Dentazure Arlington

Negative experience: They like to sneak in charges by telling you it's covered by insurance, then the bill says it's actually not. Very dishonest and tried to gaslight me after by offering me a $100 credit to come back to their office and receive a filling. This is the strangest experience I've ever had with a dentist. Honestly confused how they can still be in business.

Fantastic experience: Great service. Amazing bed side manner. Concise diagnosis. All staff was wonderful. Would recommend every time.

Negative experience: Updating my review. While service was okay, they billed me for something that they said was covered by insurance. I specifically told them I would only do the procedure if insurance covers it. They said it did. Then billed me almost $700 saying it was just an estimate that insurance covers it. Now the calls and texts won’t end, like a collection agency. Very unethical behavior.

Fantastic experience: Excellent care. Pleasant and professional staff. Greeted with a smile on a Saturday morning when I needed a crown reaffixed. The dentist was efficient, and explained the procedure. No hard sells. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: This is a wonderful practice. I was seen as an emergency patient Saturday morning and was treated well from the second I walked into the office. Dr. Shahidi was responsive to me in a very challenging dental situation and I felt like I was in excellent hands with her. I especially appreciated this because of the emergency nature of my issue on a weekend. The office manager, Jadon, was my first contact by phone and then in person and he was terrific. And the dental assistant whose name unfortunately I didn't catch was very kind and also responsive from the moment she greeted me. Two days later, I returned for extensive dental work for a bridge and am so pleased. I was greeted warmly by their patient coordinator, Tavona, who kindly listened to my stress filled explanation which helped alleviate my anxiety. And by a kind assistant who led me to the room but I didn't catch her name. Dr Rima was excellent! Her bedside manner is great and her skill and expertise are exceptional. She walked me through the process and began to repair my broken crown and broken tooth underneath. Her assistant Hamid was very professional and respectful and did a great job throughout . He also molded a temporary bridge, working hard to ensure it fit properly and that I was comfortable. Jadon walked me through the cost in advance so I knew what to expect which was very helpful. This is an exceptional dental practice which I highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Exceptional is an understatement. Everyone is warm, inviting, and professional. I had a terrible experience when I was younger when I had to have dental work done therefore I developed a heightened fear of a dentist. Although I am an adult now, that fear never did subside. From the time I walked in the door I was treated with care and respect. I explained my fear and I was treated with such respect and awareness of that sensitivity. Thank you so much. Also after my appointment and during my appointment, my teeth and their health were explained as well as proactive suggestions I can take to ensure their health. If you’re looking for wonderful services, respectful and kind interactions this is the place.

Fantastic experience: Dentazure never disappoints! I am terrified of the dentist and this practice is exactly what I need. Kind, clear and helpful. Super easy to schedule appointments and very knowledgeable doctors and staff.

Negative experience: I too was offered the Invisalign four cavity special! I found it odd that it was presented to me since I thought you’d have to request Invisalign, not be recommended it unprompted. Plus I’ve had braces so I don’t need to spend $5000 to fix a bite issue on my side that I didn’t know about and isn’t bothering me. As for the cavities, all have been capped, she recommended recapping and doing a porcelain overlay on one. No issues, just a few thousand to make them more modern and to investigate if there are no new cavities that couldn’t be seen. I should have know what was up by the 8 page questionnaire that no one bothered to read. Just kept asking what brought me in. The reception staff were nice but I do not recommend this practice. It’s not a good sign that before the hygienist even starts to do the cleaning and polishing, someone comes to you while you’re still in the chair, goggles in hand, go over the pricey recommendations. Save your patience and money and go elsewhere.

The dentist was experienced and knowledgeable and I felt I was in good hands re my options for some emergency work whilst I am on holiday in the US. I would be happy to recommend the practice to anyone seeking a new dental practice

Negative experience: This practice is not honest. Had a cleaning and they lied and said I needed 5 cavities filled which I later found out was not correct I am shocked they are still in business. STAY AWAY!

Fantastic experience: I’ve had such a great experience with Dentazure, and have been seeing Dr. Rima Kanbaragha for the last 3 years. The entire team is incredibly kind, professional, and genuinely makes going to the dentist feel stress-free. They take the time to explain everything thoroughly, answer questions, and never make you feel rushed or judged. The office is beautiful, efficient, and consistently runs on time. Tavona and Jay at the front desk set the tone for a great visit every time, and are always amazing about scheduling and explaining billing. I truly can’t recommend them enough!

Fantastic experience: This is easily the most efficient dentist’s office I’ve ever been to. Where most places require me to block off at least two hours not including travel, DentaZure has me in and out in about 30-40 minutes for an exam and cleaning! Tavona, at the front desk, is also so helpful and sweet.

Fantastic experience: I've been seeing Dr H for a few years, and I would recommend her. I can tell she cares about her patients and my dental health. She is exceedingly patient with all the questions I have, and has never pressured me into doing anything out of my comfort zone. I'm really happy with the work she has done.
