Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Pomona dentistry for years and have always had a great experience! No matter what hygienist I work with, they are always friendly, kind, and professional. Today Emily took a lot of time with me educating me on my dental health and collaborating with me on my oral care routine :) she also sent me home with a bunch of helpful samples to try. I highly recommend Pomona Dentistry!

Dr. Awod and his team are skilled professionals that don't just perform great work, they make the Dentist visit pleasurable. Criser & Fran were also great technicians that helped get the grinch teeth back to something like the posters on the wall. I had been to other local Dental offices in the past. "Going to the Dentist" I would say as I walked out the door. Funny thing, now it's, "I'm going to my Dentist." Because that's the way they make you feel.

She was very gentle throughout the cleaning, explained what she was doing well, and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. Dr. Daniel was also very professional and reassuring. He took the time to check everything carefully and was honest with the situation of my teeth, and created a future plan for me. All were above and beyond with care, concern, and addressing any issues. it was a very positive experience and I would definitely recommend this office.!

Fantastic experience: I had an excellent experience at Pomona Dentistry, and I especially want to recognize Dr. Daniel Kolta. He was incredibly kind, professional, and genuinely took the time to make sure I was comfortable throughout the entire appointment. He explained everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and never made me feel rushed or pressured. The treatment itself was excellent, and I was very happy with the result. You can tell Dr. Kolta really cares about doing things the right way and making sure his patients feel comfortable and confident in their care. The entire office was welcoming and professional as well. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Kolta and Pomona Dentistry to anyone looking for a dentist who is both highly skilled and genuinely caring. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Fantastic experience: At first I was a little skeptical about pomona dentist, because of a pair bad reviews, but I decided to try them anyway and I have no regrets. Very nice and proffecinal people, they treated me super nice. So they deserve no less than 5 stars.

Fantastic experience: Just a quick note. My wife went in for an exam with Dr. Bakian. He recommended a skin graft procedure for my wife. But, instead of making another appointment. He did the procedure 20 minutes later. Said it would take 45 minutes. It took 20 minutes. Dr, Bakian and he staff were professional, kind, gentle. Explained everything he was doing in detail. Made sure we understood the after visit protocols. Gave us his cell phone number. I texted him the next day about something. He answered immediately!! Thank you Dr. Bakian. Fantastic experience: Had an emergency over a tooth disintegrating in my mouth at lunch, and on a first visit they got me in same-day and took amazing care of me. Dr. Arp was funny and engaging before the work, and professional and attentive throughout. Criser was an amazing dental assistant, and Carlos the hygienist put me on some game to get my oral health on track. Glad I found this spot!

Carlos is always so polite and concerned that you're comfortable actually that's why I go back because I know I'm not going to be in pain. I feel like he does a really good job not in a rush just to get it done so I'll keep Going back Like today I had a deep cleaning done and he offered me a different Solution instead of the shots which worked perfect for me since the shots is another one of my issues so I was pleased

Criser did my initial x-rays and was a pro at her job. Very friendly and professional. Marlene was the hygienist who cleaned my teeth and she did a fantastic job. She was very friendly and had funny stories to tell me during the cleaning. She gave me additional information on how to care for me teeth. Overall, I wish I had come to this dentist sooner and will continue to come back for my semi-annual cleanings. If you're on the lookout for a new dentist go here. You won't regret it.

Fantastic experience: Dr.Arpi really made my mom feel comfortable and was patient enough too explain things to my mom and answer any questions. Because my mom had experienced trauma earlier in life from the dentist, Marlene made her feel super comfortable. She calmed my mom’s nerves and made her feel relaxed during the teeth cleaning. Fantastic experience: I came in with severe pain that radiated from my mouth to my ear and head, along with noticeable swelling on the left side of my face. The team performed a root canal and truly saved me. I’m incredibly grateful for the compassionate and attentive staff who took such great care of me.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient of Dr. Awamleh for about two years now and I look forward to my visits each time. She’s very kind and gentle, she doesn’t hurt me like other dentists have in the past (LOL). I highly recommend her and this office. Everyone is always in a good mood and are very helpful. I had issues with my insurance and they were very helpful, unlike other places. I had my teeth cleaned by Marlene this last week, and I have never felt so comfortable as I did that day with her. She’s very funny.

