She is the only hygienist that has cared about education, trying new things, actually wanting to help me. I found out I had a chronic illness and I give the credit to her for that! She is the best. Dr Nate is very nice as well, and he has been helpful in the journey of healing my gum inflammation when my whole body is working against me. To say the least I would be beside myself if I ever had to find a new dentist and hygienist. 10/10 all around.

Fantastic experience: On Nov 1st I had a Sedation dental appointment for a cleaning and 2 crowns. I have to admit that I am terrified of going to the dentist! Dr. Minter, and all his team from the front desk to the hygienist, to the financial person are all very caring and compassionate individuals. The office is extremely clean and love the lighthouse décor! I had an awesome visit, with a 7am appointment I was taken back on time, Dr. Minter started my IV (flawlessly I might add), and when I woke up, I had my two new crowns, completely finished, and my cleaning completed. The next day, Dr. Minter even called to check on me........ I HAVE FOUND MY FOREVER DENTIST!

Fantastic experience: Amazing experience! From the receptionist all the way to the Dentist were all amazing and kind people. I have a lot of medical trauma and they walked me through everything and kept checking if I was doing ok, they also offered me nitrous oxide. 10/10 highly recommend!

Negative experience: Would love to share a better review, I was assured at appt making, that I was able to expect treatment needed & dentist was great with phobia issues... I got x-rays & paid for them & office visit. Was granted about 5 min with dentist & turned away, no treatment given, with a referral that also did not work. So, I am in same situation & just have a couple hundred dollars less... I do believe in honesty, & I genuinely feel let down...

Fantastic experience: What a breath of fresh air. I had been a patient of a different dental practice for over 30 years. When they were purchased by a corporate conglomerate, I noticed an immediate shift in care that lead me to look elsewhere. The front desk staff provided me with excellent customer service both on the phone when I called to schedule and when I arrived for my initial consultation. Heather is the best hygienist I have ever had. She is thorough while being gentle and explains everything in detail. Dr. Minter treated me with compassion and truly listened to my concerns. I’m looking forward to returning for the completion of the work I need to have done; a problem I’ve had for three years. I would definitely recommend Minter Dentistry and have already referred those close to me.

Update: I have been back for routine visits and other oral care and as my original review was very positive, I still feel the same way! For me, this local service is where I'm still going to be going for my teeth and oral care.

From the moment I walked in, it was clear that this practice operates like a well-oiled machine. Everything ran exactly on schedule—down to the minute—which I truly appreciated. The technology they use is incredible and immediately gave me confidence that I was in great hands. Dr. Nate was outstanding—professional, skilled, and attentive. Most importantly, the procedure was completely painless, which is not something I’ve been able to say about past dental work. What truly stood out was that he personally called me the next day to check on how I was feeling. That level of care and follow-up is rare and meant a lot to me. I also noticed that he took the time to thank his staff during my visit, which spoke volumes. It’s clear he values and respects the team that helps keep the office running so smoothly. Negative experience: ***Editing to add that his billing department didn’t bill us for more than a year. She sprang a $1900 bill on us all at once. Never mentioned a balance, never sent a bill for over a year and dental work on several family members. We set up a payment plan and have faithfully paid it. We finally have insurance again and I called to schedule an appointment. They won’t allow us to make an appointment until the balance is paid in full. I’m leaving two stars only because Dr. Minter himself is a good dentist. His billing department leaves a lot to be desired, not to mention one of his dental assistant mocked a parenting choice about fluoride to my face. Not a great way to keep patients. Dr. Minter is a relief! He does the cleaning himself, explains well and is very kind. Grateful to have finally found a dentist who isn’t trying to refer the dental work to someone else!

Fantastic experience: When I entered the facility was cleaned and inviting. I was greeted within minutes and then taken back for my appointment. The hygienist explained everything and asked if I had any concerns. She was friendly and made my appointment enjoyable. The doctor was informative and friendly. Everyone in the office was nice. Fantastic experience: I started seeing Dr. Nate at Minter Dentistry in fall 2025 and have had a great experience. I have a lot of dental anxiety and had put off care for too long, but they were able to get me in quickly when I had molar pain. The staff is incredibly friendly, the office has a calm, welcoming vibe, and Dr. Nate does an excellent job explaining everything clearly. I’ve had two root canals and several fillings done over the past few months, and every visit has gone smoothly. This office feels very different from the big corporate dental chains—they truly care about their patients. Highly recommend.

Negative experience: The facility was nice and Dr. Winter was professional but I had to pay $100 in advance then at the consultation he told me he was not comfortable treating my special needs son. I have dental insurance so it seems like I just wasted $100 so be careful!

Fantastic experience: I have been to 2 other dentists who could not get me numb, nor keep me comfortable. With multiple shots still not numb. Dr Nate made it happen with 1 shot, which I barely felt. Was quick with the procedure and no pain when the novacain wore off. I would highly recommend this dental group for anyone who has troubles with the dentist. A+ job. New patient for life.

Fantastic experience: The Doctor and the entire staff at this office are wonderful. Always willing to help in any way and do it with a smile. Doctor needed to install two crowns in my mouth on this trip. He uses the latest technology so there is no molds filling my mouth and I didn’t have to come back at a later date when the crowns were ready. All done in one trip and done in about 90 minutes. The Doctor even called me himself the next day to see how I was doing. This is a great dental office.

