Fantastic experience: I am truly thankful for David N. Henen, DMD and all of the staff at Farinacci Dental Care! They gave me my smile back. David's work is superior to all other former dental offices I have visited in my life!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Farinacci is the best dentist I've ever been to, as are the other dentists practicing there. They are very attentive when it comes to your comfort, they explain exactly what they are doing and why, and they give you several options for your treatment plan without being pushy or inflexible. Their approach to dental care is very thorough, yet conservative. By this I mean Dr. Farinacci and the other dentists aren't going to recommend a crown if you need a filling. They're not going to recommend a filling if the tooth can be remineralized with fluoride treatments or prescription toothpaste. I have absolute trust in every one of the staff here from the ladies at the front desk, to the hygienists, to all of the dentists. Also, they use state-of-the-art equipment at this office. Ever had a completely painless numbing shot at a dental office? I hadn't until I came here, thanks to a technique and machine they use. Even something as simple as providing sunglasses so the exam light isn't shining in your eyes was greatly appreciated. Need a crown? You can leave with a PERMANENT crown the same day thanks to their CEREC machine, which mills a custom-made crown for you right in the office. No walking around for two weeks with some half-cocked temporary crown while you wait for a lab to snail-mail a crown. You leave with a functional, aesthetically pleasing tooth the same day. Why settle for 1992's version of dentistry when such advancements have been made? And let's talk about the lobby a little bit. The second you walk into the office, it's wall-to-wall accolades. Award after award. Certification after certification. Trophies and recognitions from accredited bodies in the dental community that this office and the practitioners have earned. If that doesn't put your mind at ease, I'm not sure what will. Finally, and most importantly - I grew up going to dentists that would scold you if you had a cavity and seemed to have zero understanding or empathy as to why the cavity got there. I was poor - we couldn't afford to keep the lights on and fridge full, let alone dental visits. This kept me away from the dentist for many years. Who wants to pay to be scolded by someone? Dr. Farinacci and his staff understand this is not how dentistry should work, and they don't do that here. I have never been scolded, shamed, or made to feel bad about needing dental work at this practice. And if you, the person reading this have ever experienced that from a dentist somewhere else, I'm sorry, and please know that dental work, no matter how involved, should never be presented as an indictment on your character, or some weird suggestion that you've failed as a tooth-owner. Dental stuff happens, and that's okay. Anyway, that was a lot to type out. Then again, I have a lot of good to say. These people here have somehow managed to make me, a person with dental phobia, look forward to the dentist. Miraculous.

Fantastic experience: I have been coming here since I was a child, (15+ years). They have always been kind and effective. People here helped identify a abnormality in my jaw which made getting numbing agents in me harder. They found a cyst that if not found when it was, would have destroyed my jaw. The continued skill and dedication to their craft has kept my jaw together over the years. Despite the expense of dental in general, they are accommodating with payments and offer a fair payment plan. 100% recommend.

From the moment I walked in, Heidi at the front desk was so welcoming and kind—it immediately set the tone for my visit. Michele took the time to sit down with me, really listen to my concerns, and clearly explain how my appointment was going to go, which made me feel comfortable and cared for right away. Ann, the hygienist, was absolutely phenomenal. She walked me through every single step before doing anything, which I truly appreciated. Both Ann and Michele checked on me throughout the cleaning, making sure I was okay and offering breaks if I needed them. That level of attentiveness meant everything. This was hands-down one of the best dental experiences I’ve ever had. I can confidently say I’ve found my new dental home. I’m beyond pleased and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a caring, professional, and thorough team!!

The cleaning was amazing! The dentist took his time to explain that my tooth could be repaired!! I was elated!! Scheduled the crown repair/replacement & I could not be happier!! Fantastic experience: WOW!!! Best dental office ever- from the front door greeted with smiles and laughter. I am very anxious about dentist and they calmed me down. I was treated by Kylee and Dr Henen. I had a bad wisdom tooth that hurt terribly and needed a filling! This was my first visit and had no idea what to expect and let me tell you I knew everything they were doing at every moment Dr Henen went above and beyond to care for me and made sure I was doing well! Kylee was so attentive and they work together like a well oiled machine while able to have amazing chair side manner! I have not ever experienced fun at a dentist—would recommend to everyone 5 stars is not enough !

Negative experience: I have been coming to this office for over a decade and I do not leave 1 star reviews lightly. As staff has left and a lot of turn over has taken place the new Office Manager and other new staff are very rude when speaking to clients and do not value the same customer service that this office always had.

Fantastic experience: I have the worse dental anxiety as most people do, but have been having some trouble with my back molar.. being a new patient I was able to get in quickly with no wait! The girls up front especially Deb was so welcoming and helped me through the whole process and break down of cost/procedures she was so kind and sweet to me. Dr Henen was knowledgeable and helpful & did not make me feel judged about my mouth and helped with any questions I asked and I didn’t feel “rushed” or judged. Such a pleasant experience and I cannot wait to move forward with them for my health!

Positive experience: The doctor and nurses are nice here. However, the front office did not inform me about the financial charges before any work was done. Unfortunately, it was way too expensive. ****Update, today this practice did give me a discount on my bill. I was so grateful to them for the discount!

