Positive experience: Dr. Boquel’s knowledge and experience is the best. He’s also great at explaining things. I feel confident that my extraction and implant preparation was expertly performed. The staff exudes confidence and caring as well. I had a hard time not rating this a 5. Small issues that I had were: 1. During the procedure, part of a hand held instrument hit me in the head. It didn’t hurt, but it startled me. 2. There were a few drops of blood on my shorts after the procedure. 3. Although I appreciate that the procedure was routine for the doctor and staff, I felt somewhat uncomfortable when they engaged in small talk about their personal lives while treating me. 4. I had visited the office a few days before and dropped off a flash drive with 3D images of my tooth. The staff downloaded it, but the doctor didn’t know it was there. This took a bit of time for him to be able to view that. However, that didn’t change the procedure or outcome. 5. I was given a link to fill out forms before the appointment. The last form asked for my credit card information which I felt uncomfortable putting down not having met the doctor. It’s a good thing I double checked with the staff before my appointment as none of my forms were sent to them since I hadn’t completed the credit card form. I wound up filling in bogus credit card information which then allowed the completed forms to be sent to them. And to be clear, I would return to Dr. Boquel should I need more periodontal service.

Fantastic experience: My mother and I were Dr. Stanard patients for over 20 years. We both started off with gum problems, but after a few visits, Dr. Stanard guided us on how to take care of our hygiene. As a result, we’ve been seeing him less frequently. He is the best periodontist we’ve ever had. I recommend him 101%.

Fantastic experience: Deep cleaning with Michele was perfect. Firm but gentle and efficient. She reviewed last visit measured gum depths and made recommendations as to better floss and brush to remove tartar and plaque. Shout out to Michele and the office staff.

Positive experience: Dr. Dierkes and her assistant are excellent clinicians and both exhibit a warm and caring attitude toward patients. Dr. Dierkes is a master at her job and maintains a calm but good humored demeanor during office visits. There was a bit of confusion at the start of today's visit about my bill which I thought I could pay in two payments. This, apparently, was not the case and I had to shift money around in my bank account to make enough funds available.

Fantastic experience: I’m 70, no fillings, had all my teeth including 4 wisdoms. I had a cavity in a molar (13) and required an extraction. Dr. Dierkes and her assistant, Cindy (?) were very professional, but most importantly, took the time to listen to patient concerns and provided answers and the best option for the best final outcome. Excellent technique - no swelling and minimal pain. Couldn’t be more satisfied, post op. Highly recommend.

He made me feel comfortable, and is so good with numbing and the entire removal process. This is the third time I have used him for preparation of an implant process and I have had complete success with him. You have Dr. Boquel’s number so you can text him anytime with questions, he gets back to you immediately. I can’t express my gratitude for him and his staff.

Fantastic experience: Well, obviously you don’t go to a period obtuse unless something is wrong, so it’s hard to truly love the experience. But it’s still a pleasure to see Dr Boquel. This isn’t the first time he’s worked me in on an urgent basis and found a solution quickly and completely. Staff are unfailingly helpful and knowledgeable and put a patient at ease. If you have to have dental problems, Dr Boquel’s office is about the best place to go.

Fantastic experience: I've always had a great experience with the staff when visiting Brian Davis, DDS, Endodontics. My only suggestion would be to have the staff ask a patient "is it okay to call a patient by their first name; or, even addressing the patient as "Mr./Mrs./Miss. (first name)" would be acceptable but not just "first name" by itself--this implies we have some familiarity. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Boquel and the Perio 1 staff are excellent. He is an excellent periodontist specialist!! He always takes care of me and always no pain involved. I would highly recommend him and I have.. He did 2 implants for me today with zero pain and had me laughing during the procedure. It's been 8 hrs and no bleeding, swelling or pain!! Doc is the BEST

Fantastic experience: Michelle is a great periodontal hygienist and in addition to cleaning my teeth and gums she carefully checked my gums for signs of further recession, and my mouth for signs of cancer.

They told me that I could raise my left hand if I felt any pain and they would make me comfortable. I was comfortable! No pain. They put me at ease. If you have to get a root canal, I’m sorry. They are so thoughtful and kind, and your first impression on entering the office is one of highly efficient and welcoming personnel. Some of Dr. Boquel's dental assistants have been with him for a decade or more. Watching them interact with Dr. Boquel, you quickly learn why this is a great place to work. Dr. Boquel helped me with my teeth, and I was a really tough case, as earlier implant people did not do a very good job. Despite the problems, he worked on me virtually pain-free. He is an artist!. She even offered to input information into my phone because my Parkinson’s disease tremors made it difficult for me to type. Dr. Boquel explained everything thoroughly to me and my appointment was an educational experience. His assistant then took me to the insurance person and she was incredibly nice. She contacted my insurance company and gave me all the details. Everyone was very kind.
