Negative experience: This is the worst place ever so unprofessional. I wouldn’t let my mom take me here even if she wanted to.

Positive experience: I love Dr Luba! He’s kind , caring, & gentle. Both my husband & me have been going to him for many years now. He won’t try to sell you anything that you don’t need. (unlike many dentists I’ve been Ed to). Danielle is very personable & kind & does a great job cleaning my teeth). The only thing I don’t agree with is this company take $10 from their patients for Covid measures every visit. That is pure & simple wrong. I called my insurance about this & they were in 100% agreement & called them on it then they called me & said no one will ever be charged again that what they do in the name of Covid should be done anyway & it’s not the patient’s responsibility. But when my husband went in they charged it!!! I was very upset about that. They need to refund that money. It is on principle not $$! Our Insurance, Freedom changed our dental, we are not covered here @ Great Expectations, we went here for around about 6 years, they also got us 2 years in South Dental & changed us again! UPDATE: Dr. Luba left this practice & moved away from PSL. He came back last year & he ended up at Sage Dental. He had changed a lot. My husband & I booked appointments on his first day there. I had been in contact with him & let him know the Bridge he had installed 7-8 years before had come out & both teeth were rotten. I was pretty upset about this when I found out that this happens frequently with bridges. At this point I was going to need 2 implants to fix the problem with a bridge. When we went to see Dr. Luba, he looked at both of our mouths & said we both needed a DEEP CLEANING with antibiotics pushed down into our gums. Our Insurance was not going to cover this & instead of our free dental cleaning, this? When our last cleanings were regular cleanings & were 100% covered. And he also said I needed to see their Implant Dr. for a fee of $120. Then we figured with extractions, bone grafting, misc it would cost us another $15,000. We won’t be seeing Kevin Luba ever again. Maybe he was trying to impress the company on his first day. Our “perfect dentist” balloon was bursted! We ended up where my husband went for his 4 implants, at Dr Ferber’s in Lake Worth, FL, at the same time I was getting my what turned out to be a faulty bridge placed. Dr Ferber’s office saved us about $5,000 for my 2 implants that were just completed last week.

Fantastic experience: This is the best dentist office in Port Saint Lucie. And I've been to about five in this area that failed in comparison. They treated me and my daughters with the best service I've received since moving to Florida. From the very professional and attentive front desk, to the very nice lady named Alice who did my X-rays, to the twin women dentists who treated my daughters and myself with the best care and attention.They all were absolutely amazing .

Fantastic experience: My appointment was at 8:00 am I was called in at 8:03 the staff is very pleasant the Doctor is phenomenal she is so nice and explains everything to you they are always willing to go above and beyond for their patients.

Fantastic experience: Everyone is super professional, friendly and willing to take time to explain things - such as details of my new insurance plan that I had questions about. My dentist, Dr. Merna Baselious, is absolutely amazing! She gave me so much good advice, including having my orthopedic surgeon call in an antibiotic before my upcoming periodontal cleaning and shared her professional expertise freely. I feel very confident knowing I’m with their practice and will be staying with them for a long time. They are located in the Prima Vista Plaza in PSL and I strongly recommend them!

Fantastic experience: I always have a good experience anytime I go, I have seen multiple dentists and they are all wonderful as well as all the admin manager ,front staff ladies are great and they work with you, they are friendly and professional . I recommend them to everyone...and if your looking to get your teeth cleaned by a pro Paolo is the go to guy. The office staff is all great which is why I continue to keep going back....

Fantastic experience: This is a great place to go to the twins.I call them the twins, myrna and mariah they are great.They really know what they're doing, and the person that cleans the teeth is pablo.He's excellent at doing his job.Makes you feel very comfortable and he does a great job

Negative experience: Waited over 40 minutes and walked out. Our appointment was scheduled for 9:30 and they took others people before us that had a later appointment time..... very unprofessional needs to have better time management, especially considering g we arrived ten minutes early and hadn't been called back by 10 o clock, so we left!!! Next time just schedule us for when you'll call us back. Shouldn't take almost an hour after the scheduled time to be called.

Fantastic experience: Very disappointed today. I thought I was getting dentures today. Come to find out it's still six weeks away. I've lost over 30 pounds since July First when I had all my teeth pulled. Eating non-chewable foods this long has turned me against it all. I have to wait another six weeks for them to get my replacements made. Three weeks I get wax teeth, then three weeks later I get my temporary dentures. If they fit..... Not a very happy camper at this point in time. Actually 'disgusted' would be the word. If it weren't for the money I've already spent I'd head to greener pastures.

