Fantastic experience: This visit was for a regular cleaning and general examination. My next visit will include x-rays and further review. I reported that I did not have any problems since the last visit. The hygienist was very careful, thorough, and communicated well during the procedures. There was no pain during the procedure. I did not see the dentist this time, but there were no issues.

Alex was good as expected (even though it took some time to fit it right, with several visits). I was a little taken aback by the price of the mouthguard, however. And I thought that my arrangement with Dr. Lee was that I would get a discount on procedures. I guess this did not apply, right?

I explained my situation and told the office staff that my retired dentist recommended Dr Lee’s practice. Fortunately they were able to schedule me to access and extract my tooth. The office staff and dental assistants were extremely helpful, friendly, and supportive. The dentist I saw, Dr. Justin Lee, was very pleasant and patient with me as I had a lot of questions. He took his time explaining the procedure, he was gentle, and he informed me throughout the extraction of what he was doing which put me at ease. Fantastic experience: I received several texts to confirm my appointment as well as one to arrive 15 minutes early to update my medical record. I was taken on time, made comfortable and the visit began. I asked and got a recommendation on what else I could do to improve my oral health. Dr. Justin did the discharge exam and indicated I needed a filling replaced at my convenience. I was able to get an appointment the next week. My next appointment for cleaning was made prior to my leaving the exam room. I was happy to see Dr. Justin had his name in his coat so I knew which of the twins I was seeing.

The staff take note of your likes and dislikes and put that on your chart. E.g. I don’t like to be so far back as I gag easily. That’s noted Once again.. today… I was taken on time, the young lady explained the procedure and Dr. Justin Lee checked in with me to make sure that I know what happens next. Negative experience: I have been with this practice since 1 986 when it belonged to the father. Today, I went for a Cleaning. They did not floss they refused to clean under my bridge and polished only a few teeth. Not all of them. The hygienist jumped from quadrant to quadrant not being thorough , yet I was charged full price. When I asked the doctor about this unorthodox practice, he pointed to an electronic cleaning device which he said would have cleaned my teeth. But his hygienist never even used it. I will try hard never to go there again.
