Positive experience: The Doctor and staff were extremely helpful in my process.

Negative experience: They’re closing next Friday for good so this feels like a waste in itself but waited for over an hour in the dental chair without anyone checking on me. Left and rescheduled with a different location. Super disappointed and waste of time.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming here since 2019/2020. It’s always been amazing to receive my dental care here. The staff has always been so kind and professional. You also can’t beat the music selection. I’ve loved my care here so much that I switched my daughter from another dental facility to here. She thoroughly enjoys her time and care at this location specifically. Dr. Bani Lam has been absolutely amazing and so informative each visit. She is so personable and warm. Jason has been the best; the most communicative employee that has worked in that position to date, in my opinion. The entire team has just been top notch. I couldn’t say enough.

Negative experience: This is honestly the worst service I’ve had from a company/dental office. Some providers are good at their job, but as a whole ideal dental’s services were horrible. From the dentist watching tv (“that’s meant for patients”) while working on me, ignoring clear indication & direct verbiage that I was uncomfortable, to providing poor services with teeth corrective services. Giving me the run around KNOWING they did not complete their services as promised. Lastly, they CONSTANTLY close this office which is inconvenient for people who continue to go to this god forsaken office. They need to stay permanently closed Save your time and money folks!

Negative experience: Worst dental experience. I scheduled an appointment specifically for a dental cleaning, which was not provided, and I was not seen until over 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. This was my first visit to this office, as my usual dental provider is no longer in network with my new insurance. Once I was brought back, the appointment consisted only of X-rays, photos, and periodontal probing. Toward the end of the visit, while I was still seated in the dental chair, a staff member came in to discuss pricing for optional services and to schedule a future cleaning. I was confused, as I expected the dentist or dental assistant to return and proceed with the cleaning I originally booked. It was only at that point—after reviewing X-rays and images with the provider and front desk staff—that I was informed cleanings are not performed during first appointments. This policy was never disclosed when I scheduled the visit. I was extremely upset, as I left work early specifically for a cleaning that was not provided. To make matters worse, I later called to file a complaint and was told a regional manager would contact me. It has now been three weeks, and I have received no follow-up.

Fantastic experience: I should start off by saying I’ve always had the worst fear of dentist. As a child I had to have my hands sit on and to be strapped down into the chair. With that being said as an adult I really appreciate ideal dental. I called for a pain I was having that did an extraction same day and I also made them my primary dentist. My dentist made me feel sooooo comfortable and at ease the entire time of my cleaning and extractions. If it wasn’t for Dr Sarah I would not be seeing a dentist today. She’s so patient and sweet with me & Jason at the front desk is the BEST! 10/10 all across the board I can’t put into works how appreciative I am for the entire team.

Fantastic experience: Went in for an emergency visit with a broken tooth on a Friday before a holiday weekend. Not only were all the team kind & professional but they managed to fit me in despite it being a juggling act with other appointments. From the moment I walked in Kim was super helpful explaining to me what my options were and how they could help. I have to sing praise on all the staff who were excellent, but special mention had to be with the dentist Dr. Erika Graham DDS. I wouldn't say the procedure was easy, but clearly she is incredibly well trained and made it look easy. A very impressive professional and recommended at the highest level!

Negative experience: I recently visited Ideal Dental Morrisville, and I must say it was one of the worst dental experiences I’ve ever had. Here’s why: Unnecessary Treatment: After taking X-rays, the staff insisted I needed fillings and proceeded to perform treatments that I now believe were unnecessary. One of my upper teeth, which was in good condition before the visit, has since started swelling and causing severe pain due to their intervention. Lack of Professionalism: The doctors were impatient and unfriendly, making the entire experience uncomfortable. They did not provide any clear suggestions or explain the procedures they were performing. Neglect of Patient Care: There was no focus on addressing my actual concerns or ensuring that I understood what was being done. Instead, it felt like they were rushing through the treatment without proper consideration of my dental health. As a result of this visit, I am now dealing with unnecessary pain and additional dental problems that I didn’t have before. This has left me extremely dissatisfied and concerned about their practices. I am currently considering filing a formal complaint and taking legal action against this clinic for negligence and unnecessary treatment that caused me physical pain and additional medical expenses. I strongly recommend others to carefully evaluate their options before visiting this clinic. Patient care should always come first, and unfortunately, I did not experience that here.

