Fantastic experience: This review is for my husband. He went to Solay Dental for Invisalign, and we knew there was going to have to be a lot of cosmetic treatment involved. We figured it would all be crowns, and we were reassured that the doctor could do a lot of the work by bonding which surprised us. A year later, it was time for the Invisalign to come off and the cosmetic treatment to begin, and within four hours, Dr. Soleimani turned his teeth into gorgeous smile with bonding alone. She is a true artist. A miracle worker. Grateful beyond words.

Most importantly, unlike my experience at other dental officies, she did not try to sell unnecessary products or services. Definitely going back.

The facility is super clean with advanced equipment ( at least compared to my past dentists ) and they explain what they are doing to your teeth and preventative plans. I trust them completely with my dental needs :)

Negative experience: Had several issues with this office. Very money motivated. I finished Invisalign and my retainer broke after only 2 weeks. Dr. Soleimani told me she has never had that happen before. My fiance who was in the dental field for 28 years spoke to Dr. Soleimani on my behalf. My fiance asked if there was some kind of warranty. Dr. Soleimani never got back with my fiance. I had to pay for another retainer. Dr. Soleimani placed an implant crown on a tooth within 2 months it came off. After all the problems we had with this office I was not going back. It was ALWAYS an issue getting the right paperwork for our insurance so we could fill out the forms for our insurance company . We had a reimbursement plan so we needed the correct receipts which was always an issue.

Fantastic experience: I was extremely happy with my visit. I have anxiety and the entire staff was very understanding and made me feel welcomed and comfortable during my visit. The doctor spent a great deal of time going over my treatment plan and helping me to understand what needs to be done and to feel like my dental needs and goals are attainable . I left the office feeling at peace and less anxious about my future dental health .

Fantastic experience: Dr. Brand chose well when she decided to Retire and sell her Practice. Dr. Soleimani combines Professionalism and a Friendly manner effortlessly. Having been a patient of hers and Dr. Sojo ; i can without reservation state they take pride in their work and care for their patients. Have to give a shout out to Reception / Administration. To be honest ; other than for a cleaning....Who Really wants to go to the Dentist? However ; if you want to feel like the Office treats you like a person and not a number. Solay Dental is the place.

Negative experience: I had two implants on upper four middle teeth, with two crowns, total of four. It was made two short and flat, the length of teeth doesn't match with the natural teeth, it looks horrible to me, wasted over 10 grand and I hate it. No smile. And a few weeks later I had to go back because it was loose, I thought it's going to fell out and for the adjustment to screw it back up they wanted to charge me $170 It wasn't my fault, that it got loose. I'm very sorry. But I'm not going back.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a dental assistant for a long time and I worked in a lot of dental office. By far, this is one of the most beautiful, clean offices I have ever seen. The staff is so welcoming and warm. My dental assistant, Misty was so professional kind, and funny. The hygienist that came in Was absolutely amazing too. Not to mention Dr. Solemani is amazing she explained everything and perfect detail. Being a dental assistant, usually dentist don’t discuss things with you and treat you as a patient. I can definitely say I was 100% Treated like a patient it was amazing. I felt comfortable informed. And I can’t wait to come back for my cleaning in my fillings.

Negative experience: Requiring unnecessary, expensive and likely painful procedure. Solay seems to be more focused on profit than patient care. I enrolled in Solay's monthly Clear dental plan several years ago and had a cleaning, xrays and exam scheduled last week. My prepaid plan should have paid for all of this but they refused to clean my teeth because they said that they were requiring me to pay an additional $1200 for deep cleaning. Went to another dentist for a second opinion who said there was absolutely no need for a deep cleaning and their hygienist cleaned my teeth. Spoke with Maggie, Office Manager at Solay, and cancelled my payment program and asked for $220 reimbursement for the Solay prepaid services that I had to get a different dentist. I told her that Solay's dentist never looked in my mouth when I questioned the need for deep cleaning- she said that Solay's dentists will not check the diagnosis of their hygienist and that they would not reimburse me for having to double pay services.

Fantastic experience: My first visit was a pleasure, the staff and dentist made me very comfortable and confident in my future dental treatment as being educated on what needs to be done was explained clearly. My 2nd and third visit were quite seem less interns of anxiety as I normally have as both visits were root canals Of course I wanted to be aware so I decided not to be sedated , yes, you can request provided you have someone to pick you up. I like my independence so I prefer to choose being numb in the area. Each dentist is a master of there science and skill working quickly and efficiently flanked by their courteous and caring dental assistants. One thing to note Each dentist / dental specialist is willing to answer your questions if you have any even before your procedure. Each dental assistant I have the pleasure of meeting not only make your stay in their chair feel like a true guest for a short time are thoughtful and willing to assist you with feeling comfortable in spite of my awkward thought of being orally exposed ;). My visits so far has helped me into thinking why did I take so long to go.Here is to no fears., as my smile gets better! Cheers!

