Fantastic experience: I went to Sage Dental for a second opinion, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. From the moment I walked in, everyone made me feel comfortable and genuinely cared about my concerns. The entire team was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The level of care and customer service exceeded my expectations. I honestly didn’t expect to have such a positive experience, but they completely changed my perspective. I highly recommend Sage Dental to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring dental office. I’ll definitely be coming back to keep up with my dental care.

Fantastic experience: Great experience for a dentist office, on time, they let me know it there's a cancellation, I like morning appointments. Hygienist was awesome, in the middle of denture fittings and choice of tint on teeth. My uncle's a dentist in Road Island n couldn't be happier with Sage. I'll post pictures when dentures are completed. Hope this helps your decision on visiting this office.

Negative experience: The two receptionists were spectacular and offered me a zero interest payment plan in writing. But Nick called me night before my appointment after exrays and withdrew payment plan a classic Bait and switch, nasty and unprofessional. Demanding 4 times more than any other dentist I have spoken too. Beware

Fantastic experience: I went in for a consultation and xrays in March of 2023. They referred to an excellent endodontist for a root canal on a molar that also had an abcess. This dentist is also in Sage group and I was very pleased with root canal work and removal of filling. Subsequently Dr. Kosevo prepared the tooth for a temporary crown, my permanent crown was installed three weks later and fits perfectly. All of the staff were so professional and I heartily recommend them. I look forward to this medical care group taking care of my teeth.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Sage for many years especially to Tatiana for the deep cleaning and every 4 months of maintenance and she does exceptional work. I have also had the Dentist do crowns and fillings. They always make you feel comfortable what ever procedure I had done.

Fantastic experience: Today I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Adam Schuessler, who is a board certified oral surgeon. I had a complex dental issue, and Dr. Schuessler and his assistant Erica put me totally at ease. His explanations were professional, clear and concise. I am confident that he will handle my problem to the very best of his ability.

Negative experience: Very unpleasant first time patient at this practice. I booked a cleaning and left an hour later without having it done. They did tons of X-rays (which I understand being a new patient some are needed but this seemed excessive) and then the hygienist came to see me. She claimed I had the beginnings of gum disease and therefore needed a deep cleaning. My gums were not bleeding and I had no discomfort so it didn’t feel right. My insurance covered a basic cleaning so this would be a $250 charge. The manager was rude and did not want to budge when I said I didn’t want the deeper cleaning - which wasn’t even going to take place that day… I had to book a second appointment for that. Never had this happened to me. The upsell resulted in me not returning. Booked at a nearby competitor and hygienist and Dr applauded my healthy gums and teeth. This was all a week apart. Thankfully they were able to email my X-rays so I didn’t have to get exposed to radiation again. They also didn’t charge for these.

Fantastic experience: The staff this time when returning were very personable and friendly, did not have to wait to long for my appointment. Mary, who did my periodontal work was amazing!!!

Negative experience: Do NOT go here. Worst experience ever. No one knew anything, they can't schedule correctly, and they force you to pay for things you don't want or tell you to stay in pain. Don't fill the cavity, take care of the other tooth!

Negative experience: This was the most horrible dental experience of my life. They had the referral for an extraction and I had an evaluation with their company for an extraction already. Not only did they lose the referral and x-ray imaging at the prior appointment causing a three hour delay for care, at this appointment they only scheduled it as a consult, even though it was scheduled and confirmed as an extraction appointment. Upon arriving, I had a dentist tell me to open my mouth and he said "there's the tooth, we need to schedule your extraction". I was completely lost as my extraction was scheduled already for 8 AM but they double booked themselves for another oral surgery, leaving me to not get my tooth extracted. They then told me I had to get a bone graft for an implant after the removal. I said I didn't want a bone graft because I wasn't going to get an implant and when I asked why I need the bone graft I was told "I don't know that's the doctor's recommendation and you have to do it". So they take me to the front desk with no answers, and try to get me to pay for a consult that lasted 15 seconds, maybe even less. I didn't get to go over the recommendations with the dentist, I didn't get to ask questions, and I didn't even get to see my imaging. I asked to speak to the dentist and was told he was unavailable and that I had to pay. Chaos ensued. I have placed a grievance with this company with my dental insurance, and upon doing so was called by the front desk who gave me an attitude and told me I was not allowed back in retaliation for filing my grievance. I highly HIGHLY recommend no one else comes here. Oh and they sent me signed documentation "by me" when I didn't sign anything! Pretty sure that is illegal.

