Fantastic experience: I had to go in today for an emergency appointment, I needed an abscess drained. Every single staff member was amazing, polite, even helped keep my children distracted when they got antsy. Hands down the best experience I’ve ever had in a dentists office dr Demille was through answered all my questions and got my prescriptions and referrals to me before I was even ready to walk out the door. I will definitely be coming back

Fantastic experience: I h ad oral surgery for implants on the 20th. I had severe swelling when finished . Some of the sutures are in the roof of my mouth. There were several threads that just needed the strings clipped shorter. The dentists I saw this am clipped the strings that were causing me alot of problems hanging down. My dentists on Medford ( Dr. Jones) was not in the Medford office today. Emily( the receptionists at the Medford office)arranged for me to see the Dr. this am in Central Point to have the strings shortened on the sutures. They were quick and very efficient.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Martin, and the dental hygienist and her dental assistant were wonderful. Their x-ray system is very modern and state of the art. Cleaning was painless and Dr. Martin gave good advice on nicotine pouches and xylitol. I was so relaxed in the chair I could have napped. Highly recommend this practice!

Fantastic experience: I had a 20 year old crown break mid day at work, I was given an appointment within 24 hours. I finally was scheduled again to come back to get it redone! Dr. Demille And his assistant Lacey were amazing. The dentist is my least favorite place in the world, really I’d rather break my legs. They made the visit so comfortable and were so gentle and just the sweetest souls. Thanks for being so kind and patient. Amazed at the work Dr. Demille did. His assistant was the sweetest person, forever grateful for her as well. Last but not least, Olivia at the back desk was so vivacious and sweet. Happy for such a great team. ☺️

Fantastic experience: The team at Open Door Family Dentistry, Central Point, were so nice and fun to chat with. From Nicole at the front desk to my Assistant, whose name I forgot, sorry, was so efficient and her X-ray taking skills were on point. Dr. Martin was kind complimentary and down to earth. Loved my hygienist, again spacing on her name but awesome chat about reading and her love for hygiene and the clinics she works for. They got me in same day within 6 hours of calling for a new patient exam. Sweet group of ladies! I look forward to building connections here! We will return. They also offer fluoride treatment if you ask since the water here is not fluoridated. Our previous dental office did not.

Fantastic experience: I'm giving this business 5 stars because they are the best of the best. I broke a tooth and it got infected and needed to be extracted. Called 5 different dental office with no luck. Called open door family dentistry. They got me in about an hour later. Everyone there from the nice receptionist to the dentist and his helper were awesome. I walked in feeling miserable with a lot of pain to walking out feeling good and pain free. I would like to thank you for helping me out. For now on I will always go here for my dental needs.

She explained the procedure of cleaning and demonstrated how to properly floss. They explained my options for continued care and what needs to be a priority and what can be done as needed. I was really impressed on how they value preventive maintenance for their clients. Open Door Family Dentistry really looks out for your dental health! I highly recommend them for your dental needs. Fantastic experience: I love that Open Door covers whatever insurance doesn't cover for preventative procedures. That's not common, in my experience, and provides significant incentive to keep up on preventative dentistry. More dental offices should take this approach.

Fantastic experience: Open door family dentist is Central Point is just the best! Everyone is kind, knowledgeable, and gentle. Appointments are easy to schedule. The Central Point hygienist, Suzy, is absolutely fantastic and I will follow her until she retires. Also very reasonable prices. My 10 year old had a cavity filled and we were in and out the door in 30 minutes. Everyone is very kind and efficient.

The dentist, Dr. Fowler, explains things well and is always very friendly when answering questions. I can't recommend them enough! Plus they usually can get you in pretty quickly and explain the financial stuff well as well.

Fantastic experience: I am new to the area and needed an urgent appointment. I was able to get in to be seen in less than 24 hrs. Every person was friendly and informative. The hygienist was wonderful and gentle, she immediately offered to apply a numbing gel when she was told how sensitive my teeth are to being cleaned. The dentist was thorough and reviewed with me by showing me the areas that needed intervention by visually showing each tooth on a large screen so I could actually understand why he was recommending the work I was going to need done. Fantastic experience: Changing to Open Door Dental has been a very positive experience. The navigation of the building and ease of checking in was great. The staff have been friendly both on the phone and in person everytime. I enjoy their schedule availability. They can get you in some days after 5pm. If they can't match availabilities they will work with you and see if they can get you into a sister location sooner.

Fantastic experience: My tooth was throbbing all night long. I was in lots of pain. I couldn't wait until 8am to see if I could get in for an appointment. They gave me an appointment for 9:30am. The facility is spotless. The staff is super friendly and efficient. They helped get set up with my insurance and we made a plan to relieve my pain and take care of my future dental needs.