Positive experience: Staff is nice but pricing is ridiculous. 700+ for 2 cavities and a refill on one that they already did is insane, especially when you have a lot of work to be done. I'll be paying dental bills until I die

Fantastic experience: Bear with me, this might take a minute. My story starts at Dietrich Implants and Oral surgery, where I went first to talk about scheduling an old implant replacement to be done. This is where I met Dr. Henen. I was in the market for a new dentist, since mine of 20+ years had retired, and the last few years I have been struggling to find one. I scheduled the extraction of my old implant, which mind you was a front tooth and was failing after 25 years (this was originally done by my old dentist). As you could imagine this was going to be a 5 month process with no front tooth , not looking forward to this at all. From the moment I stepped in the office for my initial consultation to the point the tooth was replaced I CAN NOT SAY ENOUGH GREAT THINGS about the entire staff to my new favorite guy Dr. Henen. The attention to detail, from finding the temporary solution to my front tooth to the final product is nothing short of amazing. From scheduling, to getting things done in a timely manner, that science will allow, to explaining the entire processes was something you don’t get these days. I swear Dr. Henen doesn’t sleep and when he does he’s thinking of ways to make things better. I’m sorry I don’t remember the entire staff’s names but I never went to an appointment where I didn’t feel welcomed. I do want to give a shout out to Deb. She even recognized my voice when I called in to schedule an appointment. Proud owner of a new front tooth and a new dentist. You guys are the best, totally recommend!!!!! One last thing, they’re software and equipment are insane, no old school here. Thx again!!!!

Negative experience: The dental hygienists who clean the teeth and prep before the dentist comes were fantastic. Very sweet and friendly and I always had a good conversation with them. It’s been 2 years since I received fillings for my back teeth, top and bottom, and since then I have been taking good care of my teeth. I have had 2 fillings completely fall out. I have been dealing with the first filling that fell out for over a year now as I don’t have insurance and cannot afford to go to the dentist. I had constant aches and pains with it too the point where I couldn’t even get out of bed. They are extremely expensive as well, definitely not straight up about the price with patients. Paying that much money I would hope my fillings would last the estimated time period but they didn’t. I usually don’t like to complain about these things or leave a bad review as I feel most of the time it’s the customers fault for not handling things properly afterwards, but I really have been trying my best to take good care of my teeth and brushing them everyday and such.

Negative experience: the hygienist and assistant were both so nice. but the dentist was rude and had a “better than everyone else” attitude. she asked me multiple times if i brush my teeth after i told her i do. just made me feel disgusting for having dental issues. they said i need over $8,000 (after insurance) of work done. i went to get a second opinion and it was under $2,000 without insurance. the office and other staff is nice, but the dentist, i can’t remember her name, just acted like i was beneath her.

Fantastic experience: 1000% recommend this office! My son had an urgent need due a baseball injury and they got him in right away when nobody else would. The staff is great and Dr. Kam Sarai is phenomenal!

Fantastic experience: I've been going here for a year now. I hadn't been to the dentist in over a decade before this and since I started back I've had 5 fillings and 3 extractions including a broken wisdom tooth. Real nightmare stuff. They make these appointments as easy and comfortable as humanly possible. They are gentle and comforting and I'm grateful to have found them. Especially Dr Henen. He's patient and very kind and efficient but never rushed. I don't think I'd have gotten as much done on my teeth if I had to go anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: Farinacci Dental Care, truly found a wizard of dentistry. Dr. Henen, fixed my front teeth that had been damaged as a child, and I could not bring myself to smile truly because they had been rebuilt in 1995. The Army did not even care, as long as you were combat ready. Today I smiled for the first time and it looked like I felt. Fantastic experience: I recently had the pleasure of getting a composite fixed with Dr. Henen from a previous dentist and I am super happy with the results. I appreciate his attention to detail and that he took his time & wasn’t rough at all. I love it better now then when I originally had it done, thank you Dr.Henen! I also had a cleaning done by Stephanie and I must say it’s the best cleaning I’ve ever had! The before and after was shocking, Stephanie and her assistant made me feel so comfortable and they even gave me a warm blanket because I was chilly. Thank you again, highly recommend! :)

Positive experience: While the dentist is good there is constant issues with them billing the insurance. We will be looking for a new dentist because of this.

Fantastic experience: I'm a truck driver and made a delivery in Canton late last year and a very painful tooth had reached my limit that morning. After the delivery, I searched for dentists and started calling the ones closest to me. Farinacci Dental was the first to answer after hearing my situation, they said they could work me in that afternoon. I drove to the nearest truck stop and Ubered my way to the dentist for my appointment. They determined I needed a root canal, which is what I had suspected and they got started. Unfortunately, it took six hours. It was a tough one I guess and they had to numb me four times, so I wasn't making it easy on them, but they kept at it. In fact, the office closed and everyone went home, except my dentist and his assistant. Other than taking a while, it went well and they were very professional. And to top it off, the dentist himself, gave me a ride back to the truck stop. Now that's service.

When we walked in all the the ladies in the office assured her it would be ok and gave her a few little toys to hold. My daughter got a novocaine shot and didn't even realize it. Fantastic experience: The People Make the Place! All of the staff demonstrate camaraderie. I have always been treated with respect and kindness. Even routine teeth cleaning is thorough and meticulous. The environment is very comfortable with calming colors, pictures, nice music no loud TV and always exceptionally clean. There are many options for payment. Hours are very generous allowing for flexible appointment schedules. Throughout my 67 years as a client this is one of the best groups I have ever been to.

Fantastic experience: Could not have been nicer. I come with a lot of dental anxiety and the staff was beyond patient, kind and understanding. They came up with a plan and talked me through it from start to finish. I actually am looking forward to the next visit as they help me with teeth, my biggest insecurity.