Negative experience: I’m glad to see I’m not the only one who thinks this was one of the worst dental experiences I’ve ever Ever ever had. Upon my initial visit, I had thought I was gonna get a cleaning that day… But instead, all they did was take x-rays and tell me a plan of action instead of doing anything that day… And I’m still charged just for a consultation and x-rays essentially. I knew I had one problematic tooth, but suddenly they tell me that I have four Different cavities Which I couldn’t see anything on Two of them.. So just proceeded to get fillings In one of my molars, Since the previous filling had disappeared. I kid you not one of the most traumatic Anesthesia injections I’ve ever experienced from a dentist. Not only did it take four different needles, After each poke, the dentist grabbed my cheek and rapidly thrashed it back and Forth — I can understand why, because they wanted the medication to spread - But it was just an overly violent movement and it hurt, But of course, you can’t say anything in the moment because They’re just trying to get the medication to spread. I’ve never had a dentist treat me like that or Try to spread the anesthesia in such a manner. I absolutely hated My experience from the start just because of that. I paid the quote which was 139 for the visit. And now two months later, I’m getting text messages saying I owe an additional 230 For the same visit, for God knows what reason. I mean it when I say this, go anywhere else. You will be so glad you did and not have to deal with the experience That I had.

Negative experience: The worst dental experience I have ever had. I’m shocked that this place has above a 1 star rating. I was in for a routine cleaning, but 2 hours and 300+ later I was told I had several cavities and needed a referral for a possible root canal. Never in my life have I had such poor service, with no explanation along the way. I feel like everything here is done for a money grab. I go to the dentist regularly and have never been charged such an outrageous amount without any explanation whatsoever. Be very careful if you are considering going here. Make sure you ask about each and every test if you are considering going there.

Negative experience: Horrible experience, they charged me for X-ray before getting in and the doctor said we don’t need it, and when I asked for a refund, they refused claiming a system error . The worst thing about this is the front desk manager, she can insult you as easy as drinking water .

Negative experience: This is the worst dental office I’ve been to. Literally been over 4 to 5 months on a set of retainers. During the time seen three different dentist, give me the same sad story of why my thing is getting delayed over and over again. They’re never open, always closed in the middle of the week and the dentist is never there. I don’t recommend this location to anyone, ever. Update: this dentist office will receive legal action for the unfair treatment that I’ve been receiving over the past couple of months. The office just told me that is my fault for not signing paperwork. Delaying my retainers when I was in the office over a month ago and they failed to provide proper documentation to get my Invisalign received. And still, no one has called me about this issue.

Negative experience: I booked this place a week in advance due to the pain I was having on the right side of my face with my tooth. I had the earliest appointment 9 am . And as I’m walking in the door they send me a text saying that they need to reschedule because the provider had an emergency. They did offer me another provider. Just to reschedule and I’m literally in pain. What makes it’s worse is that I came all the way down here just for them to send me a text @ 8:58 saying they are canceling. If you in pain or need your tooth fixed don’t come here.

Negative experience: Very unfortunate to have had an appointment before I knew of their poor practice and promises. They don't check anything properly or do the treatments well. I called to have a poorly done job fixed that resulted in my family member cutting their lip, only to have been told that they were unable to accommodate it (despite the paper we were given after saying they would). As well as being told they were a one-dentist practice (they have had ~4 in the last year), which results in long wait times. With my youngest daughter, the dentist made inappropriate comments and questions that made her highly uncomfortable. The receptionist was also pushy and condescending to me on numerous occasions. For the price, time, and quality, it's not worth it to come here.

Positive experience: Was understanding of my fears of dentists, was patient with me and was accommodating. Was there for a pulled tooth that was broken and nerve exposed. Other offices I called told me 5 months and 2 months wait for me to get the tooth pulled. It took 4 days here and that was only because I had an infection otherwise they'd have pulled it 4 days ago. Highly recommend this place to everyone in need of dental work.

Fantastic experience: I would like to say my father got best treatment with Ideal Dental from Dr Vanessa Thomas. She was so patience while extraction half broken wisdom tooth. Even supporting staff was so helpful in answering all our queries.

Fantastic experience: The hygienist and dentist were both incredibly thorough in their explanations of what they were doing and what needed to be done. The front desk staff is also very thorough in explaining costs and insurance and appeasing hectic schedules. And all staff are remarkably friendly and polite! The dentist office can sometimes be a stressful experience but everyone at this location is exceptionally patient and kind.

Negative experience: The new year has come, I came to find my dentist and his team left this location. I didn't get a warning, notice nothing. I'm very disappointed. The staff is very kind and so is dentist. One thing i don't like is coming early and waiting. Negative experience: The dentist was extremely aggressive with my teeth. Made no effort to not hit my gums. I would express that it would hurt. She did not improve. She kept telling me to open wider but I had told her I have TMJ and my jaw locks and she became frustrated. Told me I gave gingivitis because my gums bled. I KNOW it is because of how rough she was with my mouth. If I decide to go back I will request a different dentist. The hygienist was super sweet!