They made me feel at home, we’re very honest about everything, and found a plan to get me fixed up quickly. Everything went smooth and I am extremely happy now that my teeth are very clean and fixed! From Ms. Tracy (office manager) when I first walk in to my FANTASTIC Dentist Dr. Briggs & her phenomenal dental assistant Jess W. They are kind, thoughtful & incredibly talented! Negative experience: I scheduled an appointment with a particular dentist. When I arrived on the day of the appointment I was told the preferred dentist wasnt scheduled for that day. I was manipulated for their convenience....and they lost a customer. Good thing too, because after reading the reviews about that dentist, it seems I dodged bullet. I will spend my money for dental care I can trust, not this place.

Fantastic experience: I was having anxiety about my visit to Sage Dental. I haven’t been to the dentist in many years. The receptionists were kind and receiving. Dr. Luba was very knowledgeable,he took his time and informed me of all my options. I wanna mention a special word of thanks to two staff members that were very kind and informative. Brittany, the nurse that did my x-rays and took me to my room. Adjusted my chair. Made sure I was comfortable.Also I would lie to thank Jessica for her care and concern.The staff at Sage Dental made me very comfortable at a time I was suffering anxiety.

Fantastic experience: I don’t understand the business structure of Sage Dental, because they have a number of branch offices. Is it a franchise? A corporation? I don’t know. What I do know is I very much appreciate the branch I use at 4203 SE Federal Highway in Stuart. I left a different company (stand alone dental office) whose medical expertise was fine…but they couldn’t accurately report billing to the insurance to save their lives! Their front office/billing was terrible leaving me to correct their mistakes. I changed to Sage Dental to access one Dr Schuessler (their oral surgeon) to remove a molar that had been rebuilt on my jaw bone with a cement post 50 years ago—now cracked. This was no job for an ordinary dentist, especially one with a bungling billing department! Dr Schuessler is really smooth! I would highly recommend him or his associate, Dr Briggs (very nice young mother) who I greatly appreciate and recommend to persons with anxious children, rushed working folk, or older person like me, trying to get by. But once you get past any more dire problem they will deal with, and you are periodontal like me needing regular deep cleanings; I highly recommend Hygenist Tatiana. What a diligent effort she puts into her work. I truly appreciate her gentile approach and firm work to clean deeply! Saving me from further treatments. By the way, I’ve learned to understand that working in a dental office doing appointments or billing is really difficult work where it looks a little bit “hair on fire”. But at this Sage office, my billing is always accurate. Never have I had to challenge insurance due to their mistake. Last point, they have an enrollment program which obtains discounts for services. A bit of a subscription arrangement. But I saw in one case for me, a substantial savings for me compared to what a non-subscriber paid.

Negative experience: HORRIBLE DENTAL OFFICE... if i could give a 0 I would. im literally shaking mad from how rude the receptionist just was to me and my fiances insurance company while we were on a 3 way call to find out why they were trying to charge him $700 for something that is supposed to be $60 based of off his copay. she advised it was for procedure code d7953 which he doesn't even want done. He just wants the tooth pulled he is in severe pain and they're refusing to just do the service he requested stating this other procedure code is to preserve bone for possible future implants which he has no interest in ever having. The woman was so rude and had such an attitude with me just because we were trying to get information. I have had teeth pulled and never had to have some extra dental procedure code. this place is a SCAM trying to pull you in and then tell you that you have to pay something extra that's not covered by their insurance so they can charge you which is probably why she had such an attitude when i called with the insurance company on the line with me. I've watch my fiancé be in extreme pain for days, has had to go to ER to have his tooth numbed until he could get to the dentist and now he's dealing with this. Unacceptable, greedy, rude, nasty place. NO COMPASSION and NO PROFESSIONALISM!

