They took the time to assess our injuries with x rays and an MRI, and have worked with us to get on the right track and back to feeling great. The appointments are timely and efficient. Fantastic experience: I came to Dr. Curtis with some of the worst low back pain I’ve ever had. It was radiating down the outside of my leg and I could barely sit or stand. Lying down was the only position that wasn’t excruciating. Within one month of 30 min visits of laser treatments, adjustments, decompression, along with some exercises/stretches on my own, my back pain was around 95% better. I definitely didn’t expect to see progress that quickly, so I give credit to Dr. Curtis and his methods for the speedy recovery.

Fantastic experience: After years of dealing with a torn labrum, I stopped in to have a consult with Tina, who explained that she could help as long as I complied with the treatment schedule and did the things I needed to do at home. 3 months later, I can happily say that the pain levels have gone down tremendously. Fantastic experience: A few things come to mind when it comes to Dr. Sam. Knowledgeable, passionate, and friendly. Dr. Sam has helped me with my Service connection back pain after I’ve gone to many other Doctors. He developed a game plan and explained to me what the issue was ( which wasn’t even close to what others have told me) it took just three sessions to see improvements and I can finally return to what I enjoy doing. He is a well rounded individual and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else but Dr. Sam. He listens when you talk about what is bothering your back/neck and then makes a plan for treating it. it's easy to schedule or reschedule appointments as needed. I personally went for neck pain and migraines. I went from having 3 headaches a week and at least 3 migraines a month to only small headaches maybe once or twice a month.

My wrist has been tender and sore from pressure washing full time 8+ hours a day for years. I finally decided to listen to my friend and see what all the hype was about. Fantastic experience: Dr. Curtis literally changed my life in just 2 sessions! Long story short, I've been battling with DDD and chronic pain for 9 years. For 8.5 years spinal injections worked but stopped working and I felt it was time for surgery. I was seen by 3 neurosurgeons, 2 of which said surgery 1 said no surgery but didn't know why I was in such pain and suggested another pain specialist. Insurance denied surgery twice, which was probably a blessing in disguise. I had lost all hope and had almost no quality of life. A friend suggested a chiropractor and I found Dr. Curtis. I was very skeptical of chiropractors and always had been but thought at this point what do I have to lose?! That skepticism is a thing of the past! On my first visit he took the time to listen to my entire history, took X-rays, explained and showed me what he was seeing, examined me, and performed an adjustment and placed me on his decompression table. Immediately after standing up, I became emotional because my pain of 7 out of 10 I've been living with for so long went to a 3 after this one adjustment. The following week, another adjustment and pain is now hovering around a 2. I'm looking forward to future sessions and to see just how much of my life Dr. Curtis can help me get back. I'm still a newer patient and have a long way to go, but after just 2 sessions with Dr. Curtis he has gained a long term patient. Fantastic experience: I have always had lower back problems, and was on vacation in South Carolina when my back suddenly got worse. Fantastic experience: Dr. Curtis was very personable and professional. His clinic is super convenient and inviting. As an ER nurse and athlete I’m hard on my body but after just one visit he fixed my ailments and made my feel soooo much better both physically and mentally. Highly recommend!!

Fantastic experience: I have had terrible neck pain for years after working an office job and was always afraid to go to a chiropractor to be adjusted. I visited Sam’s office and he made the experience completely enjoyable and eased any fears I had of being adjusted. Not to mention I left feeling the best that I have felt in years! Fantastic experience: Dr. Sam is the best chiropractor I’ve visited in the Charleston area! It is clear he is passionate about his work and he knows exactly what he is talking about. As a recently graduated Division 1 athlete, I’ve had a lot of experience with pain, injuries, therapy, etc. He is by far my chiropractor of choice.
