Motshabi Makhene-Deloach DDS

Negative experience: I have no issues with Dr. Makhene-Deloach. My issue is with the office incorrectly billing my insurance company and them getting payment from my insurance for services that were not rendered. I called Katrina's attention to this matter many many times and she said she will take care of it but never did. Oh and she stopped replying to my text messages. I had to drive to their office a few times just to follow up on the status of the issue and was just met with indifference. I have been too patient with them until now. 10 months after date of service, and bill has not been resolved.

Fantastic experience: The best dentist in the world! This was the most pleasant experience I have ever had at the dentist! I can’t wait to go back for my next visit. Dr. Makhene is the best ever. The facility was clean and service was top notch.

She took the time to answer all of my questions with care and made sure our next appointments and referrals were set up before we left. Dr. Makhene is truly a breath of fresh air. With her many years of experience, she offered thoughtful advice and clearly explained different options for the care I needed going forward. Her gentle and knowledgeable approach made a big impression. We also really appreciated the goodie bags we received! They were filled with Colgate products, including a toothbrush, Total toothpaste, and dental floss—such a thoughtful and useful touch. This visit turned what could have been a routine dental appointment into a genuinely enjoyable experience. My family and I will definitely be returning. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Best dentist in the world!!! I have a huge fear of dentist because they were rough or not enough numbness. This is your person. She is gentle, numbs you slow and with enough to where you experience no discomfort. She explains everything and all options. The hours can be early morning or late evening. Perfect location and you are in and out. I would never go to another person. I no longer get nervous because I know I am in good hands.