Negative experience: SCAMMERS ! 6 months ago, I went to Sage Dental Stuart for a chipped tooth. Dr. Hayley Briggs wanted to do 6 crowns ( including my small chipped tooth ) and 8 cavities. I refused and got my chip tooth fixed elsewhere. Today, 6 months later, I just visited a new dentist for a cleaning. After X-rays, the dentist showed me I had absolutely no cavities. I do not recommend Hayley Briggs to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Went in for an emergency dental repair and Dr. Kevin Luba and his hygienist Brittany were amazingly friendly and took such good care of me on short notice. They were upfront and honest and lead me in the right direction of choices I had for my repair.

Negative experience: Dental assistant that took my X-rays was great, super nice but the dentist I saw seemed dismissive and only spent a minute with me before leaving. Recommended a root canal for my tooth pain and prescribed an antibiotic but after seeing another dentist for a second opinion, it turns out I had impacted wisdom teeth that were the cause of my pain and they were shocked that Sage Dental didn't say anything about my wisdom teeth since it was clearly on the X-rays they took. Also they saw no reason for me to be on an antibiotic so I was just taking unnecessary medication.

Negative experience: Signed up for their “dental plan” which is literally just a scam. Tried to make appointments and every time I made an Appt weeks prior they would call me day of to reschedule. The work I did get done was not good and when I wanted to get a regular cleaning they charged me extra saying it had to be done (she didn’t even floss my bottom teeth) what kind of cleaning is that? Got a root canal and my gum and tooth still hurt, don’t go here.

Negative experience: NOT RECOMMENDED! Will change/cancel your appointment after scheduling. Previous times there have had mishaps ranging from reading the wrong patients x-ray to breaking drill equipment while in use! Do yourselves a favor and spend a little time researching a better dentistry!

Fantastic experience: So far they started out strong amazing even then the dentist that was working on making my dentures quit so another dentist took over then she quit now the main dentist that I am guessing is the manager or senior dentist took over by this point she had to start from scratch to many chiefs in the pot ruins the food!Now she was brilliant but the lab was a nightmare they lost my teeth and they got switched with someone else’s they said no not possible but I am telling you there is no way I would have approved these teeth but they convinced me they where mine the top plate is to narrow and way way to deep I can’t even talk right with them in my mouth they said I have to get use to them.While I’ve had them going on 3 weeks I can’t eat even yogurt with them they are to big for my mouth my friend says they look like horse teeth lol.The dentist did a great great job I don’t blame here whatever happened when they went from the beautiful wax mold I approved to the actual dentures is were the ball got dropped now the teeth are made and unfortunately I am stuck with dentures that I can’t use.I should have gone back to aspen they did a fantastic job and I had my tin one day btw did I tell you this took almost a year and they are horrible dentures.looks like I am am going to have to pay out of pocket and get some made I give Sage dental a negative-10 and say stay clear if your getting dentures go to Aspen my dentures from aspen fit day one I never even needed an adjustment they were perfect. I kicked myself and I fell back there.

Positive experience: An unfriendly receptionist set the stage for my visit. She looked up when I came in but did not greet me and did not smile. I said hello, and stated my name and appointment time. Her response was still not a friendly greeting but just a “Do you have insurance?” (In a cranky voice). I gave her an insurance card and took a seat. She called the insurance company and then Shouted across the waiting room that I was NOT INSURED AND HAVENT BEEN SINCE 2020! I had given her an outdated card. I was very embarrassed. I found the newer card in my wallet and assured her that I am most certainly insured. Had this girl at the front desk been cheery / friendly I would have had a much different experience. She should not have this job. She has NO customer service skills. Nobody enjoys going to the dentist, and many arrive with fear and anxiety. The receptionist should make the arriving patient feel welcome and cared about. I felt like I was inconveniencing her day. Her facial expressions and body language told me I was an annoyance. The dentist (Dr Stein) and dental Assistant were very nice, and very professional. If they are selling smiles, they need to have one on their own face.

