Negative experience: Lisa was very nice and welcoming… I decided to cancel my future appt because I didn’t feel a connection it seems like they could care less about teeth and more about how to milk money out of you. I didn’t feel good after my appointment. Thank you for you time!

Fantastic experience: I have been coming here for 2 years for regular cleanings usually with Janet, but she’s no longer works there.So I had the pleasure of meeting Luisa today. And let me tell you she did an excellent job. She’s kind she’s professional she’s quick she’s thorough. I can’t say enough about her.! I never use the dentist because I have my own from down south that I go to if I have an issue so I can’t speak for them, but I must say Luisa was excellent choice for a hygienist if you need your teeth cleaned

Fantastic experience: Great location and easy access to office. Friendly staff at the reception desk. It was my first time visit and I wasn’t disappointed. I filled out the initial first visit forms and then was accompanied to the exam room where x-rays were taken and evaluation was made by the Technician and the Dentist regarding the condition of my teeth and gums. They developed a plan for my treatment and presented it in print with descriptions and pricing with a time line for completion. It was a seamless experience and I wasn’t disappointed in the professionalism of everyone I came in contact with. I recommend All Smiles Dentistry - Tradition, if you care about maintaining the health of your teeth.

Positive experience: I’ve been a patient at All Smiles for about two years and have always enjoyed the atmosphere and friendly staff. Dr. Sanchez handled my aligner treatment and was great about addressing all of my concerns along the way. I experienced pain after treatment, and he provided several options to help. Katelyn, who managed the financial side at the time, was incredibly helpful—especially when I lost my job and insurance. She made a difficult time much easier. However, things changed after Dr. Sanchez left the practice. I no longer had a clear point of contact for follow-up care, especially regarding continued pain and confusion about my retainers. I was sent six aligners after a re-treatment, but none were labeled as retainers. I had a similar issue a year prior. I followed up—but every time I called, I could only speak with Donna at the front desk. Unfortunately, Donna was consistently dismissive, unhelpful, and even condescending when I tried to explain my situation. Despite my move across state (3 hours away), she wouldn't escalate my concerns to a doctor or assist with sending my records and only recommended I get a second opinion. She also gave incorrect information—telling me I had received my retainers when I hadn’t, which I later confirmed with another location. Because of that, I was unknowingly using my aligners incorrectly (which was not helping the pain). Thankfully, once Katelyn (now the manager) returned from PTO, she personally reached out. She was professional, empathetic, and took immediate steps to address the issues. Her help, along with the support from other kind staff, kept my overall experience from being a negative one. That said, Donna’s lack of professionalism and refusal to truly assist patients is concerning. It’s clear I wasn’t the only one who felt this way based on what I witnessed from the staff. I hope management addressed this, as patients deserve respect and proper support—especially when it comes to follow-up care and access to their own records.

Negative experience: This establishment is a money grab whenever you book to get a cleaning they recommend to do an exam which is fine however they do the exam, but they won’t do your cleaning per their policy so you will need to make two separate appointment if you are working that means you would need to take off two days just to get something that could be done in one day. This is so they can bill you on multiple occasions. I was very disappointed and truly disgusted by this process. Do better

Fantastic experience: The front staff gave me a warm welcome and calmed my nerves with their friendly smiles. Dr Sanchez is phenomenal and has such a gentle touch and explained my procedure thoroughly. He is a calming force. Fantastic experience: The Office Manager, “Katlyn” brought about such a genuine warmth when speaking with her concerning my dental treatment. I felt very welcomed, and was treated with respect and kindness from the moment that I walked in to the Tradition Office in Port Saint Lucie. I haven’t stopped recommending All Smiles Dentisry, specifically the Tradition office in PSL to all of my friends and family. This visit completely eliminated my anxiety of going to the dentist. I can’t recommend the staff, especially, “Katlyn” who went above and beyond to make my appointment as comfortable as possible. 5/5 Stars excellent service!

Negative experience: I called to make an appointment with their front desk, provided all the necessary information, and specifically inquired about whether the insurance would cover the visit. The receptionist assured me that it would. When I went for the appointment, they offered good customer service, but at the end, they charged me for something called an "extraoral-comprehensive series of radiography images." When I questioned the charge, they couldn't provide a clear answer. Keep in mind that I have full coverage with my insurance. Confused, I contacted my insurance, and they explained that everything should have been covered since it was my first visit, and I didn't undergo any major procedures. I was forced to pay for things my insurance said they covered. Be vigilant so they don't steal your money professionally.

