My hygienist Jennefer was very kind., patience and courteous and very helpful since I have some disabilities. Both the doctor and hygienist answer all my questions .Overall I would rate my experience a 10 plus.

We came up with a temporary solution that was convenient for me. One request I would make however is to reinstate sending us hard copy statements to endure timely payment. eBilling doesn't work for us. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: I always had bad experiences with previous dentists. I met Monroe Dental Arts and it was a different level. Truly love this office, staff and doctors. I feel comfortable coming into the office and I love how they walk you through all their process. I actually look forwards to all of my visits.

Fantastic experience: I had an emergency involving a cap on a front tooth. They got me in immediately and were able to put in a temporary cap so I won’t have to go to work looking like a jack o lantern. Painless and top notch work. The dentist stayed after work to get me in. They really go the distance for their patients.

Fantastic experience: Went for my first cleaning today, and I can say confidently that I think I’ve found the dentistry practice I’ve been looking for. Upon stepping foot inside, theirs is a strong community rooted feel, very refreshing after going to many corporate/chain dentists. The staff is incredibly amicable and seem genuinely happy doing their jobs. Dina was my hygienist an I hope to get her every time I go, as she made the whole process surprisingly relaxing. Dr. Elsa was again incredibly friendly. Can’t say enough good things. Never thought I’d say it but I’m looking forward to my next dentist appointment!

I have been here for 6 month check-in, hygienist appointment and consultation on bridge repair. *The atmosphere is serene and everyone is pleasant, efficient and caring; Nothing sterile and humdrum in this office- live plants, disco balls and lovingly curated furniture add to the peaceful theme. Dr George will always take the time to talk you through all your options and she is by far the warmest professional I have worked with! *Back again to say that my journey through needing 2 implants went smoothly and everything was done according to plan. I was given the costs, signed off on everything and paid as each part of the procedure was done. Today I finished with Dr. George crafting the absolute perfect color and shape of my new implant crowns. While I like to keep great things a secret- here’s my advice-“Don’t go anywhere else for your dental work!”

Fantastic experience: Awesome office! I recently moved to Monroe and was looking for a new dentist. I just happened to find this office, without realizing they were affiliated with my previous dentist in Waterbury. I requested an appointment and they got back to me super quickly (via text, which was super easy) and scheduled an appointment, had my files transferred over, and even cancelled my appointment at their Waterbury office that I had already had scheduled. Great experience with Sahara, Dr Greenwald, and everyone in the office for my first visit. Thank you!!

Both my dentist, Dr George and hygienist make me feel calm and confident in their ability, and work in a gentle manner, which for me is HUGE and hard to come by when it comes to any dental procedure. I’ve also had appointments with the other female and male dentist (I’m sorry, I’m awful with names) - I’m always worried when needing to see new dentists (awful past history) but they were both fantastic! Finding a practice like this, for me is life changing!! Thank you p.s., the receptionist’s are also lovely and v helpful. Plus, so far, I’ve never been kept waiting, which also helps keep anxiety at bay.

Fantastic experience: I am so happy to be back. I came in for my invisalign liners, once again everyone from front desk, to assistanting medical staff, to Dr.Carbonella are amazing. I experienced minimal discomfort, Dr.Carbonella and his staff are very through about explaining the treament plan to the patient. Dr.Carbonella also made a custom compost to place into my clear aligners that are removable, the attention care for the patients specific case is amazing.
