Fantastic experience: I was looking for a new family dentist for me and my family. So I called Family Dental because they are very close to Dunes West. They were super friendly and very accommodating. We made 2-7am appointments and one 3:30pm appointment for our family. They worked with us not at us. Meaning not upselling and pushing unnecessary treatments and suggesting expensive vanity treatments. We are very happy that we made the switch to Family Dental. The Doctor, dental technician and staff were all extremely pleasant and helpful.

My biggest fear was the injections and I absolutely did not feel anything! I have avoided dentist most of my adult life but now I have no qualms about going back. From the moment I arrived, they were professional, personable, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire visit. The appointment was efficient and timely without ever feeling rushed. It’s rare to find someone who balances speed with such a high level of precision and care. They took the time to explain everything, answer questions, and made sure I was happy with the results. Negative experience: Mill Creek was fantastic as was Dr Jasik. That being said, I showed up for a cleaning today. They have been great about texting me for the last week about today’s cleaning. Well, I arrive to the office being closed and Dr Jasiks name scraped off the door. Apparently they are going to open for Mondays only in a couple of weeks. Very strange.

Positive experience: I swear this office never answers the phone. It's frustrating. They also aren't open on Fridays, don't understand why. Dr. Miller just left one day. No explanation, asked the staff when I went in for a cleaning and they didn't know either. Like huh?? They also don't know what they're doing when it comes to insurance, twice now, they have billed my spouse and I incorrectly, which is frustrating, because as I stated before, they never answer the phone.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Dental Care at Mill Creek For about 4 Years. The staff is always courteous and professional. Dr.. Miller was a great dentist and he is the one I started out with. Dr. Jasik is SUPER! HCM transferred to James Island . I always feel welcomed when I go to the Demtist.

The crew here are by far the most personable, professional, and speak in layman’s terms. They actually make me want to go to the dentist instead of dreading it. My hygienist Jodi was outstanding and I also really liked Dr. Jasik who didn't push any additional services (like on my crowns that will eventually need to be replaced, but not now). Really appreciated that kind of honesty. Also the office staff were lovely to work with. Would highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Jasik took me on an emergency basis for a failing root canal, even knowing I would be returning to my regular care elsewhere. He got me out of pain and suggested a cautious approach to my treatment, requiring a check by an endodontist before ordering my cap. He was knowledgeable, caring and friendly. I absolutely recommend Dr. Jasik to anyone needing a dentist.

Negative experience: I have been a patient for 2 years and had been very pleased up to yesterday. I went in for my every 6-month cleaning with NO other issues. My hygienist was new to me and very thorough. Dr. Miller came in and spent less than a minute in my mouth and said I had a hole in one of my wisdom teeth and there was a treatment plan for me and walked out. When I went to check out, they started the conversation by saying since this is the end of the year, my insurance benefits will come back in January. They then proceeded to show me a Treatment Case saying I needed to have 3 of my 4 crowns replaced and my wisdom teeth removed. My portion of this treatment for just the crowns is over $5,000. Since when do Medical Professionals recommend solutions where there are no problems? I will be finding another Dentist.