Fantastic experience: I suggest all other dentistry businesses should close down. All Smiles Dentistry, is the best ever, bar none. The staff are so friendly, helpful, and, knowledgeable. They are 100% professional with a personal touch. I had a tooth pulled today, and, to be 100% honest with you, I felt no pain at all. Not from the needles to numb me, or when the tooth was pulled. He even had to put stitches in my gums, and, I never felt a thing. I can't believe it. I can't even express in words how satisfied, or, how wonderful the experience was. I actually look forward to my follow-up appointment. I would never, ever, consider going anywhere else. This is for you, All Smiles Dentistry, you are phenomenal!!! You won't find a better Dentistry than All Smiles. Thank you, with all my heart, that I found you. By the way, when he was done, I actually cried, I was so grateful.

Negative experience: Constant change in staff. Office manger never calls back. Sad to see that Danny and Dr. Sanchez are not there anymore.

Negative experience: 1. I set my appointment 6 days ago, advising you I had only 1 day per month availability. You then cancelled it this morning due a scheduling conflict. You scheduled me when there was no availability, after I modified my schedule for the month. Unacceptable beyond belief. 2. I advised your receptionist I had a routine cardiologist check up appointment at noon. She then advised me I needed cardiology clearance letter to get dental treatment. I advised your receptionist I was not being treated for a heart ailment - just a check up. Probably pretty normal in Port St Lucie. She told me no treatment without a letter. Which is fine because you had no time for me anyways. This horrible patient service will appear on social media.

Fantastic experience: The staff was amazing from the time I checked in up until it was check out time which wasn’t so pleasant, when I made it to the back, it was great, she’s compassionate about her practice and And very thorough-the young man was great, he took his time and explained everything he was doing which made me very comfortable and relaxed. The check out lady she wasn’t so pleasant I give her a ZERO for her rudeness as a receptionist in hopes she does better because at the end of the day appreciate the patients after all their the ones keeping you employed. Just a little food for thought.

Negative experience: Worst place in terms of customer service. They cancelled the appointment at the last minute and then put on the waiting for 2 months for now. I would rather look for a doctor who cares about their patient. If you have a given a 5 star review, wait until you are in the same situation as I am. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Fantastic experience: First Appointment Full X-rays, exam, cleaning, oral cancer check, fluoride treatment and out in 1 1/2 hours! My last Fl dentist took 3 hours for X-rays and then told me to comeback in 6 weeks for cleaning! All the staff kept me informed as to what was taking place with every step of my visit. They were professional and friendly without being chatty. The exam rooms appeared to have new dental equipment and were very clean.

Fantastic experience: My dental hygienist, Maria, was absolutely wonderful. My dental needs make me quite emotional. She showed so much compassion and understanding; I didn’t at all feel judged or bad about the work needing to be done. She has gentle hands and even let me hold the suction for my comfort. My dentist is also wonderful. Unfortunately I needed an extraction. He took his time and really wiggled out the tooth instead of using a bunch of loud, harsh tools. I definitely recommend All Smiles if you’re looking for compassionate and thorough dental care ❤️

Fantastic experience: I am thoroughly impressed with Maria (my Hygienist) who did a very thorough job cleaning the built-up plaque from my teeth. Furthermore she took the time to patiently explain exactly what enhancements i needed to incorporate in my daily home teeth care to ensure lwss plaque build-up and gum onflamation in the future. To top things off, Dr Sanchez, my favorite Dentist, did a thorough exam and comended me on my cavity-free check-up. Negative experience: Truly one of the worst dental experiences I’ve ever had. I’ve visited both the PSL and Tradition locations, and both were an absolute mess. They’re quick to take your money but slow (and sloppy) regarding service. Everything from scheduling to completing dental work has been a disaster. My daughter had tools dropped in her mouth during a filling—which wasn’t even done correctly. I’ve had to chase them down for follow-ups and management. They're completely unavailable. After three visits in four months, I’m choosing peace over frustration. Keep the money — we’re taking our care elsewhere.

