wanted to do. They were very informative about my options and the treatment I need.. and I will be back very soon. And would recommend them to anyone :)

Fantastic experience: On my first visit Morgan and Heather seemed knowledgeable, helpful and receptive to my input about my dental care, unlike other dentists I have encountered in the area, who were pushy and insistent that i accepted their treatment plans, regardless of how expensive, unaffordable or unnecessary they were. I appreciate professionals who take situation, concerns and budget into account.

Fantastic experience: I had a very good visit here for the first time! I booked my appointment in November and was not able to get in until February. I didn't need anything urgent, so that was fine with me. I got a late morning appointment for a cleaning and was taken care of by Ms. Barb. She was the sweetest person ever and made my experience 10 times better just from her awesome customer service, attention to detail, and knowledge. I was able to get a cleaning, some x-rays done and questions answered about teeth whitening services offered. I was completely satisfied with my service here and would recommend anyone!

The people that did the procedure were so nice that I calmed down, and didn't even know my tooth was gone until about a minute after it was out. They were very upfront with all fees, and what the insurance was able to cover for the treatments. The hygienist was very good, as well as the doctor advising me about the work needed and a treatment plan. Was able to schedule future appointments promptly.

Fantastic experience: The existing staff is good. However, you need to have more patients and staff, specifically the same dentist each time patients visit. I don’t know what your HR/Employment contract contains but, perhaps it should be reviewed so as to allow more [permanent] staff to sign on to retain and increase patient volume.

Positive experience: I wish I could give 5 stars, however, I have had an "outstanding" balance to which I paid a large sum up front on and no one can tell me where that payment is and it has been 5 months, 2 visits, several calls. I really enjoyed going there..what happened to my $758 payment? Why no calls and still getting a bill without showing my payment.
