Fantastic experience: I have been going here for years and I will continue to come back. The hygienists are very thorough and very attentive. After my cleaning they made sure that I was scheduled for my next cleaning and any follow up work I needed. Always pleased with my visits.

Fantastic experience: I had a crown come off after 25 years. They were very friendly, great exam and very knowledgeable. Up front prices. Dr. Broaddus was one of the best dentist that i seen. My hygienist was very nice and gental with the exam. I am making this my permenant dentist. I coming back for my cleaning next month.

Negative experience: I am be there in January , for a cleaning appointment, they tell me I need it a drop cleaning as my condition,( i knowing 10 years ago at Miami dentist too ) the estimate here was $1.300 something, I didn’t have insurance y/o money for, Ricardo do the “ regular” cleaning was a terrible ! He NEVER USE the machine for removing the plaque , at ALL, he use the instrument only, also he DONT POLISH AT THE END Properly I was in pain for more than 2 weeks, don’t coming if you DONT HAVE INSURANCE y/o more than $1000 available!!!!

Fantastic experience: What a relief to find this place. Staff are all lovely, dentist is kind, office is clean and updated, equipment is current. Nobody tried to sell me anything unnecessary. So glad I found them.

After 24 yrs. living on the Treasure Coast dealing with money hungry dentists I can honestly say I have finally found the cream of the crop. Thanks to the entire staff. See you soon.

Negative experience: Forcing me to go with caps instead of refilling fillings that fell out on several teeth. Not impressed with their salesmanship. I went for refills and they told me they could only cap my teeth at $3000.

Fantastic experience: I am very pleased with my experience. I adored my dental hygienist, Debbie, she’s awesome. The dentist, Dr. Broaddus, was very kind, and he really listened and explained things to me very patiently and thoroughly. Lewis at the front desk was also extremely helpful. They were all just great! I felt like they were honest and affordable.

Negative experience: I am giving a one star because the dentist (Eleine Lafitta) really pushed installing veneers on me and refused to do an alternative treatment which had worked in the past before. I relented and trusted the dentist’s judgement, but they did not communicate the extent or scope of the procedure well at all. It was more visits and more expensive than they originally suggested, and they did not communicate how much weaker veneers are than real teeth. The dentist was also a no show for one of the appointments. I also had three of the four veneers pop off within a year and had to have them reattached by another dentist. Overall, it was so bad that I switched to Southeast Dental which seems to be a good practice. It looks like Eleine Lafitta is no longer working here, but I feel like it was the entire practice that was subpar. You may have a better experience. If you do go here I would just recommend that you do not do any of their suggested procedures without first going home, thinking it over, and scheduling it yourself. Do not expect to get good information from this practice. I hope that the practice takes this criticism into consideration and applies it to their future patients.

Negative experience: This Dentist office at 2385 SE Federal Hwy Seems to have new young dentists that are very young and starting out. Part of a bigger Corporate structure that churns thru them almost Yearly. Money is the game they play Offering Unnecessary procedures that pad your Bill. BUYER BEWARE do you really have Cavities ? I checked my daughters mouth carefully and not finding any soft or discolored spots had a more experienced dentist look at. No cavities not even close.

Negative experience: Had bad tooth pain went in and was told needed my tooth pulled. Was given an appointment and what the cost would be. I show up couple days later get called wrong name, then said wrong procedure and then was told instead of $400 it would be $1,800. Gave me an anxiety because they didn't have me down to come in, calls me wrong name, says I'm here for crown and now wrong price. I went to another dentist who only charge me $283 for tooth pulling. This place is a scam.

Fantastic experience: Im 61 yrs old and Debra is the best dental hygenist I've ever had. She not only did a great job, but it was pain free. And never had an issue with the water and suction. It's a very clean office.

Negative experience: If I could give less than 1 star, I would. They urged me to buy a Cigna savings plan, had no record of my appointment today, I had the appointment card from 6 months ago. At their urging I bought the Cigna savings plan. Today they informed me they no longer accept the Cigna savings plan. They never notified me and it had already auto renewed. No apologies for any of it. I left. I would advise you to run, ans run fast from them.

Negative experience: Went to get treatment for teeth pain and sensitivity, the recommendation i got was don't chew on the side of the pain and don't eat hard foods, did not give me a price for implant, said had to wait more time. Would not recommend this dentist.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend Dr.Laffita, I came to them a new patient. With pain that has demoralized me for weeks. They were friendly, helpful, and patient with all my concerns. I left their office happy & out of pain. Take it from someone who avoids dentist's; they proved to me, theirs nothing to drag your feet or worry about. Their whole team is great!

