Fantastic experience: The staff is great & professional attending to my dental needs. They’re doing all my dental work through their office & saving us money compared to having to go to an oral surgeon. Ellie, the manager is genuinely empathetic in procedure that needs to be done on my husband. I would highly recommend this office. Dr Flores is very gentle in removing teeth.

Negative experience: I don't know what happen to this location, but it use to be great before. Went in for a regular cleaning, but the lady cleaning my teeth told me I needed a deeper one. She checked to see if it was covered and they reassured me it was. welp it wasn't, and now they are slapping me with a 500 dollar bill. They need to be more upfront with their patients, and also I felt rushed when in there this dentist I've never dealt with before. Unfortunately I will not be returning to this location or any other all smiles, If this is how they do business.

Negative experience: Although I don’t usually write reviews, I feel like I need to write one in this situation. Hopefully it will get this provider to look at its processes and train staff to improve. I called for an appointment and was given one within a few days. I expressed the pain I was experiencing in a back tooth. On the day of my scheduled appointment I was contacted and asked if I I could come in earlier since there was extra time for the doctor to work on that tooth. I agreed and went in only to sit in the waiting room for an hour. When I was finally taken back, I was seen for X-rays and by the hygienist who discussed what they would need to do. My issue regarding that tooth was never addressed. In fact, the doctor didn’t discuss his plan. My dealing was with the X-ray tech and hygienist who presented what it would cost for a cleaning. I was shocked with the amount but scheduled to begin with an appointment the following week. I asked for them to submit a preauthorization for treatment to my insurance. On the day before the appointment, they called to confirm. I asked about the pre authorization. They lied and said it had been submitted but upon checking with my insurance, they said nothing was submitted. The office called me back to cancel my appointment. I followed up but was told they didn’t receive any answers and it takes 2 weeks to process. Then I called and left messages a couple of weeks later and my calls were not returned. This is not at all professional. You shouldn’t treat people like this. There is definitely room for improvement here. Even to get my records to be seen by another practice was an issue. Hope this helps you to focus on change.

Negative experience: I’m going to another dentist in the future. All that seems to be happening is trying to sell you on other things. Maybe 15 minutes spent on cleaning my teeth. More time spent on what I need to pay on other things. Even the dentist was more interested in what I should do. I was disappointed last time but yesterday was the last time I will go there

Fantastic experience: Tamara, the hygenist was great, very through in the cleaning of the teeths and gentil. The doctor was very good and they both explain any issues in simple way so that i could understand everything. I hope yhat Támara is still at this office for my next visit. The office staff was very good and handled everytjing with no proplems.

Fantastic experience: I've been on the hunt for a new dental clinic for a while now, my first choice here in PSL having committing professional suicide in Feb. As I passed All Smiles while out riding my bike, (nice big phone # on the bldg!) , I called them on the spot. (Side note) My dad was a dentist, and I remember a lot, having had a good bit of OJT as a kid. I was impressed walking in the door. The staff were beyond friendly. Very positive atmosphere. The office mgr. just knew what she was doing, and she did it well with a great sense of humor. Dr Roggi is a VERY fine dentist. I could go into great detail about his knowledge, skill & expertise, but just know I'm not impressed very easily! His air air of confidence alone and I knew I had found my clinic. The plan we came up with is very affordable, and we've set a schedule for a complete oral over-haul with the least amount of lifestyle disruption! I'm a happy patient!! Fantastic experience: So I came in this Wednesday morning for some fillings. I've really been trying to get my teeth to a good place so I can start the road to possible braces- that means fillings and taking care of all the damage that's currently on my teeth, I'm really nervous when it comes to dental work and I have a really low pain tolerance from past experiences. However today Dr. Zinn and Jennifer worked on me and I've never actually smiled and laughed while getting dental work done! During the numbing injections and the whole process he was very communicative and understanding and it just made me feel really comfortable. I usually have to play music because the sound of the drill bothers me and I get so anxious, but I rarely used my music today. They did fillings on the upper and lower part of my right teeth and it feels so smooth and normal. They were so sweet and attentive and I just appreciate them so much. They are a great example of amazing service and people who really care about what they do and who they help. I also have to shout out the front desk staff at this location. The ladies are always so nice and helpful even when it's a hard day or tough time thank you everyone!

They got me in quickly as a new patient, all the staff members I came across were upbeat, friendly, knowledgeable and made me feel welcomed. The front desk receptionist whose name, I will not mention gave quite the opposite affects in fact , she was snarky and extremely condescending with me when checking in.

