Fantastic experience: I had some discomfort in a bottom tooth, I called my regular dentist to see if they could fit me in some time that day and was told that they could see me next week! My husband goes to your office and suggested that I give you a call. I explained my situation and they told me to come right over. The staff was very friendly and helpful and addressed my problem. They are amazing. I am so grateful for their service and assistance.

Negative experience: The people were friendly, but I felt like they just wanted my money. I went in for a cleaning and spent an hour there taking pictures and didn’t even get my teeth cleaned.

Negative experience: My wife has had a very unpleasant experience with the front office staff. They tried to tell her that it’s not her choice whether she gets her tooth pulled or a root canal. She wants it pulled and the woman on the phone told her to find a different dentist if she didn’t want a root canal. In what world is it not your choice what happens to your own mouth?

Yes, I hated the memory of previous, even painful, X-ray procedures. But when I had to face them again, they felt brief and without the discomfort of earlier experiences. With some tears but it was quick. He was fine afterwards. Their patience and kindness toward a terrified child was so nice to see. Their professionalism was amazing as well. Negative experience: PLEASE DON’T GO HERE. Worst of worst …. I had a very frustrating experience with St. Lucie West Dental Care. Dr. Amanda personally called me and asked if I could come in on August 12th at 3:00 PM because someone canceled their appointment. I agreed, thinking the office was being considerate by fitting me in earlier. However, the front desk never sent me an appointment confirmation for the 12th — instead, they sent one for August 15th. When I noticed the mistake, I called the office to correct it, but the staff was incredibly rude and dismissive. I asked to speak with Dr. Patel and Dr. Amanda to clarify the situation, but my message was never passed on to either of them. I only found out about this when I called again on the 15th, confused about my appointment. That’s when a staff member named Francy told me that I had no appointment that day and that there was no message for the doctors — even though she confirmed I had called on the 11th. This shows either a complete lack of communication within the office or that they simply didn’t care to follow up. To make things worse, they had only completed the cleaning on one side of my mouth from a previous visit. I have been trying to get the other side done, but no one seems to care about scheduling it or helping me move forward with my treatment. Each call feels like I’m being brushed off instead of valued as a patient. The disorganization is unbelievable for a medical office, and the rude tone from staff makes the experience even worse. It’s clear that patient care is not their priority. They don’t value your time, and they don’t take responsibility for their mistakes. The fact that I had to chase them just to get basic dental work finished is unacceptable. I’m done wasting my time and energy here. I will be moving to another dental care provider who actually respects their patients. Don’t waste your time and money on this place — they clearly don’t care.

Negative experience: I called to make an appointment for a teeth cleaning today. They made the appointment, and we showed up early. During our appointment, all I get is long-winded excuses about how it can't be done today, and we don't schedule cleanings for the same day by a tech who loves the sound of her voice. They should educate the office staff who answer the phone if that is the case. I wasted over an hour and a half at this office, I could have been at another dental office getting our teeth cleaned on the day scheduled.

Negative experience: This company is ridiculously overpriced. They want you to do unnecessary treatments? That way they can charge your insurance more super un affordable and a very rude staff lady on the phone told me to take my business somewhere else because I did not agree with their treatment. do yourself a favor and skip this dental practice!

Negative experience: Horrible experience! They consistently cancel appointments and are always understaffed. No dentist ever stays at this office and they are constantly changing. Find another office if you are looking to keep your scheduled appointments!!

Negative experience: Horrible we’re not upfront with the total amount I owed. Wanted my bridge to be clued back in my mouth.Took X-rays I and gave me a bill for 193 dollars signed it thinking that’s the whole bill. They brought another bill to sign for 200 hundred dollars the coast to glue my bridge in., I think that’s unethical to not tell mr the glue was a separate charge. I will never recommend this place. The cost to re glue the bridge was 400 dollars outrages.

Fantastic experience: An awesome office. Everyone smiles and is exceptionally friendly, even on a Monday morning. I had an emergency appointment after breaking a tooth on a popcorn kernel. I did not have my new patient appointment yet. I was switching dentists and wasn't scheduled to see St Lucie West Dental until March. They got me in immediately and sent me home with my temporary crown. The dental assistant, a 15 year veteran, Vanessa was incredible. The dentist had a steady hand and a very gentle touch. I do not have a fear of dentists, but if I did, she'd be the one I would want to see. I am looking forward to receiving the finished product and seeing my new dental team in two weeks.

Fantastic experience: Today I established myself as a new patient, after tirelessly searching for new a dentist I am so glad to have found this one. Dr. Goulet is not only personable, she's patient and very knowledgeable. I was even able to get my teeth cleaned today as well after all of my new patient exams and X-rays. Abrianna was my hygienist and she was gentle and effective. No pain at all.... Well except for the cold water . I also love the fact that the office uses texting as a method of communication. So easy and convenient. Watch out for Crystal at the front desk she will butter you up with a smile when it's time to discover all of the fees for your next visit. Just kidding just kidding. She's the best smiling face to see when you first enter the office. I definitely recommend Saint Lucie West Dental Care!!!