Negative experience: I wanted to leave an honest review of my recent experience here. First, I have to say the front desk staff is wonderful — welcoming, helpful, and truly a bright spot in the office. The office manager was fine as well. Office is clean and most of the people have good bedside manner or at least sufficient. However, the rest of my experience left me uncertain about continuing care here. I came to this office after needing to switch from my children’s dentist, who no longer sees adult patients. My first cleaning went smoothly, but I was surprised to learn that the actual dentist wasn’t in the office that day because of car trouble. Ok I get it car trouble is unexpected but still. I was told I had to return the next day just to be seen due to legal requirements. As a new patient, this was concerning. What if something had happened during the appointment? And more broadly — why isn’t a dentist present during normal office hours? Also never got an apology or anything for having to come back the next morning. It was very much brushed under the rug. I tried to give the benefit of the doubt and assumed it was just a one-off situation. But today I returned for a filling, and things felt off again. I was given five shots of pain medication — five — for what I was told were small cavities. I’ve never needed more than two at any other dentist. The procedure seemed fine until the end, when the dentist unexpectedly cut part of my gum without asking, warning, or even telling me. Apparently there was a piece of gum over my back tooth, and they just decided to remove it without any communication. That happened five hours ago, and I’m still in pain and finally took Tylenol since it hadn’t gone away. I’m sharing this not to be unkind, but to help others know what to expect. I may still change my mind once the pain goes down, but for now, I’m seriously considering switching providers. If you’re looking for a new dentist, I’d just recommend thinking carefully about the kind of care and communication you value in your healthcare.

Negative experience: My son was told you took his insurance. He took off from work to see you for an appointment. Well he gets in there to find out you don’t take his insurance. How dare you mislead him and waste his time and money. How dare you treat people like this.

Negative experience: Called and verified my husband's insurance there and they said they accepted it. I even gave them policy number. Days of confirmation texts, and texts about being charged $75 if he didn't show up, and he he is IN THE CHAIR when they come back and then tell him they actually do not accepted tje insurance and he has to now pay cash today. Well obviously he left. They do not have their act together so I would not trust them in your mouth. Poor business practices and horrible front desk. STAY AWAY FROM HERE

I am not fearful of my next visit. Prior to this last visit, I would have high anxiety before & during my appointments! Great team!

Fantastic experience: Went to family & implant dentistry of stuart as a walk in with no appointment, complaining of a tooth ache. They immediately brought me in to see the Dr. They took exrays , addressed my problem and within minutes realized I needed a root canal. If your not familiar with this procedure it's very time consuming. They assured me I would be taken care of and not to worry. After the procedure I left with no pain. The entire staff was wonderful. Professional, caring. If you ever need a anything to do with dentistry, let this team be your go to. Thank you family Dentistry.

Fantastic experience: I just started going to see Dr Jordan Broaddus DMD in July and I needed a lot of work done. I just have to say that he is a wonderful Dentist! He takes the time to explain everything and provides you choices. The whole staff is great and friendly! If you are looking for a Great Dentist look no farther.

Positive experience: The personnel were caring and good listeners. The doctor seemed competent and was not pushy. Good experience over-all. My only criticism was that they would not allow me their special deal price, opting to charge my insurance instead.

Dentist appeared competent and gave helpful advice although we delayed treatment until I return home. (I am a visitor in the region.). I liked her analysis and explanation of my problem.

Fantastic experience: My appointment for a cleaning was at 4:00 and I was out the door by 4:30! And the cleaning was so gentle I could have fallen asleep. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I had my six month check up and cleaning today and Raquel Did a very thorough and great job on my teeth. I told her that she was now my new favorite hygienist.! I could go to a dentist closer to my home, but I prefer to go to the best!

Negative experience: Hygienist was excellent! I have no molars left, took her 15 minutes, I was expecting my bill to be close to the $85 as previously, $142 for that 15 minutes, obviously I think they are outrageously expensive and do not recommend.

They go through some staff changes when new leadership comes in but Ive never experienced anything negative. Alex did my cleaning on my last visit and it was a pleasant experience and well done. I recommend this Dentistry to anyone looking for a local Dentist.