Negative experience: As a grandmother, I am absolutely heartbroken and furious at how this dental office handled my grandson’s care. I personally took my grandson to most of his appointments this summer. After one of his last visits — the one where they put in his spacers — the front desk staff told me that he was all done with his treatment plan until December. I asked more than once, and they made it sound like everything had been completed. We left thinking he was good to go. Well, that was a complete lie. Not even a couple weeks later, my grandson started crying every single night in pain. He couldn’t sleep. He would hold his face and cry, and as a grandmother, that absolutely broke my heart. When his mother called to find out what was going on, we were told that his treatment plan had not actually been finished, and that he still needed more work done. And to make it worse, they wanted to schedule him all the way out to October. OCTOBER — even though he was in pain and we had already been told he was “done.” After my daughter spoke to a manager named Krista at the Port St. Lucie office, they finally squeezed him in before his KidCare insurance ended on August 31st. But even at that visit, when he was clearly in pain and scared, they refused to do the work because he was “crying too much.” Instead, they gave a referral for outpatient surgery in West Palm Beach — which, of course, has no appointments available before his insurance ends. So now this poor child is left in pain, without the care he needs, all because: •    The front desk gave us false information, •    The office failed to finish his treatment plan, •    And they refused to treat him when they finally did get him in. This entire experience has been emotionally draining, stressful, and completely unacceptable. They dropped the ball over and over again, and a child is the one paying the price. Parents and grandparents: please be careful. Do not trust this office to follow through or communicate honestly.

Negative experience: Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had with a pediatric dentist. We started a treatment plan for my son over the summer. At his last visit for spacers, we were told he was done with his treatment plan. We trusted them, believed the work was complete, and went home thinking everything was taken care of. Fast-forward a few weeks and my son was crying in pain every night. When we brought him back in, we found out they had never actually finished his treatment plan. Instead of making things right, they wanted to push us all the way out to October for an appointment—even though my son was in severe pain and couldn’t sleep. Only after I pressed the issue with their office manager did they manage to squeeze him in before my KidCare coverage ended on August 31st. But even then, it got worse. At the appointment, they said my son was “crying too much” and flat-out refused to do the procedure, then dumped us with a referral to outpatient surgery in West Palm Beach. Of course, there were no appointments available before my insurance expired. So now, because of their incompetence, my child is left in pain, without coverage, and without care. This office strung us along, misled us, delayed treatment, and then refused to treat a child in pain. Completely unprofessional, uncaring, and unacceptable. I would never recommend this practice to any parent.

Positive experience: My kids love Dr. E and his staff! They have always been good to us.

Negative experience: It is concerning to witness the overwhelming number of overbooked appointments at this dental office, leading to excessive wait times for patients. Many individuals find themselves standing or sitting on the floor in the lobby for hours prior to receiving dental care. This not only reflects poorly on the practice's patient management but also raises questions about the importance placed on each patient's time and comfort. A more efficient scheduling system is necessary to ensure that patients receive timely care in a respectful and organized environment, ultimately enhancing the overall patient experience in dental health services. That's why on your next visit I recommend you bring a beach chair so you don't have to wait standing up.

Fantastic experience: The hygienist worked way too fast on cleaning my teeth. I would say she bordered in wreck less. She was nice and professional but every time her speed is too fast. I felt as if she was going to cause pain or I anticipated pain because of her speed.

Fantastic experience: I needed emergency care for a temporary partial, which broke. I was given quick access to a replacement. The doctor and assistant were great. I wanna complement Iris, who was the assistant who checked me in and actually created a new partial to go in the place of the one that had broken I highly recommend this particular provider of dental care.

Negative experience: I had an appointment scheduled for my children for 3 months now. I have called at least 4 times over the course of that time to verify their pediatric dentist was covered with my insurance which does cover the facility. They kept telling me they would check it and let me know. They waited till 4:15 PM the day before my 8 AM appointment to tell me that their provider would not accept my insurance even though I called them just 2 days before and verified the appointment. This was very unprofessional, and has now put us in a bind with our insurance and getting our children the dentistry care they need.

