Fantastic experience: Today marked my inaugural visit, and I was thoroughly impressed. I intend to extend this recommendation to my family and friends. The office premises are immaculately maintained, and the staff exhibits exceptional friendliness and assistance. If I were to bestow a higher rating, I would undoubtedly give it a perfect ten out of ten.

Fantastic experience: I have been very pleased with biannual routine cleanings by Hygienist Ann. Dr. Leung has been excellent for one filling and a crown. Love this dental practice.

Fantastic experience: My wife and went today to clean our teeth with dr Leung. First time in a long time we had out teeth cleaned so well by two excellent hygienists (Ann and Ruth), who spent all the time needed to do such a thorough job that made us so very happy. At the end dr Leung came in and checked our teeth and made recommendations based on x-rays taken for future work and follow up. We were very pleased with the visit and we would recommend the office without hesitation to anyone!

My whole family goes to Dr. Leung's practice in a nice and comfortable office. We love his friendly hygienists, technicians and front desk staff! Dr. Leung is a very caring dentist. I called at the last minute after returning from vacation and was able to see him for pain with my bridge. He was professional in addressing and resolving my issues during the appointment.

Fantastic experience: A piece of a tooth chipped off. I called the office, thinking I would need a crown. I was pleasantly surprised to get an appointment for that same afternoon. Dr Leung checked the tooth and the fragment. He decided I only needed a filling, which he proceeded with. Once the numbing injection was done, there was no pain at all. The procedure was efficient and easy. I am very grateful for his help!

Fantastic experience: It was my first visit. I was able to get an appointment quickly for a sore tooth, and the staff worked to make sure there would be enough time for the visit. Being able to fill out the patient/insurance form in advance was a godsend. When I arrived, everyone was welcoming. And gentle. Dr. Leung was managing a couple of patients at the time (and well). He speaks with clear confidence from years of experience but still stopped to listen to me, my concerns, and he adapted to my comfort level. And when it can time for work (a filling), my comfort (numbness, needing to clear, etc.) came first. As I responded to his prompts to angle my head or open wider, he added positive comments for doing things he asked: I felt a little silly because I was just sitting in the chair, but his positive reinforcement left me feeling like I was part of the team working on my tooth. Great visit.

However, I would like to offer some humble suggestions that I hope will be taken as constructive feedback to help improve the overall experience. First, Dr. Leung is very knowledgeable, but he tends to move too quickly through appointments. While some patients may not notice or mind, others—like myself—pay close attention and value a more thorough and unrushed explanation of the treatment plan. I encourage him to slow down a bit, especially when discussing procedures or options with patients. Second, I believe the assistant I interacted with could benefit from additional training in communication and customer service. She was a bit abrupt, and it’s important to recognize that patients come from diverse backgrounds and may require different approaches when it comes to care and communication. Lastly, the condition of the facilities needs attention. For example, the sink was not working properly, which left a negative impression. Small details like this can make a big difference in how patients experience the space. Despite these concerns, I do plan to return because I respect Dr. Leung’s expertise. I hope this feedback is helpful and taken in the spirit of improvement. Patients like me are happy to offer honest opinions because we care about the quality of care and want to see the practice succeed.

This so-called 'doctor Leung' is nothing but a deceitful charlatan, surrounded by a clique of handpicked 'customers' who fabricate glowing reviews. During my recent visit for a routine cleaning, I encountered a nightmare. Their cleaning equipment malfunctioned, and instead of addressing the issue, the hygienist recklessly used a scaler, causing extensive damage to my teeth with deep scratches. When I questioned her actions, she callously brushed off my concerns, prioritizing profit over patient care. Upon contacting them for a follow-up appointment to rectify the damage, they shamelessly lied about my insurance coverage, despite confirming it multiple times prior to my visit. Their blatant disregard for truth and integrity is appalling. When I persisted in seeking resolution, they abruptly dismissed me, refusing any further assistance and denying any responsibility for their actions. Save yourself the trouble and seek a reputable dentist who prioritizes patient well-being over profit margins. This establishment is not worth the risk or the headache."