Fantastic experience: I haven’t been to the dentist in a long time so I had major anxiety going back to the dentist but the last 3 appointments all of the staff have shown me nothing but kindness. I had my first root canal through them and they did absolutely phenomenal. They gave me a blanket, a stress ball, and even let me watch whatever I wanted on the TV. Everyone is extremely kind I can’t stress that enough and I am very glad I chose this office to go to for all of my future appointments.

Fantastic experience: I made a next day emergency appointment while visiting from out of state. My crown fell off a root canal tooth the night before and I was frazzled. The staff was so nice and kind. We did some xrays and I was told I needed to see a surgeon. Dr. Goulet also provided a plan if I couldn't get an appointment with one for a few weeks. Thankfully I found a next day consultation with one and what that Dr told me was exactly what Dr. Goulet said word for word. Thoroughly satisfied with the service and kindness I received here.

Very clean and up to date equipment and materials. I've worked in the dental field. This office is top notch!

Fantastic experience: Great dentist. Just got a crown. They have some new (to me) tech. Hand held scanner which takes a complete image that's used to make the permanent crown. They popped it in and it was a perfect fit requiring no adjustments at all. Dr. Goulet and the staff all rock!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Goulet is truly the best dentist on the East Coast, and I’m from NYC. I’m terrified of the dentist and I hate having to go. However, Dr. Goulet ALWAYS makes this experience as comfortable as humanly possible for me. Dr. G is extremely attentive always stoping to ask if you are ok and comfortable during the entire procedure. Her hands and touch are very gentle yet efficient. The staff and St Lucie dental is outstanding. Monica and the front desk staff, always and I mean ALWAYS call me in advance if there is any changes or concerns with my insurance or appt so there are never any surprises. They are cordial, comforting and inviting. Recently, I’ve had to have some serious and painful dental work, and it’s been a long and arduous process, the staff, from administration to dental have been extremely supportive and comforting during this difficult time for me. I’ve always felt listened to and supported in this journey. I happen to be moving about 90 miles away and my process is not completed, but you better bet I will NOT be changing dentist! I will make that drive to St Lucie West Dental, because this family is worth it! Thank you so much for all you do! You are all so much appreciated in all your respective positions !

She has surrounded herself with a professional staff with a beautiful ambience. And she has a gentle considerate thoughtful and very knowledgeable hand. Boy.l. those prices are high other than that. Everything's great. The staff is wonderful too.

Fantastic experience: I recently had some bottom veneers done on my bottom teeth and i am so very pleased with them! They look so beautiful, natural and match my other crowns so well. The pricing was reasonable and the dental work was exceptional from Dr. Carmen Goulet and Vanessa; they were an excellent team! Fantastic experience: I've been a patron if St Lucie West Dental for about 3 years. First, I believe that Rosa is the best Dental hygienist I can remember. She is very knowledgeable and thorough. I hope that I can have her clean my teeth until I I don't need cleanings anymore. I recently moved and there are several dentists closer to me, now, but I'm going to drive further to stay at SLD b/c I trust them & like their service. I have had fillings and a root canal, as well and have been very satisfied with them and have had no issues, later on. I have had issues with decaying teeth all of my life. I've lost several of them and had crowns and even implants, so I've been to enough dentists to have experienced good work and bad. I trust this practice and hope that you will give them a try. Not everyone will have the same experience, as people have different expectations. Friendly staff like Sam and Rosa and Brian who always remember me, is important to me. Whatever your priorities are, I think that they will be met, maybe exceeded. Recently, the practice has had an answering service take their calls during operating hours. The person does not identify themselves as someone who is not in the office. It would be helpful to know that. Other than that very small issue I am more than satisfied with all of the services here. I believe that you will be too.

Negative experience: I absolutely love this office! Everyone here is exceptional: the office staff, the dental assistants and the dentist! They're professional but still manage to make you feel like family. Dr. Jessica got my teeth and gums back on the right track, and she was very informative and explained all of our options without being pushy. Edit: Unfortunately I’m going to have to revoke my previous good review. I got Invisalign braces, and the inability to close my mouth caused me jaw pain. I wanted to remove them, and the staff kept asking me to re-try with muscle relaxers and whatnot. Still didn’t help. I got them removed. As far as I was concerned, I had a zero balance. I ended up going through a divorce, so my address changed suddenly and my ex cut my phone off. Within a month of attempting to reach me, they put me in collections. I had no idea why, because the office staff kept confirming that I had a zero balance when I called to ask about it. As it turns out, they had somehow pre-ordered more Invisalign trays for me and didn’t tell me, and since I stopped using them, I had no idea that these trays were ordered for me. I don’t even have proof that the trays were ordered because I never received any product. So, while I’m going through a divorce, this was all going on in the background unbeknownst to me. I was just slammed with the knowledge of all this when I got calls from a collection agency! The office doesn’t know anything about billing or anything so they never had any helpful info for me while I was trying to figure out what was going on. They just kept telling me no, I had a zero balance with them. So, my credit is now messed up because of dealing with this office. Please beware.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Goulet and Amber are great updated on 2/13/24. Dr. Sanchez’s team is amazing. Everyone is very detailed and explain to me everything I needed done. Amber my hygienist used a needless numbing gel for my cleaning and it was perfect! Best dental office in Saint Lucie West!