Negative experience: This review is based on Dr. Thomas ONLY and NOT the office as a whole. I would NOT recommend for high anxiety patients!!! After Dr. Thomas was advised by her assistant as well as myself what would work best for me as far as receiving information regarding treatments needed and how we proceed with said treatments her actions showed that she basically could care less about what she was told and proceeded to tell me how she prefers to go over things with patients and why it's important for me to know EVERYTHING. This continued AFTER my blood pressure was taken 180/107 (I can only guess that my body language was showing that I was NOT ok). My 23yr old daughter who attended the appointment with me then advised Dr. Thomas that the information could be given to her in an attempt to get her to STOP. Well that didn't do much either because she then has my daughter step to the monitor(located DIRECTLY behind me) and proceeds to tell her which teeth need to be extracted, which can get a crown, sundering about a partial etc... My daughter then asks if they could possibly discuss this in another room(You know because I'm not a part of the deaf community). The rest is fuzzy and all I remember at this time(I'm still in the parking lot waiting for my daughter's appointment to be completed)is me saying that I needed to go and my daughter giving me the keys to her car. To add insult to injury before I walked out I was told that my tooth was infected and that I'd need an antibiotic yet after walking out all of a sudden Dr. Thomas states that an antibiotic is not needed and the infection will go away on its own....... Interesting I do want to give MAJOR kudos to the office staff and both assistants that I had the pleasure of meeting today. They were all kind, professional and super friendly. It's truly a shame that things went downhill so fast and so far because I would've loved to come back. Instead I now have to get up the nerve to do this all AGAIN UGH Sn:We arrived at 10:00a and we're just now leaving at 1:35.(Both appointments were for X-rays and a Lookie Lou in our mouths) Jennifer Murray

Fantastic experience: I found this location via my insurance site for covered places, and have been very pleased with my experiences! I needed a few cavities filled, and the appointment itself was quick (not a lot of waiting) and the women performing everything were wonderful! Recently one of the fillings unbonded and came off when flossing, so I called and they got me in a couple hours later and fixed it quickly (again, not a lot of waiting). Front desk staff is always very pleasant as well. I’ll definitely continue coming here for future dental needs :)

Fantastic experience: So Friday afternoon I bit into a chicken sandwich and broke my front bridge I called several, several dentists office's and all of them said we'll make you a appointment for Monday. I called Ideal dentistry answering service and left a message they called me directly back and said the manager would be calling me as soon as possible as soon as I hung up the phone rang . The manager was Empathetic and kind and got me straight in as soon as I got there I was greeted by Gabby and she made me feel like this is where I was supposed to be. The dental assistant was so kind while taking the photos of my teeth as I have a bad gag reflex I've saved the best for last the dentist was also kind informative and had great communication skills and help me put a dental plan together. The office manager sat me down and showed me the best path financially which really took a big burden off my shoulders . I absolutely recommend this location and my new dentist!

Negative experience: Several emails and text messages prior to this appointment was received reminding me of coming 15 minutes before the appointment time. So I arrived at the clinic at 0913, my appointment was at 0930. And I waited from 0915-1010, I almost left while waiting. That is not a good waiting time. You guys wasted my time. I have to cancel my other appointment just to finish my appointment with you. The Dr Ansari and her assistant were okay attending to me. Your waiting time sucks!

Negative experience: I paid for the kleer yearly plan for teeth cleaning, you get 2 a year but it's just a ripoff. They will tell you need a deep cleaning and they can't do a regular cleaning that your supposed to get for the monthly plan. Even if you tell them you only want the regular cleaning, they will say it's malpractice if they don't give you the deep cleaning instead of the free cleaning your paying for the monthly service. It's like going for a oil change and even though you just want the oil change and all you can pay for that well your oil pan has a small leak we can't give you a oil change without a upgrade for your benefit. The really mean for there pocket book. 2 different locations and both are just mall strip car corrupt car salesman. I tried twice and both times absolutely the worst dentist experience. Wouldn't recommend to a enemy. Oh yea and x-rays done 5 months ago and of course they want to do another one that was done from there other locations 5 months ago. I wouldn't recommend to a enemy or a friend on any occasion.

Fantastic experience: I’ve always had a fear of going to the dentist but when I went to Ideal Dental they made me feel so comfortable and calmed me down when my anxiety was on 100%! Every time I called because my tooth wasn’t getting better the dentist got on the phone to talk to me and address any concerns I had.I ended up going back to have the tooth extracted and was so nervous but they made it go so smooth. There were several dentist in the room to assist and I appreciate the attentiveness I was given and they made sure I was comfortable and in no pain during the process. Negative experience: While in the office, they tried to get my Fiancé to download a credit loan app and take out a $3000 loan to have an orthopedic treatment done. Incredibly predatory and unprofessional behavior and we will never be going back there again.

It seems a little more organized since the last staff was in and I do miss the assistants, but definitely give the new staff here a try. Gabi is very kind and Savannah is the best!