Fantastic experience: Dr was extremely helpful. I had gone to a different dentist who wanted me to have a root canal that I thought was not necessary. Dr Broggi analyzed the problem , filled the cavity and gave me a crown all through my insurance. Saved me $2000 whic I really appreciated . Negative experience: Terrible experience. I had an initial 4:00 appointment scheduled. I had to take off of work for this appointment . I made sure to get there early for paperwork. I ended up just sitting there till almost 5 pm and was still not called back to be seen . The girl at the front desk asked if I could reschedule. Well I will be rescheduling but not there .

Today I started my retainer,along with my periprotect for my teeth I'm just happy with Dr. Nyugen and Dr. Garcia taking over the atmosphere is so pleasant you're not rushed anymore.

Negative experience: The PSL location is disorganized, unprofessional, and only focused on getting your money. They’re quick to bill you but fail at basic customer service — from scheduling to completing dental work properly. My daughter had tools dropped in her mouth during a filling (which wasn’t even done correctly), and appointments were constantly messed up. No one follows up, and management is unreachable. I’ve been three times in four months, and every visit has been worse than the last. They can keep the money at this point — I just want my peace. Please go somewhere else.

Negative experience: Be careful, since new ownership staff will try to sell you procedures not necessary. I’ve been going for years and now can’t even get a cleaning without agreeing to additional work, not questions asked. Time to look for someone else.

Negative experience: I scheduled to make an appointment for a cleaning and I got a bunch of x-rays and not a cleaning. I was told I need deep scaling treatments before I can have a cleaning. I am in my early 60s and have healthy teeth and gums. I never had a cavity or bleeding gums. I wasted two hours and I feel as if I was taken advantage of and my insurance company. When I got home I told my Brother to make sure he cancels his appointment along with a neighbor. This was the worst dental experience I ever had.

Negative experience: New patient. Made an appointment for dental exam by doctor and a simple cleaning. As soon as I checked in I was told there was no openings for a cleaning and I was getting full dental x-rays with a doctor exam. I told the lady that I would let the doctor determine if I needed x-rays after my exam and get them only if the doctor felt I needed them. I was told that would be malpractice and I had no choice and would not be getting my cleaning because they don’t do that on a first time visit. I made the appointment for a cleaning. I left and lost a whole day of work. I won’t be back!

Negative experience: We have been going here for years. No longer. Very disappointed. Was supposed to replace a crown that they did wrong at No charge and its in their notes!! but now want to charge me for fixing their mistake! No thank you. It has went downhill over the past few years sadly. Will never return.

Negative experience: Had a cleaning last week and had to return to have the dentist follow up with a check up. I was told there would be no charge and it was included with my cleaning. Not so. There was a charge that I was not planing on and when I told the manager, she said they should not have told me that and I still needed to pay. They should standby what they tell you. I am very disappointed with All Smiles Dentistry and plan on finding another dental practice.

Negative experience: Let me start this off by saying that I have been coming to this office for 20 years. For many years, I never had a problem, and in fact had great experiences every time and would recommend this office to anyone who asked. Over the past few years (when the office changed ownership), it's been steadily going downhill, but I was still having good experience with my hygenist so I stayed. After my latest experience, I will never be back. My appointment was for 9am, I didnt receive any of my paperwork to fill out until 20 minutes after my appointment, AND it wasn't updated from the multiple times I've updated it during past appointments (old address, old medications, etc.). I waited another 30 minutes before being taken to the back for X-Rays. After the X-rays, I waited another 30 minutes for the doctor to see me, and was told I wasn't scheduled for a cleaning that day, when it clearly said I was on my appointment (I saw it on the computer and was verbally told as well). After 20 MORE minutes I'm told they can "squeeze me in" (so this is almost 2 hours after my appointment). When I finally am able to get my cleaning, it was very rushed and I absolutely felt like an inconvenience to them. In summary, I will never come back to this office. The amount of staff turnover I've seen in the last 5 years is insane. Do yourself a huge favor and find a different practice.

Negative experience: Not happy with the care I received. I lost count of how many different hygienists I had in three years. During the last cleaning they said I needed a deep clean and essentially stopped cleaning my teeth then, in my life I have never had such a poor cleaning. That doesn't make me want to sign up for a deep cleaning if you can't even do a basic cleaning. I called multiple times to cancel my appointment but no one ever called me back. When I select "existing patient" in the menu it rings and rings until it goes to VM, which they ignore. I finally selected "new patient" and amazingly I was put on hold until someone could help me. Shows how much they value their existing patients. In the three years I probably spent less than 5 minutes with an actual dentist in total and the last time he stuck his fingers in my mouth, wiggles a tooth, and said it had to come out. Didn't look at any of my other teeth, barely saw the dentist in all this time, this is not the type of care that I want.