Fantastic experience: All my life I have had severe anxiety when it comes to anything dental. The staff at both locations have been so amazing! They walked me through each step of the process from the first visit to my surgery and to my dentures. I am so grateful to all of the doctors and staff members and will continue to recommend Great Expressions to all my friends and family!

Negative experience: girl in the front w the curly hair in glasses has a real attitude, i came in she rolled her eyes, huffed her breath, didn’t even greet me! just asked my phone number and name and told me to have a seat and proceeded to roll her eyes and huff her breath. the way she threw her neck made me want to leave, it was really distasteful what i went through. her attitude honestly wants to make me switch offices! i’ve been coming here since i was 8 years old, i am now 20. i’ve never experienced that much disrespect at this office before, only thing i’ve ever had to deal with was long waits

Negative experience: If I could give this place a 0 star I 100000% would. They scheduled at least 10 people for 9am. 940 and 4 of us still sitting there. No explanation. Nothing. People walking out. People complaining about how this place is a scam and billing them for unknown reasons. People back there 2 minutes and getting referred out because the dentist can't handle the patient. But yet an adult walked in and went straight back while they had all the kids out there waiting for over an hour even needing to go back to school. This place is a MESS and has no business taking patients, especially kids!

I've been going there for years, and never has any employee tried to upsell me or sell me something I didn't need. This is a far cry from the stories I have heard about other franchised dental practices. I trust them to look out for my best interests, because they always have.

Fantastic experience: An emotional experience. My son has never done well at the dentist. Screaming, kicking and crying. So his father ALWAYS took him because mommy breaks seeing him like that. Daddy died on March 4th. So I had to step up. I can not say enough good things about this place. Rose was the name of the dental hygienist that cleaned Waylons teeth today. She spoke on his level. She showed him everything on her tray and how the tools worked and what they are used for. She even let him push the button. She whispered "secrets" in his ear and pinky promised prizes. She gave him a break half way through cleaning. It brought tears of gratitude to my eyes. He didn't cry, kick or scream once. Rose had a gift for treating children. Not to mention we were in and out. It was the best dental experience I've ever been a part of. Thank you. ❤️

Negative experience: They love to put you on hold immediately, and then forget about you. You’ll have to call back just for them to assist you . Three times this has happened within the last two week.

Negative experience: 2 visits waited over an hour past appointment time. Twice did they attempt to charge for standard services; xray and then $74 for exam and cleaning. All should not be paid out of pocket. Absolutely disgusting to scam patients! Exam was very quick and rushed due to their failure to scam for extra cash. Don’t waste your time with these corporations.

Fantastic experience: I scheduled a visit for my teenage son, the wait for an appointment was not long, AT ALL. I was able to schedule the cleaning 2 days later. Natalie at the front desk was super kind, knowledgeable and funny. She just had good energy! The hygienist (Raquel) was amazing too! She made my son completely comfortable and was super sweet. All around a great experience!

Negative experience: Update 11/27/24 - Staff is always great and the Dr is wonderful. I just waited for 80 minutes. In the waiting room with my small children, where it’s above 85 degrees. Please put some fan in there or one of those portable AC units. It’s ridiculous. Everyone is sweaty. Previous review: Horrific waiting times. 3 out of the last 3 times they have run over the appointment time by an hour. No regard for peoples time. Sun hits the lobby and the amount of people crammed in make it unbearably hot as some opt to wait in their car to be called. This could be different. No need for an hour + waiting times. Asked everyone around me and they were waiting for over 50 mins. I arrived 20 minutes early as I’m accustomed to. This needs to be remedied.

Positive experience: I haven’t had dental work yet but I did have a consultation with Dr Arais and staff. He was very patient and caring. The staff I had the pleasure of dealing with were a reflection of the Doctor. They were caring and helpful. I still haven’t actually had any work done in this office since my work schedule conflicts with the periodontist. But as far as people are concerned they are all very nice

Negative experience: They scheduled me an appointment for my child today, reminded me about it several times....just to be closed at her scheduled time. This is not the first time there has been an issue at her appointment time.

Negative experience: I called to schedule an appointment to continue my treatment with Invisalign that I started at Great Expressions Decatur GA, when I arrived at the clinic the doctor said he did not work with Invisalign. I wasted my time leaving my city because of the bad reception assistance. The receptionist didn't even know that in that office where she worked they didn't work with Invisalign! Unbelievable!

