Fantastic experience: I had a wonderful experience with the staff at this practice and Dr. Haddad so far. The wisdom teeth removal process was very smooth and painless. The Doctor was fast, clear and took good care of me. Additionally, since I started the Invisalign treatment with them, they have been following me on a monthly basis and answering all my questions and doubts and are making sure I am content with my results.

Negative experience: Please take 24 hour emergency dentist off of your website. That is not true of your office. You cannot be reached after hours. You appear to be a regular dental office and that is okay, but don't try to lure in desperate people in need of emergency care to your website when you don't offer that.

Fantastic experience: I had a tooth chip during an exceedingly busy week. When I called this dentist and got Gurnoor she couldn't have been kinder, more flexible, or caring. She got me in the following day, and even called my insurance to get my policy when I couldn't find it anywhere. I want to give her huge props, as I know working front desk in a medical office is never an easy job, but she was so genuine in wanting to help with my situation, and really took the time to do so properly. Dr. Haddad is also great, awesome bedside manner, super kind and professional. I wasn't pressured into any upcharges, or even asked on this visit.

Dr. Haddad and the reception team is truly the best. He makes it a point to explain everything to me like I’m his little sister. He doesn't rush to fill cavities and encourages you to manage hygiene yourself and monitor it first. I did my Invisalign treatment through the office and they explain everything to me thoroughly and keep me informed financially. Their service in terms of reliability, transparency, and trust is top notch. He would work patiently with me on the right amount of anesthetic and pace the work comfortably. I have done a couple of root canal/crown ops in the last year and the experience was nearly painless. Fantastic experience: came in as a new patient for an emergency filling, they got me in the same day. Everyone was so sweet and helped me. Talik and Dr Haddid were an awesome duo who worked flawlessly together.

Fantastic experience: This was an experience to remember and I’m so grateful for the kindness that still is very prevalent in the World. My Son had a tragic accident whereas he fell flat on his face while slipping in our home. When he was able to recover and stand to his feet. We noticed he had cracked his tooth sideways - if you don’t think a smile speaks to a persons quality of life NEWS FLASH, you’re wrong!!! I was devastated although it was a clean break and we managed to find the tooth I came to learn this would not be an easy fix. My Son became insta-homeless just off of a cracked tooth the sadness the agony the disappointment for my boy. We were disappointed to learn that his insurance did not cover Dental work. Meanwhile we visited several practices only to be turned away as this was a time sensitive matter. The nerve was exposed so he begin to feel pain rather quickly. And hearing the high costs and the delay in actually being scheduled was so crazy. The monies that were being asked of us upfront was insanely ridiculous. However, the question of was he in pain was never asked until we called Courthouse Art of Dentistry. My Son spoke with Quinton who later followed up with him and told him that he could come in first thing in morning! We arrived and he was immediately seen by the Dental Assistant, Taliq. It was clear that the quotes we had received were very accurate to the work that needed to be done but it seemed more personal mainly because my Son was actually in the examination chair. We were then advised of options and offered the opportunity to have the procedure done the same day. We were offered a payment plan and understand a deposit had to be made that day. It was a hefty deposit but as I said a persons smile is everything. We made arrangements and so the procedure was performed, a root canal was done, a tooth was formed from the piece of tooth he had left and from there a temporary cap was created. It has a bit of discoloration but as I stated it’s not the permanent cap. Once we visit the Lab to have his current teeth grafted for color we will then receive the permanent cap closer to his natural teeth. I would also like to note I don’t typically use public bathrooms because people are really not too clean when using public bathrooms. However, the bathroom was super clean super comfortable and very impressive. Shout Out to the Cleaning Crew!!! Our overall experience was a 10 out of 10. I highly recommend them for any person who is seeking Dental Treatments who desires humanity, professionalism, and the ability to make a hard decision easier. Negative experience: Pros: Courthouse Art of Dentistry provides genuinely exceptional service. Dr. Patrick Haddad is an excellent, professional dentist whose expertise was demonstrated when his diagnosis was later confirmed by another practice. The hygienist, front desk staff, and patient portal systems are all 5-star, making scheduling and communication seamless. Cons: The pricing is a significant drawback. I did not proceed with treatment because the cost was extremely high; my initial estimate was over $15K, with an estimated out-of-pocket cost of roughly $7K, broken down into 3 phases over two insurance benefit cycles. I ended up getting a second opinion and received close to the same treatment plan from a different top dentist for roughly 1/4 of the quoted out-of-pocket cost. If you prioritize top-tier service and expertise above all else, choose this practice, but be prepared for a premium price and consider getting a second opinion for cost comparison. I read an additional review referencing the high pricing and the practice denied that person was even a patient of theirs.

Fantastic experience: I have been going here for several years now. I appreciate their attention to detail and customer service! They have a very friendly staff and Dr. Patrick Haddad has been very kind and helpful. The staff has gone above and beyond to make sure I am happy with my Invisalign retainer. My final retainer had a crack develop and they quickly got me a warranty replacement from Invisalign. Additionally, after getting a filling replaced Dr. Patrick Haddad noticed the retainer wasn't as snug as he preferred and had me get an updated scan and new retainer!

