I came in as a new patient, with a broken crown and left within 2 hours with my new, permanent crown and my new Dentist. My visit was professional, prompt, painless and effective, which is all I could ask for!

Fantastic experience: I’m new to the Tampa area and have tried five different dental offices, but this one is by far the best I’ve ever visited! The doctor truly listens, which is rare to find. I had a tooth that had been bothering me for months, and after just two visits, I’m completely pain-free and comfortable. I even drive an hour to see them—it’s absolutely worth it! Highly recommend! All the gals working there are super friendly and don’t waste your time! When you have an appointment you get in and out!!!!

Fantastic experience: New patient, no insurance, only had to have a crown re-cemented. Got me in quickly, did what had to be done, and didn't try to "sell" me a bunch of procedures. Probably the most pleasant trip to a new dentist I've ever had. I will be making a follow up appointment for a cleaning and exam very soon.

Fantastic experience: This was my first visit and it was routine so keep that in mind, however, the office staff was very welcoming and friendly. Lots of smiles. The X-ray tech again very pleasant. The dental hygienist thorough and friendly. Dr Massey explained the X-rays in detail (all good news). He didn’t oversell like others trying to sell services I didn’t need. He was great even offering to be an available if any emergencies arise. I’m glad I went and established as a patient in this office.

The Massey family makes it a point to get to know you and to top it off they take care of the Tampa Bay Bucs football team. 10 out of 10!!!

Fantastic experience: Dr.Taylor and Ashley Massey are amazing! They are honest and give very thorough feedback without being pushy. After a close friend suggested them, we went in for a second opinion, and we are so glad we did. Now, our entire family of five drives 45 minutes just to come to this office. All of the staff are incredibly welcoming. Even my younger daughter (9yo) who is usually terribly afraid of the dentist, comes and leaves with a smile on her face! We cannot be more grateful to Dr. Massey for saving our 14-year-old son from losing two of his molars. Other dentists told us the only option was to pull the adult teeth, which would have meant he couldn’t get implants for at least 6 years and would be left without his main teeth to chew with. The expertise and care shown here truly saved his smile. We highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for honest, high-quality dental care!

Negative experience: I was a patient here for about 10 years and always felt taken care of - until the recent change in staff/management. In that entire time I only missed three appointments, and I’ve been consistent and loyal. Since the new team took over, the environment feels much less patient-friendly and much more policy-driven, with little regard for long-term relationships. I understand policies are necessary, but the way they’re enforced now comes across as rigid and impersonal. I’m really disappointed because this used to be a great family dental office, but it doesn’t feel like they value longtime patients anymore.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient at Massey Dentistry since moving to Florida in 2022. In fact, my wife, aunt and uncle are also on their client list. Why? We all find the warm, professional, highly skilled level of patient care encouraging and refreshing. Doctors Taylor and Ashley and all of the staff are caring, knowledgeable and supportive. I have had a crown and another tooth rebuilt during my short time as a patient, as well as regular cleaning with Michaela my wonderful hygienist. The entire experience at Massey Dentistry is, in my opinion, first-rate in every way. Cutting edge procedures and equipment are operated by caring staff highly trained in their use. I feel heard, cared for and valued as a customer, and generally blessed that I found this practice for my dental care.

Dr. Taylor Massey put me completely at ease, no condemnation, no guilting. He took the time to explain what would be done and left plenty of time for me to ask questions. Fantastic experience: First time to a dentist in 10 years. The staff was incredible. Meghan was my Hygienist and I can’t say enough nice things about her. For not being to the dentist in such a long time you would expect to experience some pain along the way but I have to say that her concern for how I was doing really showed how much she was there to support the patient. Dr Massey took the time to explain my evaluation and most importantly discussed the options that were available to me. No upselling, no pressure just information and that they were there to support me in whatever decision met my needs. I’m so glad this practice was referred to me and I will certainly do the same going forward.

I live in Pasco and truthfully, wanted to find a less expensive and closer dentist, But decided to give them a try, and I’m glad I did! Not only is Massey dentistry, a family run business it is Friendly and I absolutely love the new format and the new Dentists ! They are kind, gentle and very caring people! every time I leave there. Fantastic experience: This was my first time seeing Dr. Massey and it was the BEST Dental experience I have ever had. His whole staff was so polite and nice which made my visit even better, but "HE" Dr. Massey was so nice and told me everything he was doing which helped, I thought he was just going to see what needed to be done, but instead he fixed my front teeth right there and NO needles at all especially bc I hate needles. It was painless, quick and I've never seen anything like it!! Awesome Dr and awesome staff and his wife is a Dr. with him as well and they all said she is so nice!! I highly recommend. P.S. I don't have Dental insurance and the price wasn't too bad at all. Thank you to the Massey team for a wonderful experience.

Fantastic experience: Yesterday I had my first visit at Massey Dentistry, and I look forward to going back! I have definitely found the new family dentist my family has been looking for. I saw Dr. Taylor Massey and his hygienist (I forget her name, but I did book with her again for 6 months from now...she was awesome!) My family had been going to BrightNow Dental for years and really wasn't particularly overwhelmed with them, btu they did what was necessary. After our dentist left for personal reasons, we started seeing her husband at Bright Now at their Countryside location, but things just seemed very out of date with equipment and the front desk was not very friendly. At Massey, the front desk was extremely friendly and engaging they made me feel very comfortable, like I had been there a million times before. I 'LOVED' how they had TV's on the ceiling with a fish tank theme to keep your focus away from what is happening in your mouth! Anyway, I will be booking appointments for my husband and son right away! I haven't had a doctor make me feel so comfortable in a LONG time! Thank you Dr. Massey & Team! Allison Quinlivan

I have never had any difficulty getting an appointment. My 95-year-old mother is also a patient and they have always treated her well and thoroughly .Everbody who works at there is kind and professional. They treat you like a person instead of just a patient. I recommend them highly and frequently.
