Positive experience: The staff were wonderful. There was a universal atmosphere of caring and I loved the humor, too. The quality of the cleaning was outstanding. The X-rays seemed a bit overdone with 18 shots. Dr. Causey was friendly and knowledgeable. My only disappointment was the cost. I prefer a dentist who accepts Tricare and Medicare payments as full payment.

My husband was out of state and he called to say he thought he cracked a tooth. When I called the office they got him in right away. Price is a lot less than many others when I called around. Fantastic experience: Dr Franklin Causey and his highly efficient team of skilled technicians has been providing oral health care for me and my family since 1998. Dr Causey is highly knowledgeable, compassionate and ever so helpful in during all kinds of dental emergencies as well as routine checkups. He provides detailed explanations and answers every question to the satisfaction of all those who seek his care. Dr Causey is a strong proponent of preventative dental care, a rare old fashioned trait. The front office of his practice is manned by super helpful and accommodating staff. I very highly recommend Dr Causey for any problem related to oral health.

Fantastic experience: I went here for a second opinion, and I’m so glad I did. Dr. Causey gave me an honest assessment (which wasn’t as extensive as I was previously told) without disparaging the other dentist I saw, which speaks volumes. It’s very clear he is a dentist who cares about his patients and not just making a quick buck, and all the dental hygienists are just as kind. Dr. Causey and his staff are warm, friendly, and efficient—you couldn’t ask for more in a dentist and his team!

Fantastic experience: I have had Dr Causey as my dentist for over 25 years. From his receptionist to his assistants behind the doors ALL very professional. This latest appointment I had new hygienist, Maggie. Maggie was very personable and thorough. Would never consider seeing anyone other than Dr Causey for my Dental needs He does need to work on his singing.

It had been over 6 years since my previous disappointing dentist and what I was sure would be my LAST visit to a dentist. I was still unsure, until……. **** Dana answered the phone and within 5 minutes of asking me pertinent questions about my dental issues, she had convinced me that Dr. Causey’s office would be my new dental home. **** Actual visit THE NEXT DAY **** I was indeed “home” as soon as I walked into the door! Spotless, super family friendly and Dr. Frank Causey?? - he LISTENED !!!, and afterwards he responded with understanding and complete confidence/competence. He took the time to explain everything I needed to know to move forward with a decision that suited me. My initial visit lasted a little over an hour and Dr. Causey and his staff have a plan to get me back on a healthy dental track and stay there. DO NOT HESITATE to become a patient - you will be rewarded by finding yourself at home in this professional, friendly dental office.

Both Dana and Samm are very professional with my records and helping me with any discrepancies with my dental insurance. Fantastic experience: Dr. Causey has been the dentist for our family for decades now. Recently I had to get appointments in a rush and he accommodated me so quickly. Over a decade ago he did a 4-channel root canal for my tooth. I played tennis later that day. Thanks to his excellent work. And it still holds! He is the best. He keeps you in good humor with his jokes and stories, respects the patient whether young or old, engages you in nice conversation, and before you know it you're done. The only dentist you'll actually look forward to visiting! I want to add that the front desk staff are welcoming and friendly and I've always found the dental assistants to be professional and more than competent.

Fantastic experience: I'm not a patient of Dr. Causey, but he was the on call dentist for mine. I was having a problem with a new crown and was leaving the country for a trip within a few days. Dr. Causey and his staff went out of their way to get me into his office immediately to help to fix the problem I was having. They were incredibly gracious, helpful, and kind even though I wasn't their patient. He offered for me to call his office should I need his help while out of the country. On top of that, they didn't even charge me anything. The experience with this practice was incredible and really shows that they put patient care first, above all else.