From the moment I spoke to Jose on the phone, he went above and beyond. He not only made me feel welcome, but he actually got me into the office the same day! He was so friendly, guiding me through all the paperwork and connecting directly with my dental insurance so that everything was seamless. When I met Dr. Awamleh, she was phenomenal so kind, gentle, and reassuring. She not only walked me through every step of the process, but also created a personalized care plan for my teeth, giving me detailed, easy-to-follow guidance for the future. And on top of all that, the facility was spotless every surface, the restroom, everything was pristine. The whole environment was calming and professional. Fantastic experience: I went in as a new patient and it was my first time going to this dental office. The staff at the front desk were welcoming and very nice. I was initially assisted and checked by Dr. La who was very knowledgeable, professional and patient with explaining things. Dr. La helped with fixing a tooth that was chipped and then recommended for me to have a deep cleaning, which I was then assisted by Marlene. Marlene was awesome. This was my first time getting a deep teeth cleaning and was not familiar with the process at all. Marlene was very patient and attentive. She would ask me how I was doing constantly and consistently though out the process. She also made me feel comfortable by taking to me during the process, which made everything smoother and made time pass by really fast. Overall a great experience with Dr. La and Marlene

Negative experience: A while back I had made an appointment to get my wisdom teeth removed. I called days prior the surgery to make sure everything was okay for my appointment. On the day of my surgery, they told me something went wrong with my insurance and that we would need to reschedule. I was pretty upset because a lot of planning was behind this and I had called to avoid any type of miscommunication yet it still happened. They didn’t even apologize for the mix up and got defensive that I got mad. I would definitely not recommend

Only reason I don't give 5 star is because you wait a bit but, on the other hand, when it's your turn they take their time with you. Love hygienist Carlos, Dr. Awad and Dr. La. Positive experience: My appointment was 8:30am few months ago. Guess what i was waiting for 2 hours just for check in. they made me half day was gone and couldn't do nothing at that day. Cause I have another appointment coming soon, I am very worry about the time make me uncomfortable. So I called them asked why for new customers have to wait for 2 hours to check in. After that when I called them to complain about how come for new customers have to wait for such longer, the lady (reception) explained all BS, cause have to check baaba~~~,but my question was why for the new customers have to wait about 2 hours just for check in and wait for another half hour to do the exray,and wait for another 10 to 15 mins finally can see your new doctor and wait for another 15 minutes can do really clean teeth ot other stuff. My half day was gone. And I have others to do . And very rude things was when I said have a good day before hang up the phone, she already hung up the phone. I really don't know how the yelp said they are good, are the pay for them or friends or relatives~~~? Very surprised their service.

Fantastic experience: Marlene is fantastic! She did an excellent job cleaning my teeth — very gentle, thorough, and efficient. I was running a little late and in a hurry, but she still took great care of me and made the whole appointment comfortable. Overall, this is one of the best dental offices I’ve been to. Everyone is extremely friendly and welcoming. I even have an appointment next week for a root canal, and the doctor personally called me tonight to answer my questions, which really meant a lot. They’re a great group of people who truly care about their patients. Thanks to how smoothly everything went, I even made it on time to pick up my doggies. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Honestly, one of the best experiences I’ve had at a dentist in a long time. Having neglected my teeth for years now, I was not looking forward to the deep cleanings that they were due. My nerves were high to start, so it was incredibly lucky that I had Marlene as my hygienist. Right off the jump, she was ready to rock and roll, and did an excellent job making sure I was comfortable, informed, and, most importantly, walking out with clean teeth. I’m not typically one to lose his marbles when dealing with stressful medical/dental procedures, but I’ve had not too great experiences in the past. Not this time though, Marlene and the team at Pomona Dentistry really took care of me, and have earned another loyal customer. Thank you so much everyone! Negative experience: I can only suggest not to go to this establishment, had to go in multiple times to fix broken temporary bridge. Don't return emails for appts to repair and kept putting off a payment plan each time I went in only to s nd me to collections for the full balance that they say was discounted against my insurance. I always paid off my bills with this establishment...will never return...filing a complaint with the California insurance board for Audit and over billing in progressive billing requirements