Positive experience: I primarily went to Great Expressions for an exam and cleaning. I was shocked to find out they would not clean my teeth and wanted me to see a periodontist which was more than 45 minutes away. How to make something simple complicated.

Negative experience: Called them to set up an appointment for consultation, they immediately talking in some dental jargon. Like I know if my issue requires some oral surgery. We don't do oral sury... Ok I don't want to hear what you can't do before even looking to see if you can do.

Negative experience: My appointment today was horrible! I had to wait 45 minutes to even get into a room and then another half hour before the doctor saw me. She was rude and was not listening to what I had to say. I needed resin bonding and she said I had porcelain which was untrue. Ended up, they don’t have resin so the procedure couldn’t be done. It takes me a half hour to get there in a half hour back and then an hour and a half at the appointment. Lost my whole afternoon. The hygienist there is wonderful, and always on time, but the doctor does not respect anybody’s time, and does not listen to what I had to say. I am very aware of all the procedures that I’ve had in the past and explained that to her. Eventually, I was told that she does not do the resin bonding. So after I had to pay for an x-ray, that was was not needed I left. Problem, not solved! I hope there is another doctor that I can visit the next time I go there!

Negative experience: I've been getting my teeth cleaned here every 6 months for years. I use an electric toothbrush, waterpik, and I floss after every meal. Apparently, since my last cleaning 6 months ago when my teeth were "perfect", I now have horrible gums that need an expensive flush cleaning of some kind? Make it make sense. Looks like I need to find a new dentist, because they won't clean my teeth now until I do this treatment.

Fantastic experience: The dentist and all of the office staff are very nice and cared sincerely about the issues I was having. They went out of their way to help me resolve my tooth problem. I will continue to use Great Expressions Dental in the future.

Positive experience: Took my son here for the first time. There was so many people in the waiting room and nowhere to sit so I thought it would take forever to be called back but we only waited maybe 15 mins. The room they brought us to was, to be frank, gross. Dirty equipment, dirty chairs, broken parts of the baseboard, the smock for x-rays they put over my son was frayed and falling apart with what looked to be dried blood on it. If I didn't see them open instruments from plastic I would have ran out of there. Is there no funding for a new smock? Is there no bleach to clean surfaces? Is this a professional medical office? The hygienist was nice and chatty and worked well with my son but she kept emphasizing that he may need to be sedated for any work they do in the future, something that I'm not on board with. The dentist himself we saw for about 5 min but he was friendly and answered my questions. They just need to repair the rooms and clean!!!! There's no excuse for it.

Fantastic experience: I had an appointment with the dentist and was in the chair for over an hour waiting. When the dentist finally came in she told me I needed over $11,000 worth of work done to my teeth! I have been going to Great Expressions for years and usually go every three months but my dr. that I was seeing left and this is a new dentist to me. I have never been told I needed all this work before! I am not happy with this person and will start looking around for a new place to go!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Ghandour is fabulous. Was in so much pain with cracked tooth. She stayed working on my stubborn tooth after hours and was so kind and thoughtful through the procedure.

Negative experience: We used the location while owned by a different Dentist and the service was great. I needed a crown and the dentist filed down my tooth and put a temporary in place. The temporary has broken twice and I waited in the lobby for a 3:30pm appointment until 4:15 for it to be corrected. I am disabled and it takes time to load and unload my wheelchair each and every visit. This location also wanted to give my 8 year old daughter a filling for a cavity when that baby tooth will fall out in the next year. Going to finish current treatment and find another Office. Do not go here! nightmare !!!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Ghandour is awesome! She takes the time to explain anything necessary from an examination and goes above & beyond. I look forward to seeing her in another 6 months.

Negative experience: Every time my daughter has an appointment with this office, it is something new. This time it's the wait. Our appointment was 2:30pm, but we weren't seen until 3:06pm. I do not recommend.

Fantastic experience: Great dentist and staff. You can tell they really care about their patients. My 3 year old had his first visit today, and they made his visit fun for him he can’t wait to go back. Robert the new hygienist was great I had a deep cleaning done by him, and he was very thorough. He talked me threw everything that he was doing which I really appreciated. Glad I left my last dentist office, great expressions has earned mine and my families business.

Fantastic experience: My Vista today went great. Taken in on time and out 50 mins later. New hygienist was really good. Would recommend this office.