Fantastic experience: The team at Sage Dental are very good! Sierra welcoming you when you arrive, Erica taking you through and assisting during procedure and Dr Schuessler helping to put you at ease before carefully explaining everything as he went along, ensuring a bare minimum of pain. Office Manager Tracy is there to answer any questions. Both my husband and I have found Dr Schuessler to be a skillful oral surgeon who really takes great care of his patients.

Negative experience: I didn't like my 1 hour cleaning, which turned into 20 minutes less. This time I am very Disappointed on new staffing. I shouldn't even give 1 star.

Positive experience: From a past job, I had a customer suggest Sage Dental to me. That the staff was friendly and the prices were affordable. After making my trip to Sage, I do feel this might be the dentist's office for me. Brittany and Sierra at the front desk were sweet and helped me with whatever I needed. I recommend if you need a nice dentist's office you can trust to take care of you. Edit: In response to a previous review of mine regarding calls not being answered, to find out they were very short the staff, so I did want to correct my review. I wasn't aware the amount of staff that used to be there wasn't really around during the time I needed the care and only one lady was holding down the office calls at this time. I can empathize and understand how stressful that can be so I'd like to make a more positive change to my review.

Fantastic experience: Wow! What a GREAT experience starting with the amazing staff to Dr Stern. I never even felt the Novocain and the root canal was a breeze! Dr Stern was so kind and made sure I was comfortable. Highly recommend! Royal treatment!!

Negative experience: Update: My crown fell off 2 yrs later that they had put on. I didn't have enouph tooth left to hold the crown on, as I was told by another Sage Dental location in Palm Beach Gardens. The Stuart location should have built up the tooth first. If I was made aware of this, I would have paid the extra cost. Now they're making me pay for the new crown in full because it was done at the Palm Beach Gardens location. Was told after the new crown was placed on that I should have gone back to the Stuart location. I was not told this till months later when they began billing me! No one will help just tells you to call Patient Support. And Corporate's 'Patient Support' (lol) never calls you back to help. No support there. 3 letters written.... For something less than $350.00 is ridiculous when I've been with them for years! Go elsewhere. Not worth the hassel.

Negative experience: Gave this office a whole year to get their stuff together. They are always over charging, changing appointment times without my knowledge, and on appointment days I am left waiting at least 20-30 minutes past my appointment time to be seen. I even tried scheduling my appointments first thing to avoid the wait time only to be left in the waiting room with no one available at the desk to check in when I arrive. Today I arrived at 820AM for my 830AM appointment time. I even tried calling the Stuart office line 5 times since 830AM, from the waiting room and heard it ring and ring and no one picked up. By 850AM I walked out.

Fantastic experience: Sage dental first visit there. No wait time. Saw me immediately. The staff and Dr was very friendly. Very informative. Very comfortable my first visit. Will be back

Fantastic experience: Dr. Schuessler and his assistant were absolutely the best! Dr. explained every thing he was doing and was so understanding! His assistant took the time to explain the care afterwards thoroughly!

Negative experience: Would not recommend this practice. Very unprofessional from the front desk to the Dentist. Feeling they are more into the money than patient care. Their 2.8 review rating reflects this.

Fantastic experience: I went to Sage dental as I needed an implant and Dr Jason Hersh, DDS has been wonderful. He always informed me what as to what he was going to do. The procedure went very well from extraction to implant. I am pleased I now have a beautiful crown . I would recommend Dr Hersh and Dr Briggs for anyone needing a Dentist or Periodontist.

Negative experience: My wife went for a cleaning. Sage employee broke a tooth, then rather than fill the tooth to fix her gross negligence, she tried saying it was not broken. We got it repaired the very next morning at a another dentist who said not only was it truly broken, but it was far too jagged to be anything but a new break. He also said he has seen this level of unscrupulous behavior before from Sage. All they had to do was say maybe it broke due to existing weakness. Total denial was more than mere incompetence, it was unethical. Never again.