Fantastic experience: Today I had a temporary cap put on one tooth and 2 teeth filled. I have a great fear of going to the dentist and have a very low threshold for pain. The doctor and other staff were amazing! They helped me with my anxiety and paid close attention to how I was feeling. They were able to perform the procedures and I did not feel any pain or discomfort. They truly are thoughtful, sensitive, knowledgeable professionals and their work is perfection.

Negative experience: I really wanted to like this dental office because the staff is nice, and it’s a nice office. With that being said,I feel I need to be honest with our experience at Solay dental. My boyfriend was getting an extensive amount of work done on his mouth. He had a root canal done. 2 days later he was in EXTREME pain. ( Worst pain he has ever had he said). I called office explaining that he could not take more Ibuprofen or Tylenol because he is diabetic. Office wanted to see him ,but prescribed him meds, only to find out they prescribed him MORE Ibuprofen. Very frustrating since we drove 30 min out of our way to get it. They called the DR.who did the root canal to see what substance he used in his mouth, and sent him home with Tylenol with codeine. That evening extreme pain to the point I almost took him to the ER in middle of the night. 21/2 weeks later we are still dealing with this. The Dr that did the procedure left a bunch of substance in his mouth that became infected. I researched another dental office and Endodontics’s office where we are still being seen. He ended up having to pull the tooth out . Not a single call, text, email from Solay dental to see how he is doing??? They did however send a text to see if he was coming in for his whitening appointment. Seriously This is not the patient care I will accept for myself or my loved ones.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Shiva Soleimani of Solay Dental is clearly a very driven, passionate and dedicated Denist, I was not a patient of hers but I had an accident on Saturday the 11 of Feb 2023 , and when no one else from wildwood to Tampa including the dental clinic of Tampa which knew I was coming there and then the doctor would not see me, the office said she had just left after driving an hour and 1/2 to see them which was not true, the lady leaving said they were still three, so they told me to go to St Joseph while in the ER in Tampa, Dr Soleimani was notified and she came in at 9:30 pm along with her wonderful assistant and replace a tooth I had completely knocked out. She was with me until way after 11:00 pm. What a wonderful doctor and assistant, I will be forever grateful for this doctor and she is diffidently my dentist here in Florida or wherever she goes I will follow. The best Denist if this state for sure without a doubt and does answer for emergencies.

Fantastic experience: Again my 6 month visit to Sherri and company was a great checkup. The team never fails to make the process painless and actually fun. Been going to them for many years and it’s like visiting friends and family. Definitely will be back in July! The below was my last review and, again, I cannot say enough about this wonderful practice. I’ve been with them since 2013 and have had extensive work done by them and their partners in crime and I actually enjoy going there for my checkups. From Dr. Soleimani, my gal Sherri and the ladies at the front desk their concern and caring is outstanding from work done to covering insurance. Hats off again to an experience that I actually look forward to!! Went for my 6 month cleaning and it just gets better and better. If ever you have/had fears of the dentist, this is your place to go. The atmosphere is so calming and very forthcoming with whatever needs or suggestions they may have for your many years of being healthy and looking your best! Still a five star visit!! Have been with them for many years and, not that going to the dentist is number one on my hit parade, but they make it a very good experience. The place was immaculate. They were on time and took their time. And the team there was just super friendly and helpful. Our kids went for their first visit as well and they loved the place. I was surprised to hear a 4 and a 6 year old say they can't wait to go back to the dentist. We have been looking for a dental home for years. We are so happy to have finally found one.

Fantastic experience: My mom (Bonnie) has been going to this practice since dinosaurs roamed the earth, or at least since Dr. Brand was there. When Dr. Brand retired and Dr. Soleimani assumed the reins, she was pleasantly surprised that going to the dentist was as good or better as it always had been. Let me ask you...how many of you have your mother or anyone talk for years about how fabulous the dental staff and dentist appointments are? Um. Nobody. That's how I know they are head and shoulders above the rest. My mom loved this practice, their friendliness, their consideration, everything about it. She loved you all. p.s. This isn't all heresy - I have visited the office once or twice myself with Mom.

Fantastic experience: without a doubt, the best dental office i have ever been in. very professional and was a great experience.Dr. Soleimani actually came in a did a very good job at expaining everything. the dental hygienist was incredible ( her name is Max.) she was so good, that will be the only one i will ever go to. I'm 65 and off all the dentist offices i have been in, this one is by far better than any others.

Fantastic experience: I have never been so comfortable going into a dental office. The staff are great, they are super friendly and helpful and it’s nice to see everyone with smiles on their faces. My dental hygienist, Sherie Dulski, has an amazing calming and cheerful personality. She does a wonderful job cleaning my teeth, and I’ve never been so comfortable in a dental chair.

I know you don't go to the dentist to have long conversations or to make friends, but it sure makes the experience pleasant when everyone, from the staff at the front desk to the hygienist all the way up to Dr. Solemani, are outgoing. Dr. Solemani is very capable, and runs her office in a professional manner. The pricing structure is reasonable, every visit is nice.