Quincy got me scheduled asap, Tip quickly squared away the details with my insurance, and Taleik immediately put me at ease as he knocked out all my prep work. Fantastic experience: I always feel welcome and well cared for here. The staff are friendly and capable. Everyone speaks clearly, so i never have any trouble understanding or being understood. I always feel like my cleanings are efficient and thorough. The staff is especially careful regarding issues related to blood thinners. It can be hard to get an appointment within a few weeks for the routine stuff, but if you let them know that you would like something earlier, they have an active wait list and I have been able to see them earlier when others cancel. Best of all, I just feel like a person here. Wholeheartedly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I truthfully have never had such an incredible dentist experience! Every time you walk into the office, you are greeted warmly and treated like family. Every single member of the team is kind, patient, and helpful. I look forward to my cleanings with Elizabeth every visit - she genuinely takes an interest in her patients, makes the visit so much fun, and explains the whole process thoroughly and clearly. I always feel like I’m catching up with an old friend when I see her! (Not to mention the fantastic cleaning!) Dr. Haddad is incredibly personable, professional, and ensures a wonderful experience every time! He always makes sure to listen to my concerns and questions. I trust him and the practice with any issue! Each visit reminds me why I’ll always come back!

Fantastic experience: I recently switched dentists office due to moving from a different state and found Courthouse Art of Dentistry. I was pleasantly surprised by how welcoming and kind the front desk staff was. I was then introduced to Elizabeth (the hygienist) who was so kind and explained the entire cleaning process before proceeding to clean my teeth. She made sure I was comfortable throughout my entire stay and even told me information about my teeth that my previous doctor had never educated me on. I left my cleaning feeling cheerful and excited after being with Elizabeth (usually I leave the dentist feeling more anxious because I’ve never liked going!) She discussed with me plans that she makes for her patients to improve gradually every 6 months we see her. Additionally, Doctor Haddad was outstanding and gave an excellent welcome to his practice. He then told me about a fracture line on my tooth that I never knew about and can now figure out a game plan moving forward. All in all the staff was incredibly kind and welcoming and I look forward to going back (which I never would have said in the past about the dentist) They even helped clean my retainer. 10/10!

One small heads-up for anyone visiting: from the outside, the sign says "Arlington Dentistry" instead of Courthouse Dental, but they are the same place. I called for directions, and the staff was so kind and helpful in guiding me there. If you’re looking for a dental office that is professional, friendly, and truly cares about their patients, this is the place to go. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Truly one of the best dental offices in the DMV! All the staff are welcoming, kind, and attentive. On my first visit, Taleik and Rebecca put me at complete ease and patiently answered my many questions. Most recently, I had Elizabeth as a hygienist, whose warmth, genuine nature, and attentive care was top notch. Elizabeth also provided several great recommendations - including detailed reasoning and explanations - with options to meet a variety of budgets. So happy this practice was recommended to me - my teeth and I always leave feeling better after every visit!

I especially appreciate that they are always looking out for what’s best for my dental health AND my wallet, which is rare nowadays. Fantastic experience: I’ve been there about 3 times but today was the first time I had work done. I am a horrible patient with being super anxious and terrified of dentists but they really went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. As well, I really appreciate the breakdown of what I owe in detail so I know why I’m paying for things. I was recommended by my sister and want to pass on that I recommend this office to anyone who has a fear of dentists. They are awesome!

Fantastic experience: The staff here all go above and beyond. Hygienists make a huge difference in the patient experience, and Elizabeth is excellent. She’s highly informed, and does a thorough job with practically no pain. The dentist, Patrick, also puts lots of effort into getting to know patients, and explaining everything. It’s the first dentist where I felt empowered to have great teeth, instead of subject to an evaluation. Can’t recommend them enough.

Fantastic experience: This place gave me my best experience and level of care of any medical practice I’ve been to. After dealing with unbearable mouth pain for a day, and night. I stumbled in, since it’s a block from my apartment, looking for help (keep in mind unannounced, with no appointment). The receptionist noticed the severity of my condition, and said she’d have the dentist check on me asap. Within minutes, Dr Haddad came out to the waiting area and a few questions later, he diagnosed what was wrong. He obviously had great experience and knowledge, despite his young age. The assistant, Alicia, was a sweetheart and their X-ray machine was next level, way easier on a patient than normal methods. The part that made me write a review was the fact that Dr Haddad took care of the procedure right then and there, despite having other patients. Not only that, the love and care I felt throughout the process was incredibly genuine. Good people deserve recognition, and everyone in that office gave off those vibes. This team made a procedure that is notoriously painful and not fun (an infected wisdom tooth extraction) as enjoyable as it could possibly be. Dr Haddad even gave me a call later to see how I was doing. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking to be treat right!
