Fantastic experience: When I say AMAZING!!! I mean just that. I originally brought my kids to this office and I became a patient as well. Dr. Ali is the BESSSSSSTTT!! Can’t forget the pretty lady receptionist! They’re always polite and friendly . Please believe me. I love how she (Dr. Ali) caters to myself and my three children. I feel like we’re a family! She patient and very compassionate. Talks us through each and every procedure. Gives the best advise on how to care for our teeth at home and it works! Love Love Love this place! I recommend this office 10 out of 10!! Don’t believe go for yourself. You’ll never go anywhere else !!! Love you guys !!❤️❤️

Fantastic experience: I’ve taken my kids for services to other places and this has been the most honest place, others were charging crazy fees for the same stuff. The accounting lady broke everything to me and didn’t push on extras as others made it mandatory… like laughing gas which is not cover under insurance. Is over all a place to trust and we love the orthodontist and dentis.

Fantastic experience: They give great service and advice on how to brush teeth correctly. They stress the importance of good brushing habits and sre very supportive. They know how to work with different age groups. Most importantly they are very flexible with scheduling and rescheduling when emergencies come up.

Negative experience: My 3 kids were going here for about 2 years When I took them for their check up 2 of there had 0 cavities and 1 of them had 1 cavity and got it fixed. 6 months later I took them back for there check up And Dr comes back saying that 2 of them need crowns and 1 of them has a cavity So I was like wait a minute I was just here 6 months ago u as a Dr never ever mentioned they even had a small cavity so how is it possible they need a crown? Dr stood quiet She just told me bring them back in 6 months to see what its looking like I was like ok. So I was not comfortable with what the dr had told me so I let 2 months go by and I made an appointment with a new dentist made my appointment and went in. I never mentioned what had happened to the last check up with the old dentist because I wanted to see what this new Dr would tell me. I wanted a second opinion, so my kids got everything done and Dr said everything looks good No cavities or anything for all 3. I was like ok So I told him what the previous Dr had said about the crowns and that I came to his office because I wanted a second opinion and he said nope they dont need any crowns that is unbelievable all there teeth are perfectly fine. I was like thanks Dr I guess this will be our new dentist from now on... always look for second options if something doesn't sound right

Fantastic experience: Excellent kids dental office, my kiddos have been patients of kool kids dentist for over 10 years now. This is a wife and husband business they are both great, they are extremely exceptional at what they do. Super kind, super patient and very caring towards their patients. They do get quite busy and some visits can take a bit of time but it’s always with great service, never disappointed.

Fantastic experience: I am so impressed with Kool Kidz! My daughter Indie has never been to the dentist (she’s 2) and I was nervous with how she would like it. The dental hygienist showed her all of the instruments like the air and water on her hand before putting it in her mouth so that she knew what was happening. The dentist did the same thing with the x-ray device. Indie enjoyed her appointment and left with a smile and balloon. I’m glad we found our dentist for her!

Fantastic experience: Been to other kids dental but so far this is my favorite. They are so careful with my daughters they acknowledge their feelings and explain everything they will do. They got my 5 year old to be calm I was in shock , super friendly staff loving this place .

Fantastic experience: Kool Kidz has been our regular dentist for the past 10 years! We absolutely love our doctor and staff! Every time there is a new nurse or receptionist, they always greet us with a smile and they all seem to be on the same page with making you feel welcome. My son is now 14 years old and never has any anxiety when coming here twice a year. When he was four years old, he had a crazy tantrum that needed a few nurses to hold him down, but they never turned away from him and made him feel comfortable. I definitely recommend this dentistry to everybody I know!

I moved to pomona & needed a new dentist, one of my middle school friends recommended me here & years later i’m still here with them. All of the staff are the best, sweet, friendly, they really make u feel comfortable being there. My little sibling now goes here& they love it here too! I got my braces here too! Fantastic experience: Took my daughter here today for consultation for braces. This is the 3rd dentist and orthodontist I’ve taken her to for a consultation. I decided to have her braces done here and also switching them to become her primary office. The orthodontist, I think Dr. Kahn, was very informative and have a great bed side manner, as doctors go. The medical assistants are wonderful. The prices are fair and affordable. The office is very clean and have up to date technology, like a TV on the ceiling so kids can be occupied. They were busy on a Saturday but got us in on our appointment time and out within the hour. I highly recommend coming here.

I have 3 kids they all got there braces here 2 of my kids teeth were really bad they didn’t want to smile know two of them just have retainers she really happy to see that kool kids did a great job made big change on her teeth. They are really friendly explained everything they make sure you understand what they will be working on.They have monthly payments My daughters needed braces. I been to other dentis even monthly payments was to much for me. I came to Kool Kids in Pomona they gave me the best price. They know how to work with kids they try hard to calmed them down so they get their teeth fix. it’s not only for kids also for adults. Even the lady’s in front desk are friendly they try to work with your schedule . They will call or text you to confirm your Appointment. Every one that works on the back I seen they are all friendly i will not go to another dentists my kids seen other dentists they were afraid to go back. With kool kids I have no problems bringing them here they love the staff thank you Kool kids for taking care of my family.

I live in Inglewood and would drive about 40 miles to get to his office - never did I consider going to someone who was closer to home. I’ve referred many family members and their kids. I’ve had a great experience overall with all of the staff in this office. I definitely recommend checking it out!