Fantastic experience: I just moved into town and I was shopping around for a dentist. I talked to three Dentists (one who could not get me in for several months!) The other two were adamant about getting x-rays from a previous dentist- kind of pushy. I also have had two previous bad experiences with dentists unfortunately so I am anxiety written to begin with.Then I called Minter Dentist, and spoke with Erin. From the very beginning, she was reassuring. She called my insurance to check what they would pay for she told me they specialize in anxiety written patience. She got me in about three weeks. But I told her if anyone canceled to call me back which she did. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They got me right in. They explained the procedure I had a couple of x-rays. Had a very good cleaning the dentist talk to me. I felt reassured with the whole staff and procedure and I would refer anyone and highly recommend this office

I tried another nearby office within the same dental chain, but after my exam and cleaning, they couldn’t help me much and referred me out to an oral surgeon for a wisdom tooth extraction, a root canal, & crown. Finding somewhere that could do all of this without waiting months felt impossible! That’s when I called Minter Dentistry, and they were able to get me in quickly. I was so nervous but the team eased my fears! The extraction went perfectly with no issues, and fast healing. I recently returned for the root canal and crown, and wow, I’m amazed! Dr. Nate was able to complete both the root canal and the crown in the same visit using advanced technology that ensured a perfect fit. I’ve had a lot of dental work done in the past, and this was by far the best experience I’ve ever had. Not having a temporary crown for weeks is a game changer! From the very first call to schedule an appointment I received nothing but compassion and excellence from this office. Dr. Minter and his staff made me feel heard, understood, and safe. I just recently went through sedation for a procedure last week and cannot thank Dr. Minter and Staff enough for not only the excellent professional service but also the compassionate care and comfort they provided me. For the first time in my adult life, I no longer have to fear the "what if I have to go to a dentist". I now feel comfortable that I know exactly where to go and can always receive the care and compassion needed. Thank you for taking this horrible fear away and helping me manage it. Now when I hear advertisements or conversations about tooth pain, I no longer am hit with instant, severe panic….I am confident that if I need care I know exactly where to go. Fantastic experience: I have significant anxiety at the dentist, and searched for one high and low that I can entrust both my comfort and my care. I’m so glad I found Minter Denistry! The entire staff has patients’ best interest in mind and are committed to making sure we are safe and comfortable. I had 5 fillings today - a fear-inducing appointment for me - and though I started with anxiety, Dr. Nate, Monica, and team, reduced it to almost nothing at all. I’m shocked that I’m now resting comfortably at home after five fillings. So grateful for the Minter team.

Fantastic experience: The staff was really kind understanding. I have a big fear of blood and needles. It's really bad, so I was extremely nervous about the work I needed done. The work I needed done was going to take about three hours, and I was dreading I would be able to feel all three hours. Nope! Once I was in the back, I was seated quickly. I didn't even realize that the IV was in! I can say, as someone with extremely high anxiety and have been fearing this appointment for months, it wasn't bad at all! I was sedate well. Really well. My appointment was at 7AM, and I woke up at 9PM. Everything was very punctual. My only regret is that I didn't get the chance to tell Mr. Minter and his staff thank you. We seriously need more kind and caring healthcare workers. This really means a lot to someone like me who is scared of basically everything. I also go a little goodie bag after, which was unexpected, but really nice! Edit to add: I also had a sunburn on the day of my appointment, and everyone was careful to work around it. It's very little and probably didn't even matter. But still the fact they tried to avoid touching it means a lot. Definitely shows respect for the patient!

I haven't had the best experience with root canals and they did an awesome job. had me in and out less than 2 and half hours for my root canal and crown. and it was painless. Fantastic experience: I am very anxious and terrified of the dentist. So much so I don’t go unless it’s needed. I had a tooth infection and knew I had to get it taken care of. Everyone in the office from front reception to the back was so nice. I had to have a tooth extraction and I chose the nitrous mask which helped calm me down and then once numbed I didn’t even feel him take the tooth out or anything?! Hands down the best experience I’ve had at a dentist office and I left not in a panic attack or feeling anxious?? I left calm… and was able to drive home like normal. Highly suggest for anyone anxious about the dentist!! My new permanent dentist!

NO panic attacks or meltdowns with this Dentist everything went smoothly so they were able to get the job done. Before going to see Dr Nate, I couldn't even walk into ANY office without some sort of sedation. But since starting with Dr Nate in October, after not going to any dentist since 1995 (because of my fear), I am no longer terrified. Dr Nate and his team guided me with care through major surgeries, with sedation, and then yesterday I went back for my follow-up check up, cleaning, & whitening. Dr Nate & Monica we're amazing & gave me full confidence that I could sit through my appointment without sedation. (That may not mean much to some people, but to me it's a miracle!) Thank you, from the bottom of my heart, for giving me back not only my smile, but my confidence to be able to keep it healthy and bright. I have never been able to say this before, but I'm actually looking forward to my next appointment! You guys are the best! Fantastic experience: Great experience at Minter Dentistry! I purchased the teeth whitening treatment and just had the treatment done today and love how it turned out. It was super easy and painless. The staff is nice and welcoming and the office is very clean. Monica did my treatment and she was very kind and informative.
