Fantastic experience: Of all the different type of health care and business I have utilized over my lifetime, I have never experienced such a professional and personalized experience. Williams and Johnson has found the secret sauce that makes their dental office second to none. I chipped a tooth for the second time ,and Tony made it look like it never happened. I lived in Florida for over ten years, and would always make the trip to Ohio every six months for my dental cleanings; this is how strongly I believe in their practice and their staff. Williams and Johnson are simply the best you will ever find, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I had a lot of anxiety heading into my first appointment, but all of the staff made me feel very welcomed and comfortable. I saw Dr. Tony, and we now have a plan to get my teeth back on track and I’m very grateful for that! He broke it down in a way I could understand and I appreciate that a lot. Highly recommend for anybody who hasn’t gone in a long time!

Negative experience: I will start by saying I have terrible anxiety with dentists. If you suffer with anxiety, this is NOT the place for you. The hygienist was very sweet and comforting, so that part wasn’t bad- I would go back just for her (the only reason I gave 2 stars.) When the actual dentist (George) came in, the whole vibe immediately changed. He was cold from the moment he stepped in the room. Very poor bedside manner, especially knowing beforehand that I had anxiety. I don’t expect hand holding, but a little kindness goes a long way. I do not recommend this office if you have anxiety.

My son (6y) who had to get a tooth pulled was scared but they made him feel safe and happy and now wants to go back! Which you never hear from a child who just got there tooth pulled out I also had plenty of cavities that I’m Not proud of, they fixed me up and made every visit enjoyable! Fantastic experience: I just had a dental procedure to get a long over due crown put on. Dr. George and Anne know I have high anxiety during dental procedures and they kept me comfortable and gave me plenty of breaks. My anxiety was very low, thank you for keeping me calm. Doctor even found a hidden cavity that would have potential caused me a gum infection latter. Thank goodness I went in. I highly recommend this office.

Fantastic experience: Ashley took my call on a Wednesday, I explained my insurance was not in their network but I had a dilemma and my new dentist couldn’t see me for 6 weeks. Ashley worked some magic & said Dr George would see me the very next morning at 7:30. I couldn’t believe it! By 8:30 Thursday I was as good as new and was in and out for less than 100 dollars !!!! I can’t recommend this amazing team any higher. Thank you ASHLEY, DR GEORGE & STEPHANIE for a wonderful experience. No matter what, insurance network or not, I will always go to this team. They truly care!

Fantastic experience: My daughter had to have a couple extractions and Dr.Tony was so patient and caring with her to try and ensure she didn’t leave with any irrational fears about the dentist. He even texted us later on to see how she was doing. I also had to have a small filling and have had a terrible time with my previous dentist due to extremely sensitive teeth. I would always have to have the dentist numb my entire mouth with Novacaine. Dr. Tony did an amazing job with that as well and so did the dental Hygienist. I didn’t have to go through all of that and I am no longer afraid to go and get my teeth cleaned. I really cannot say enough wonderful things about this dental office. Everyone is so nice and accommodating. If you are looking for a great dental team, look no further!!!