Fantastic experience: I went to my appointment and was surprised to see a complete new “crew”. The hygienist who took care of me was very nice and very gentle!!! The girl at the front desk was funny and very nice also!!!

Negative experience: I scheduled for a dental cleaning but all they did was the X-rays. Now I have to come back in a month for a cleaning. Unacceptable. I understand that at some point I need it some X-rays but why they couldn’t schedule both services in a day. Again unacceptable

Negative experience: Very disappointed today. I finally got my wife to make a apt. her for her first time after I told her how great all smiles has been with me over the years. She has had bad experiences with dentists before so was already a little reluctant to go in the first place. Her appt was for 2pm but was told to get there at 1:30 to do paperwork. She gets there at 1:26 and the doors are locked for "Lunch" and says will come back at 2pm so she sat for 30 minutes in the parking lot until the doors opened. After filling out paperwork she then sat in the lobby and did not get called back until almost 3pm. Meanwhile there were 2:30 appt patients that were even seen before her. She then went back and the computers and x-ray machine were not working, so finally she was told she would have to reschedule. Almost 2 hours there and nothing. I understand things happen with technology, but someone should have recognized a new patient sitting in the lobby for almost an hour and offered to reschedule maybe an hour sooner so she didn't have to waste 2 hours of her busy day. I am very disappointed, and we will see if she is even willing to re-schedule. Not a good look for first time patient.

Negative experience: Good morning. I'm so frustrated with unprofessionalism in the workplace. I booked my appointment weeks ago 10/5/2024, via a text that this business sent to me.The question was asked. Do I have the same insurance. I replied yes. Now I previously went to this location for a first time visit where my Cigna plan was approved and accepted by this business location. The failure to communicate with me that this location does not accept the benefits from my carrier until this morning 10/31/2024, is mind blowing. This undoubtedly shows me the competence of not just the office staff but the genuine overall respect for the customer by the business. This was a complete breakdown of communication on behalf of All Smiles Family Dentistry at 1202 Port Saint Lucie Blvd. in my honest opinion. A complete waste of time that could have easily been avoided. Have a great rest of your day. I want to add that I did call the number provided by the “owner” in the reply that was post 6 hours after my review, left a voicemail and it has been days 3 to be exact and no call back from the “owner “.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely LOVE this dentist and the office staff!!! I have suffered dental trauma in the past with rough dentist. From the first person you deal with at the desk and everyone to the doctor...you are made to feel comfortable. Friendly professionals with a kind touch. No long waits quality care. Update: There has been an almost complete change in staff and dentist. Definitely not as nice as it used to be. Actively looking for a new place to get dental care.

Negative experience: Unfortunately I can't give this Dentist a favorable review. The main reason being The office staff. I truly felt like I was singled out and Was talked about behind my back, its beyond ridiculous, it's Disgusting how a supposed Professional Provider allows this type of behavior, it's Very Insulting, I was even Refused the usual toothbrush and toothpaste typically given to the Patient when leaving. Who does that? I've NEVER been refused at other Dental Providers...Ever !!!!

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient at All Smiles for years. After today's appointment, I was informed a crown that was installed at the Saint Lucie office was molded incorrectly. In other words, it shouldn't have been placed inside my mouth and it has to be replaced. After multiple X-Rays of the area and visits since the crown was placed and less than two years later. They informed me my insurance will not cover another crown for the same tooth and I'm responsible for the out of pocket expense.( over 1 k) I spoke with the dentist and the front receptionist. I expressed my concerns and how the burden or expense should fall on All Smiles as a defective and or bad mold of a crown was installed. They stated the matter will be looked into and I will hear a result back. I will update the results once I receive them. My update on the above post. All Smiles made things right. I truly appreciate and thank them! I will continue being their patient.

Negative experience: This is a follow up to my review below. They recommended a periodontal cleaning and the charges turned out to be exorbitant and I have insurance! I am shocked at how much it cost. They are losing a customer because of their outrageous pricing. I never paid as much even in NY and NJ. So, I will travel to Boca Raton to my previous dentist who was wonderful and has more realistic pricing. In looking at other reviews, I see that I am not the only one complaining about their pricing and billing. My original review: I recently moved to Port St. Lucie, so i did not have a dentist here. I called yesterday and got an appointment for today with Dr. Nguyen for a loose filling. I was pleasantly surprised. She was very professional and clearly very skilled.