Fantastic experience: I can’t say enough about this wonderful place. I had chipped my tooth and got a last-minute appointment. Praying to God I didn’t need a root canal, but wasn’t sure if I would. Dr. Goldstein was just amazing she took her time did everything she could do so that I didn’t need to do a root canal and made it happen for me. I’m so grateful that there’s still people out there like that. She cared enough to help me instead of just saying no you need a root canal. You don’t find a lot of honest dentist out there but if you are looking for one then she is your girl. I am so appreciative to Dr. Goldstein. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Plus everyone in that office was so nice and respectful. They explained everything they were going to do and what the cost would be. Not just for one treatment but the different options I might come across. I really was so grateful for that. Hope this helps somebody who is looking for an honest dentist

Fantastic experience: Dr. Sanchez and crew are the best in the business. Beautiful office, beautiful people, beautiful experience. I’m so glad I found them. 10/11/2023 update: if I could give 100 stars I would. While Dr. Sanchez is no longer with the practice, Dr. Goulet is probably the nicest practitioner I have ever had. Zero forced-procedures, they thoroughly explain everything to the patient, and if they can find a way to minimize discomfort AND EVEN THE COST OF THE PROCEDURE, they go that mile and do so.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Goldstein and Sam were so kind and patient with me during my procedure. They both knew how nervous I was and they did everything they could to make it go as smoothly as possible. Dr. Goldstein was gentle and reassuring during the whole thing and I barely feel any soreness or discomfort the next day. I will only come back to this location because of how I was treated and how great of a dentist Dr. Goldstein is. Thank you.

Positive experience: Overall, my needs were met. Carlos, the hygieninst, did a great job. The doctor caught something no other dentist or orthodontist pointed out before, which I greatly appreciate. I took away one star as I believe the team needs to work on and improve their communication. Scheduling the appointment was unnecessarily stressful as it was time sensitive and different people would give me conflicting information. Additionally, some information was not passed on from the registration to the clinicians and unnecessary test were done. Overall, I would still recommend them and would return to this office myself now that I know what to expect and how to better address it.

Positive experience: My appointment went well and the staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The staff performed great and I felt very comfortable. My only complaint is that the air conditioner was broken and seemed like it was down for a few weeks. The office manager did their best by getting temporary ac units to “cool” and I say cool because it was still 81 degrees in the office. It was unsightly to look at and they were noisy I don’t know who is in charge of building maintenance or authorizing repairs because that was my only gripe about this location.

Fantastic experience: Customer service from this office by far the best. Michelle and her staff are truly amazing. I would not go anywhere else. Highly recommend this dental office, I have a beautiful smile now!

Negative experience: Was so happy with dentist but billing people have me so mad that I will never go back. Received a document for exactly how much my crown would be. I paid that and now they want a deductible too for my 100% covered with no deductible bi-annual cleaning. DO NOT GO TO THESE PEOPLE! I am soooo furious right now! Billing specialist wouldn't let me talk so I just bowled over her attempts to repeat the same stuff I had already heard.

Fantastic experience: My experience at this dental office for this visit was wonderful. My hygienist Rosa was very friendly and knowledgeable, all I met Dr.M Goldstein and she was very knowledgeable and did a great examination. One that I had never received. Staff friendly.

Fantastic experience: St. Lucie West Dental Care was amazing. Dr. Morgan was thorough and made sure I was able to receive treatment the same day. For the first time in 30 years, I did not use nitrous, and the treatment was painless. The entire staff was welcoming and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend her and the office to anyone looking for a general dentist.

Negative experience: very poor customer oriented business. I stood before a group of ladies behind the front desk who didn't even recognized that i was there since chatting was more important than business. later being seen, $89.00 would be my payment for cleaning. I questioned for the 1st time why? for over 20yrs I've had the same ins. that pays twice for cleaning without co payment. The battle began with consulting each other when Ms Benoit came in with her big bad attitude telling me that I am on the Periodontal and LEGALLY unable to change. when is it dental work became Legal and unchangeable?. She would not budge as if her authority came down from heaven. Needless to say i walked out.
