He works with a confidence that puts you at ease immediately. He knows exactly what he's looking at and what needs to happen next. He's also built a process that runs efficiently from start to finish, and it shows in how smoothly his team operates around him. Amanda, my dental assistant, has a depth of knowledge that goes well beyond what you'd expect. She answered every question, explained things clearly, and made the entire experience comfortable. Julie in the front office walked me through treatment plan costs and worked with my insurance company to make sure I was getting the most from my benefits. She made the financial side feel manageable instead of stressful. What really sets this practice apart is the technology. I've never experienced a dental office this evidence-based. Advanced imaging tools let me follow every step of the treatment plan and see the visual evidence behind each recommendation. That transparency gained my trust quickly.

Patients come first with this team, and they pay attention to all the little details that others would likely miss. They went over each set of X-rays and photos with me in great detail and helped me to understand the recommendations they were making. Additionally, every recommendation was just that...a recommendation. They do not force you into any treatments or procedures. They educate the patient and allow them to make the most informed decision for themselves, without any external pressure. You never feel like you're being sold to.

After talking to the staff, at the same visit I decided to finally, after nine years of no teeth to get dentures. Julie & Katie walked me through all the boring paperwork and billing. They are both awesome. The doctor explained everything to me and they were super gentle. After a few short visits, one more to go, I get my new smile. If you are a little afraid, everybody is, Diamond Dental is your answer.

Fantastic experience: If I could give a 10, I would! I had a very old filling—about 50 years old—that had cracked, and I was nervous about getting it fixed. From the moment I walked into Diamond Dental a few weeks ago to make the appointment and get my X-rays, I felt comfortable. They take my insurance, which was wonderful, and I never felt rushed. The entire staff is fabulous, and the doctor’s wife is an absolute dream! Today, I had my appointment at 1:00 PM for the start of my crown work, and I was out by 2:30—with no pain, no major numbness, and honestly, a feeling of calm. And who says that after a dental visit? What truly blew me away was the doctor’s bedside manner. In between working on my teeth, he would have me close my jaw and massage my jawline—can you believe that?! It totally relaxed me. Most dentists wait for you to ask for a break—not here. They knew exactly when I needed one, and they took care of me in a way I’ve never experienced before at a dental office. And the cherry on top? As I was leaving, the doctor himself had me pick out a beautiful coffee cup to take home. I felt so seen and special. It’s the little things—but they matter so much. If you’re not happy with your current dentist, go to Diamond Dental in Oldsmar, FL. Dr. Phan and his team are incredible. Fantastic experience: Update! Even though we moved two hours away, we still come back to Dr. Pham. The hygienist, Kateland, is the best I’ve ever had. So gentle! ***** Dr. Pham has been here for three years. So close to my house, I had no idea there was such an amazing dentist nearby. I can walk here! The staff tells me that many people drive over an hour to get to this office, because they love the doctor and staff so much. And I can see why. Staff is very friendly and extremely caring and considerate. Like no other dentist I’ve ever been to. Dr. Pham is thorough and really cares about the health of your teeth. The waiting room is cozy and even offers complementary beverages, which is really nice because after riding my bike, I was thirsty ! I love this office because they take my insurance (FloridaBlue). If you don’t have insurance, the doctor has a $300 a year plan that includes regular maintenance and x-rays

They were very concerned about my discomfort. Did an examination of the aching tooth and advised me in detail as to what needed done. They checked with my insurance for detailed coverage. Gave me a printed copy of the insurance coverage. They asked me if I had questions about the needed procedure Being from out of town and not knowing Diamond Dentistry i felt very comfortable with them. Friendly staff and comfy place, with TVs and Netflix, prize box for the kids, complimentary snacks, cold drinks, tea and coffee. Dr. is knowledgeable and takes time to explain observations, results, and care plan. Accepts Care Credit (important for me). We're happy here, and will keep coming back. Update 2024: Still great! Dr. Pham and Dr. Nguyen are both fantastic!

From the first phone call, Julie was very friendly and personable and went above and beyond to help me with some insurance issues I was having. The office is clean and well appointed and the staff is all super friendly! Doctor Pham did a thorough exam and explained my treatment plan to me in great detail and answered all of my questions. He stressed the importance of getting the work done, and why, without making it feel like a high pressure sales pitch which was appreciated. Plus I got a really cute thank you gift! Fantastic experience: Diamond Dental provided an elegantly easy appointment process. The staff is exceptionally friendly, easy to talk to, and very helpful in dental advice. Kathy made my appointment set-up and visit check-in with ease. They were also professional and understandable when I arrived 15 minutes late. The staff combs through your dental insurance thoroughly to help provide you with financial cost which was a major concern for me given the cost of Invisalign considerations. Dr. Nguyen was gentle and detail oriented during my procedure and thorough in answering my concerns. Dr. Pham was also very friendly and knowledgeable in providing additional advice on maintenance and alignment.

They really care about their patients and Katie makes you feel like a part of the family. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable regarding my insurance claims and they are very communicative via phone and text messaging. They are conveniently located right off Tampa Road behind the car wash and always willing to work with my schedule. It’s a clean facility with drinks and snacks in the lobby. Very stylishly decorated as well if that matters to you. I would recommend to anyone who wants a reliable family dentist who doesn’t recommend unnecessary treatments.