For those of you that don’t like going to the dentist, like me, rest assured. This facility is beautiful, clean, and welcoming. Marlena as a professional hygienist cleaned my teeth without any problems, and gave me some tips. She was patient and her friendly, nice to talk with. I felt safe with her, as she put me at ease with her skills. As soon as I called to make an appointment, Miguel took care of me. He’s very sharp, connected with my insurance, and got me an appointment the same day. Additionally, he assisted me in getting a form filled. I’m very happy with this location, and plan to keep coming and bringing my son!

I had a tooth problem for years for a poorly done crown, and Dr. Awad was able to redo it in one day, and it hasn't hurt since. He really knows his stuff, but is also so cheerful and friendly. Fantastic experience: I was a patient there several years ago and I finally had time to go back for a check up last weekend. I am very impressed with the state of the art scanning equipment that they upgraded to. Dr. Fu was excellent and he not only showed me the pictures but also explained in detail what treatments I needed. Marlene, the hygienist, was very thorough and gentle when she did deep cleaning for my teeth. Overall I had a very good experience and I would definitely go back regularly from now on.

Positive experience: The financial ladies assisted me in the breakdown of price for my wisdom teeth and I was given the same amount 3 separate times. I was approved for $5k in care credit but my actual procedure was about $2.2k. So when I received a separate bill for $280 you can imagine my confusion. I contacted the office to get a better understanding of the bill and unfortunately I was unable to receive a direct answer as to why I was being charged $280. The first answer was the care credit did not cover the full amount and after I told them I was approved for $5k I was put on hold and was told that since I agreed to pay it there was nothing they could do. I never received an actual reason why I was being charged the $280. It's unfortunate because I really like the dentist herself but the front office does not seem to be on top of things making me not want to return.

Fantastic experience: They are professional, kind and attentive! Now there's quite a few people that helped me but I'm not so good with names but to the hygienist Anna and Dr Estrada I'm especially thankfully for their hard work fixing up my smile.

Positive experience: They are great and have a same day Root canal with Crown installed and all good. But they wanted to charge me twice for the crown. Make sure to ask for a breakdown of the work you'll be getting done. Once I mentioned that I was being charged the same amount twice, the clerk lady was shocked and played it as a mistake.

Fantastic experience: Awesome dentists! They go above and beyond to make sure you’re taken care of. I even had one of their team members (Anna)who took the time look at my 3d scans and let me know that I should ask my primary doctor for a referral to the nose doctor because she noticed my breathing was obstructed. Sure enough she was right! I had a really bad deviated septum and I was able to get surgery and my breathing has gotten so much better. Very few places care enough to help you beyond their own purpose , but they do here. I highly recommend them !!!

Fantastic experience: I have always been afraid of the dentist. I have to say: Pomona Dentistry truly cares for you as a person. From the time I called and scheduled to being checked in with a smile and having my X-rays taken, I’ll admit: never been more surprised to the hospitality I could’ve received in a dental office. Dr Awad did a great job explaining in detail of all my dental needs and had time to fit me in his schedule. To make experience even better, I was also able to be seen by Carlos the hygienist for a cleaning and may I say -he did a great job with his scaling which didn’t hurt at all- and went over the importance of oral hygiene to be able to prolong the life of my teeth. Honestly: this has to be the best experience I’ve had in a dental office and will definitely recommend to anyone!

From the moment I checked in, I was greeted with kindness and the communication was amazing! With each appointment I was actually excited to go in and to especially see my new favorite, Miguel! I can tell he genuinely cares about his facility, his staff and the patients! He would continuously check in and I believe seeing the manager speaks volumes about the company! They make you feel like family from the moment you walk in. It's a super fast check in, and promp appointment time. They don't keep you waiting. The entire team makes you feel comfortable. They are personable and listen to you as well as explain everything that is being done in detail. I have been taking my entire family there for a few years now because I trust them. I am especially impressed by the Hygienist Carlos Moran RDH. He is great at what he does and is one of the reasons I now look forward to gong back. He is fun and very professional.