Positive experience: My daughter’s cleaning took about 15-20 min. I’m concerned that the cleaning was so brief. She had not had a thorough cleaning since before her braces were applied 4 years ago. I was really hoping she would get a very thorough cleaning. Update: My daughter went back in today to have more cavities filled due to her braces being on so long. The doctor cleaned off her teeth better and found another cavity on the top of her front teeth. I’m glad they took my last review to heart and took her cleaning a step further. I have upgraded my review to 4 stars.

Upon arrival i was greeted with smiles and a welcoming atmosphere, upon check in, i was thanked for choosing “All Smiles”, while waiting the staff was engaging and in a wonderful mood, when taken back which was a very short wait, i was greeted the entire way back and made to feel comfortable and appreciated. The staff was AMAZING and reassuring about the procedures that were being done, and the dentist had perfect bedside manner. If anyone is looking to replace a serving or start a new service, THIS IS THE PLACE!!! A+++++ Service!!!!

Negative experience: I called to ask a few questions about become a patient and Johana was very rude, short and unpleasant and hanged up the phone on me. If this is how they treat prospective patients, you can just imagine how they will treat you after you become a patient there.

Fantastic experience: April 12, 2023 Mary and Donna are the BEST!!! Donna ia always so pleasant and conderate! Mary went above and beyond while doing my cleaning today. She took her time and took extra measures to ensure that my teeth were clean and my mouth felt like I had been to the dentist. I give her 5 stars!!! I actually look forward to going to the dentist Nov. 6, 2024 If Donna had not been at the front desk today, I think that I would have given All Smiles a 1 or 1 star. Brian helped with everything (he was awesome), Ana and Yvette made the administrative tasks a breeze (and even saved me quite some money with some great advice), and Dr. Garcia did excellent with my procedures and walked me through everything before and after. Highly recommend and will be back!

Fantastic experience: Excellent customer service. Despite being busy they always go above and beyond to make you feel like family. The dental hygienist is very careful and works with a delicate touch. They are thorough at researching out of pocket costs to ensure there are no surprises. They have been my dentist for 7 years and I have been very satisfied consistently.

Negative experience: Since last January I’m dealing with Tradition office for an explanation of how I ended with a crown. According to All smiles “AI” decides if it’s necessary a crown or not. My insurance company is not accepting their diagnostic saying that crown wasn’t necessary and they are denying the coverage. The front desk is passing my messages and calls to the Office Manager but she is not returning any calls.I was trying to keep my bad experience quiet but I’m just change my mind. I want people to know how “AI” Diagnostic it’s not always accepted by the insurance. I learned by the insurance company if you have a broken tooth less than 25% they are not covering. Please make sure to have this conversation with your Dentist.

Repeat visits have supported my prior impression. And when I had an emergency, they refered me to another office in town as their dentist was out for the day. Next visit. Danny the hygienist did a fabulous job with explanations and follow up details. Better than anyone else so far.

Fantastic experience: From the time I made my new patient appointment, the experience was really pleasant. I was seen within 10 minutes of showing up. The xrays took all of 15 minutes or less. My consultation with the doctor was done professionally and it was quite thorough. Finally, my treatment plan explanation was quuck but detailed. First Impressions matter and I hope they continue to impress.

The x-ray tech was very quick and gentle. The doctor and hygienist were great at explaining and executing my care plan. I would recommend All Smiles Dentistry in Tradition to anyone.

Fantastic experience: My doctor, Daniel, did a fantastic job. I had no pain, he explained every procedure that he was doing, he also was concern about my anxiety and reassured me with his patience and calming demeaner. He was the best hygienist I have ever had. Also, the reception staff was very pleasant and helpful. Initially, I was really dreading going to get anything done, but I was so happy in the end that I did go.

Fantastic experience: All Smiles has always been so good to me with taking care of my oral health on a college student budget. Dr. Sanchez, the hygienist Danny (who’s leaving soon unfortunately), Evette who works at the front desk, and some others have all made going to the dentist a whole lot easier. Not only are they very competent and knowledgeable on all things teeth, they made my experience there very comfortable. Kudos to you allsmiles care team. Would highly recommend them :)

Fantastic experience: I love this office everyone was kind and efficient! Daniel Wagenheim was an amazing hygienist, he was kind knowledgeable and cleaned my teeth as good as a periodontal hygienist! Dr Sanchez was also wonderful he came up with a reasonable and effective treatment plan for my teeth. Everyone including the office and support staff were very caring and supportive.