Negative experience: I tried scheduling a periodontic consultation through sage based on my insurance provider & during the first try, I was told by palm beach sage that I had no insurance and that I lied to them so they cancelled my appointment a day ahead. I then scheduled another appointment with the stuart office. There’s a cancellation fee when you cancel same day. Day of my appointment (today) I was told I needed to come in 3 hours earlier because the dentist wanted to leave early & my appointment was too late. Being that this frustrated me, I asked if I would have a voucher for my next appointment based on them cancelling same day. The receptionist then hung up on me. I called back to get their names & I could tell it was the same lady… she obviously wouldn’t give me her name, so dr hersch & his staff have no respect for anyone’s time but their own. Repeatedly was told I was lying & was left with no help at all. I have since scheduled with an entirely different company and I urge you all to do the same!!

Negative experience: Terrible dentist and customer service / worse dentists I’ve ever been to - had a simple reglue of a veneer - came off two times in two days because of horrible technique- wanted my money back and they refused / stay away -

Fantastic experience: I have been using Sage Dental in Stuart for a number of years, and have never been disappointed. The staff has always been super nice and takes the time to answer my questions. Today I saw Janely Pinero, an experienced dentist. She was so nice and pleasant. What I like was that the problem I had encountered which I was there for, she gave me several ways I could have it done, depending on my finances. I was never swayed any way. EVERYONE is extremely nice and so easy to work with!!!

Fantastic experience: Haley Biggs is my most important part of my dental care. I first started with Sage dental last July and was so pleased with Haley and deeply trusted her treatment. Not only was she so gentle and kind yet highly knowledgeable to make me feel at ease. I couldn't be more satisfied with her caring ways about her. Haley Biggs is the only dentist I would ever trust for my ageing teeth. I waited until she had her baby and came back. Thank you Haley for your most incredible treatment and amazing approach. Negative experience: Went there and the hygenist said i had pockets and dental problem. I refuse treatment and said i would get a second opinion. I left Sage and will never go back they tried to make me pay for treatment i didn't need. I still have the dental treatment plan big $$$$$$ they gave me. Went to another dental office and they said nothing about pockets or dental problem

Fantastic experience: Love, love , love Sage Dental in Stuart. The dentist there was so kind and gentle. Best of all they answer their phone. However, the PSL office is terrible I will never go back! They don’t answer their phone and they don’t do anything they just keep having you come back. I would highly recommend the office in the Stuart area

Fantastic experience: I never thought I could say that I LOVE a dentist office, but here I am writing a review because for pretty much the first time in my life I’ve left a dentist office HAPPY and excited for my dental journey. Dr. Briggs was so gentle with me, she was so patient & understanding to all of my worries about having a bridge installed- She explained everything she was doing in great detail, her dental assistant Larina comforted me and showed great compassion for my anxiety. I’m overall so impressed with how larina and dr.Briggs treated me I will only let this duo work on me & I highly recommend Sage dental of Stuart- this team has really gone above and beyond for me from anything to help with my insurance coverage to holding my hand. I’m forever thankful ❤️

Fantastic experience: Every time I’ve gone into sage dental at Stuart the environment is always upbeat and welcoming! The whole staff looks like they actually enjoy their job and want the best for their customers. Most offices have quiet music and waiting area where their’s is funky music and they’re always laughing. I’ve been to other locations and the vibe just isn’t quite like this one! Very happy to always go and be greeted by Tracy and Brittany

Negative experience: The first impression of this dental practice is how unwelcoming and rude the 3-4 women sitting around in the cubicle are, on all 3 visits..laughing about customers. and complaining about employees that were not present. Do you think people in the waiting room can't hear you? After seeing the dentist , the women charged for a dental plan, this plan has no explanation our literature.They gave us no choice , the plan is not optional. I expected a fee but $198 dollars for exam , X-ray was shocking. One woman said how lucky we will be that the cleaning the next day would be free. It was actually 65 dollars. The dentist will do work above and beyond what is necessary for more money...just another step before the necessary work will be done and this dental plan covers nothing. This Sage dental practice is sketchy at best and we won't return. There are so many other dental practices in Stuart and the Treasure Coast. I am completely shocked by the conduct of Sage dental.
