Fantastic experience: The personnel are very friendly and efficient. Dr. Mitchell is great! I hate going to any dentist but this office makes you feel welcome and cared for!! However their new financial ownership is horrible. Now they make you pay up front and thier estimates of insurance benefits is never right. Then you have to wait forever for reimbursement from them. If you don't ask they don't tell. The first time was a nearly 800.00 difference the last time was around 23.00. I'm considering changing dentists for that reason only!
Positive experience: I had a crowd and a feeling done and it was amazingly pain-free!. They were all very fast, efficient and had an empathy for my stress and anxiety over being at the dentist.. I was even able to make a payment plan. I definitely have and will be recommending this dentist! Even the hygienists are awesome.

Fantastic experience: Moved from out of state a few months ago and my crown fell off. I Called to get established as a new patient and get my crown fixed. They were so accommodating, and got me in quickly! The front office staff, hygienist and the dentist I saw were all so friendly and wonderful. Got my crown fixed and got my whole family established as patients. Happy to have found this office!

Negative experience: Dr Mitchell has been our family dentist for years. We've always had excellent encounters with him and his staff. This visit was very different. The new dental hygienist was very rough. I was poked multiple times with the instruments and with her fingernails(through the gloves). When it was time for me to see Dr Mitchell, someone new came in to see me. Apparently, there's a new dentist on his staff. No one told me I wouldn't be seeing my regular dentist. I thought her visit was very brief and she never asked questions that Dr Mitchell usually asked. Really going to have to contemplate if I'll stay with this office which is frustrating since I've been coming here for years.

Fantastic experience: New Patient! So, when I walked into the office, it was already warm, inviting and comforting. I got checked in, the ladies at the front desk helped me out. They explained that they just got a new software system - and of course I let them know I understood, but they were still fast and efficient! Then, I met with Dr. Mitchell. Great doctor and a very genuine person! He explained everything to me that he was doing and why he was doing it. At the end of the appointment, we had a plan in place to get my teeth back on track! Thanks Doc! Today, I met with Jessica (Hygienist), and she was the sweetest ever! Thank you so much for my cleaning and taking the time to explain things to me! All around GREAT dentist office! Fantastic experience: Went for a exam and found out im gonna need tooth extractions because my teeth are over crowded and I still have a baby tooth and that the adult tooth is down in my jaw bone, like the tooth is completely covered by my jaw bone. Good service, I haven't been to a dentist in a while and iv always been nervous at the dentist but it wasn't bad, I forgot there names but the girls who did the exam were kind and had great service and explained things to me when I had questions, over all 10/10. Going back for a cleaning today

Fantastic experience: Dr. Saachi Goyal and the entire team showed patience and kindness to my elderly mother who was receiving an implant. They explained the entire process to her and made her feel at ease, because this was a front tooth extra care was given to matching the implant to her other teeth and we greatly appreciated the extra effort that went into that. Fantastic experience: Dr. Mitchell and his Staff our The Best! and i’ve been to a lot of dentists in my life.. the environment is relaxing and the staff is the most pleasant people. I just had 6 fillings done a few days ago, and during the procedure, Dr. Mitchell is completely focused on his demands, and your comfort, and he explains what he is doing thoughgout the process. And it is honestly the closest to pain-free dentistry as is possible. I told Dr. Mitchell, that after moving back to California next year, and when the need arises, that i should require more dental procedures, i will absolutely fly up to medford to see him. She's not only extremely skilled, qualified, and precise with her work, but she's also very comforting and easy to be around --- great qualities when someone is operating in your mouth! Even though I was getting a crown for a back tooth, she was gentle, patient, and communicative throughout the entire process. Her presence is very reassuring, and i enjoyed my conversations with her. The crown turned out perfectly: no pain, no problems, and it feels completely natural. I would highly recommend her to anyone! I also want to thank the dental hygienist Liz, who provided comfort and professional care and ensured my retainers were perfectly adjusted for my new crown. Their teamwork made the entire experience smooth and stress-free.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a patient of his for 10 years. I received my second crown and it was a seamless experience. He explained everything that he was doing and why along with giving me pointers on how to take care of the tooth and my other teeth as well. Another reason I had a great experience is he took care of the pain I started to have in the tooth he was crowning and now the pain is gone. The things I’ve learned from him and his team since I’ve been a patient here are priceless.