Positive experience: The cleaning was professional in every way. What took me by surprise was the inspection by the dentist that suggested that I "might" have cavities under my crowns, and wanted to make an appointment with a dentist from another All Smiles Dentistry, to do work that "might" NOT be covered under my wife's dental insurance. I would know if I had cavities under the crowns. I do NOT want any work done on any crowns unless I suspect I have cavities under them. I will be seeking another dentist.

Negative experience: This was by far the worst dental experience I have ever had. I am a new patient that just wanted an x-ray and an exam. I came early on my scheduled appointment and filled out all the forms online in advance including my insurance information and when I got there, I ended up waiting for an hour due to insurance issues just to reschedule me for the next day. I show up the next day, get my x-rays done and leave me in the chair for the doctor to show up and go over my x-ray and treatment plan. She shows up, briefly goes over my x-rays and tells me that I have to schedule a cleaning with them and leaves me in the chair. I was abandoned in that chair for 30 minutes and the hygienist finds me and insists she does a cleaning. I told her what the doctor said and what I would like to reschedule my cleaning and I was straight up told no. I asked multiple times to reschedule and was completely ignored and was given a cleaning anyways. It was completely unprofessional and I will never be taking my service there or recommend this place to anyone again.

Positive experience: Office stay was completely unprepared for clients. My self & another family waited over 30 min just to be taken back.

Negative experience: I think if I could I would put (-star) That rating should speak for itself. I have learned the hard way…. Please don’t go to these people.

Fantastic experience: The whole staff at All Smiles dentistry Port St. Lucie is absolutely amazing. They were gentle, helpful, and patient with my children! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Negative experience: This office has no clue what they are doing. They have no consideration for people's schedules. I scheduled my appointment 6 months ago, get a text message saying please confirm your appointment at 8am on 8/9 I confirmed. Showed up at 715am walked in at 745am to be told my appointment is at 10am. I couldn't make that 10am appointment because I was unaware they switched it. Reschedule to 8/17 for 12pm walk in at 1150am to be told I was doubled booked and they have my appointment at 1:30pm. After I showed both text messages to the front desk showing my times and dates they shrug their shoulders and say sorry. At least give someone a heads up. I will be finding a new dentist office.

Negative experience: I would give this place a 0 if I could. My elderly parents were patients there. They were persuaded to purchase a discount plan. They were told that it wouldn’t affect payment from their insurance. My parents paid all their procedures on date of service. Roughly about 10 thousand out of pocket. All Smiles did submit bills to insurance which reimbursement should have gone to my parents about 2 thousand. All Smiles refuses to give my parents their money. Said you can’t have discount plan and insurance What a bunch B.S. I will be filing a complaint with the state. Taking advantage of old folks. Shame on you

Fantastic experience: Oh my goodness! I absolutely love Dr. Nguyen and Tim! They are so patient and make you feel calm and at ease.

Fantastic experience: I was suffering a painful tooth ache, my current dentist had dropped my dental insurance coverage, so I was in need of a new dentist. All Smiles had an office nearby who honored my dental insurance. I called them and they invited me to come in within 2 hours. The All Smiles people were pleasant and took care of me promptly. I was pleased with All Smiles and they are now my dentists.

Fantastic experience: I love this place. I needed a tooth pulled, the staff and surgeon couldn't have been more caring. I recommend them 100%!

Fantastic experience: Fast and friendly staff. Incredibly competent, gentle, detail-oriented dentist and assistant. Just a few hours after my fillings, no pain or lingering numbness. Great work.

Fantastic experience: The entire staff is completely amazing… Everyone is super helpful and thoughtful… I especially appreciated Dawn, just to know she was checking on me through my procedure was nice.. I highly recommend this office

Fantastic experience: The whole staff is AMAZING! From the first visit the front desk staff was friendly, professional, and accommodating when scheduling apts. To the friendly thorough hygienists, and the whole team. The whole staff is welcoming and office is clean! A great vibe and they really take pride is providing patients with the best service! Dr. Linda Nguyen is brilliant with a real eye for details and a finesse in her work. I loved the high pressure wash for my cleaning and the hi-tech software to see under the gums, BEST cleaning ever! I usually hate the dentist always feeling like you’re being rushed, painful, and uncomfortable. Not here! The staff talks you thru the process & procedures. I had such a great cleaning experience that I came back to have several filings and other work done. For the first time I enjoyed the dentist bc of the fabulous team I am “All Smiles” now. Can’t recommend them enough!!

Negative experience: The whole process is annoying! They make you wait a long time from person to person and come back and show you this big price after existing all your time. I will not come back to this place
