Fantastic experience: I have genuine dental anxiety, and finding this office changed how I feel about going to the dentist entirely. The best professionals I came across, who take their work ethic seriously in keeping their customers happy and they take the time to understand your needs during treatment. I get anxious easily and tend to panic during visits, but they comforted me, explained everything as they went, and still kept things quick and thorough as I really appreciated it. Fantastic experience: BEST DENTISTRY PRACTICE AROUND! Virtually painless! I have had cavities filled, a tooth extracted, I use the angel aligners (like invisiline but better), and more! Fantastic experience: Over the last couple of years, I have had deep cleanings, cleanings, exams, a couple of crowns, and a couple of filings. My uncle was a dentist, and I know quality dental work. All of my work was excellent. This is a young staff, which has all of the high-tech equipment. In fact, the crowns are done in house all in one day.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Diamond Bar Dental! I usually get very nervous when it comes to going to the dentist, but not at this place. The dentist and staff truly care about making sure I feel comfortable during every visit. They always take the time to explain what’s going on and clearly discuss their recommendations, which helps put me at ease. A special thank you to Bryanna Vasquez, who does such a wonderful job keeping my mouth clean and hydrated during procedures. Her kindness, attention, and care truly make a difference and help me feel comfortable throughout my visits. I’m so happy with my dentist and the entire staff. Fantastic experience: First time using Diamond Dental and had a great experience! The staff was very attentive and answered all my questions. The hygienist was very gentle as well as the x-ray technician… Always were careful to make my cleaning and x-rays as comfortable as possible. The office was equipped with what seemed to be the latest technology. Would highly recommend! My previous post didn’t post so I’m going to add to it… Another great experience with Diamond Dental. My teeth were so stained from turmeric and the Dental Hygienist (Kimi) Spent almost, an hour Cleaning and polishing and getting all the tartar off. This is the best cleaning I have ever had in my entire life and I’m 72.:). Plus, she was so gentle! The office is kept immaculate, and their prices are very fair. So thankful I switched dentists!

Fantastic experience: I genuinely feel taken care of here. They take the time to explain everything and actually make sure I understand. They go over all the imaging with me in detail and walk me through the treatment plan so I know exactly what’s going on and why. The whole team is welcoming and kind, which makes a big difference when you’re already a little stressed about dental work. They also offer things like music or Netflix while you’re waiting or during treatment, which is such a nice touch! Last time I went in, I was exhausted, mom of toddlers nonstop life, and I told them I just needed to close my eyes for a bit while waiting for the next step. They dimmed the lights and brought me a blanket so I could take a quick nap. That meant a lot. I recommend them to everyone!

Negative experience: This dentist could have filled a cavity 6 months ago where it would cost me nothing. But let it sit and wait 6 more months so he could put a crown on it. This dentist just wants more money from the insurance company and doesn't care about patient expense. This dentist just wanted to be paid money for the free crown he put on cause he didn't do it right the first time and it kept popping off. All this dentist wants is money which is why he dropped hmo plans. I would not recommend this dentist to anyone.

Some places try to push unnecessary services on you just for financial gain, leaving you with an off putting feeling and apprehension of returning, this dental office only recommends what’s necessary, which is such a breath of fresh air. I will never go anywhere else because this place for me was perfect and feels like home!

Negative experience: I am trying to switch dentist. Last 6 months I have called this dental care many times. It is ALWAYS answering machine. At first the recording message tells me to leave a message they will call back ASAP. That never happened. When I just called again 05/2025 it's the default message from the phone company. I went online using their CHAT function it says will answer right away. So I typed message and waited for 2-3 minutes. No one came online. How is anyone to make appointment or get information. I gave up.

Fantastic experience: At 67 years old, I have had my share of dental problems. After losing my union negotiated dental plan, I had to find another dentist. After a bad experience with my first stop, I decided to try Diamond Dental. I have zero complaints with the whole operation. Everything from the front desk to the Dr. himself is 100%. Then there is the actual procedures. No pain. The hygienes and dentist are very gentle. They kept me informed throughout the process, and offered many payment options. I do recommend Diamond Dentist.

Very gentle during my cleaning and fillings, and consistently checking in to make sure I was okay.
