Fantastic experience: Phenomenal experience. We were in and out - checkup, xrays, and cleaning - in 20 minutes. Perfect for my kiddo with dental anxiety. Love that they have an orthodontics specialist too.

Fantastic experience: Super Kids Pediatric Dentist is truly amazing! From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel welcome. The office is clean, friendly, and perfect for children. The dentist was very patient and took time to explain each step, which helped my child feel relaxed and confident. I appreciate their professionalism and care. We are so thankful and highly recommend them to other families!

Fantastic experience: Great experience. My husband changed jobs and along with changing, they dropped my son & I from the insurance plan so I had to pay out of pocket but was determined to get my son to a dentist! Superkids came highly recommended and it was a great experience for him and I! They even waived some of our fees so I was very grateful of them for doing such a great deed! If you are looking for a great interactive type of dentist, look no further! Superkids was and is amazingggggggg. Update: My son had to get a tooth pulled & two cavities filled! Well I’m happy to report he did an awesome job and they did an awesome job with minimum pain! They were so good with him and my husband and I was truly impressed! I think we finally found a home at Superkids! The front desk people are nice & respectful and the dentist/dental assistant are all very patient, sweet & nice!!!!!

Negative experience: They have been fine for my toddler’s routine cleanings but are not reliable for dental emergencies after-hours. We left multiple messages in the emergency line voicemail (that apparently exists for emergencies that arise after -hours) but never received a call back (and still have not days later). We eventually reached out to a different practice that was responsive immediately and able to assist. We will not be returning to this practice.

Fantastic experience: Very accommodating office. I came on the wrong day for 3 kids and they fit them in. I appreciate their help with my children's dental needs!

Negative experience: I am writing to express a concern regarding my daughter’s appointment yesterday. We appeared to be the final patients of the day, and the examination felt extremely rushed. During the fluoride procedure, my daughter remained seated upright rather than reclined, and the application was performed so quickly and with such pressure that she experienced discomfort. I said, “Please be gentle,” but the staff member did not respond. This was the first time I have witnessed a dental assessment conducted in such a hurried manner and while the provider was standing. I am requesting that this matter be reviewed. Thank you for your attention.

Fantastic experience: My 3 children have had great experiences when getting teeth cleaned, cavities filled, or loose teeth pulled. They look forward to going to the dentist and ask to go back every other week. The little prize they get to pick at the end of the visit is a plus as well.

We are proud we find them . the Dr the team everyone is super friendly. If it was more star to give which is mor than 5 I will. They are amazing.

Negative experience: I was disappointed with my experience and will not be taking my child back to him again ever. The doctor excuse was he’s too young. I at least wanted them to let me know how I can treat toddler teeth, information about tooth decay and cavities.

Fantastic experience: We’ve been coming to this kids dentistry for 2,5 years with our three young kids and we at every happy with their service, communication, hygiene and interactions with the kids :) The staff is very kind and thoughtful.

Negative experience: I am extremely disappointed in the scheduling and communication practices of Superkids Dentistry. We specifically chose to book an appointment for our daughter on Tuesday, the 11th, because my wife had the day off for Veterans Day, making it the perfect opportunity for the visit. We used their online portal to book this appointment, yet we later received a confusing text message indicating a 6 AM slot—which was not what we selected. When I called the day before (as a proactive check, not prompted by them) to clarify the discrepancy, I was informed that Tuesdays are reserved exclusively for braces appointments. This critical scheduling constraint is nowhere to be found on their website, nor did anyone from their office call us to verify the appointment type or inform us of the conflict. This scheduling error, coupled with their failure to be upfront about their limited Tuesday availability, resulted in us losing a day we had specifically allocated for our daughter’s dental care. Now, we are scrambling to find an alternative on short notice. If a basic scheduling process for a new patient appointment cannot be handled correctly or transparently, it raises serious doubts about the administrative competency and overall patient experience we could expect moving forward. We will be taking our business elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: Dr. White is new-ish to the practice, and I so appreciated her insight on and level-headed approach to concerns with each of my kids.

Positive experience: Front desk people is always kind but I feel like the dentists are always in a rush.

Negative experience: Very unprofessional front desk agents. Very defensive, likes to give irrational schedules. They totally don’t understand the importance of time in the dental dentistry. They keep giving kids more than 2 months appointments to fix their dental issues. I don’t recommend.

Fantastic experience: I am very happy with the service, the staff is very welcoming and friendly. My experience here has been incredible. They help you find the best solution so your child has healthy teeth. My previous dentist didn't want to check my son's teeth because he was very nervous, but here they helped me solve that problem, and now he's overcome it.

Negative experience: We had an appoint with the dential and they reffered to superkids, we make an appoint for my son and after the visited they gave us anther appoint to 8101 branch which is 30 drive . I used uber and paid $30 then the doctor said my son is 2 year and we have to wait, if this was the case then why superkids dont say that instead make another appoint in 8101 branch, this is unperfossional and westing everyone times.

Positive experience: Nice office, a little crowded and small. My child's dentist was not there on maternity leave and the OM couldn't tell me the temporary dentists first name and the temporary dentist refused to tell me her name. The temporary dentist saw my son for no more than 3-5 mins and also gave zero patient education, but the hygienist was AWESOME and did the vast majority of the education.

Negative experience: Very useless and a waste of our time . The receptionist in the front was very polite tho .

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience! I brought all 4 of my children in and I arrived 30 minutes ahead of time to make sure I could fill out paperwork. As soon as I was done I was called to bring all four children back at once and there were two techs that assisted. They both had patience with my younger son who has autism(5) and my daughter who is only 1 years old! She had her first ever cleaning!!! I chose to move to this location because they care for my son when he had 4 extractions and caps put on. I am forever grateful for their services!

Negative experience: I was visiting to day and in expected service and I just got little traffic just 5to 8 min late the front dusk assistance she’s said the appointment is canceled I was mad how come you have to know customer service is terrible my little boy he’s doesn’t eat anything because he have appointment to surgery I’m gonna be there at five minutes late I see the worst place even I’m usking her the supervisor or manager there is no one avelable I’m just trying to tock but I can’t get help I’m gonna buck home I’m really disappointed worst worst place ever

Negative experience: I want Alexandria location but the doctor she doesn't have a really patient when we are over there without explain anything she just put her oxygen and Anastasia and then my daughter she just scared because they didn't explain four us anything after that she just trying to start and she asked my daughter did they hurt my daughter say yes because she's kids and without explaining anything she just leave us in the room she left us and then they told us one her assistance he say oh you guys come another days and he told us make appointment after she have anesthesia she send us without anything at home so that's not fair so I'm not recommend for anyone

Fantastic experience: SuperKids of Alexandria, VA (Dawes Ave) is a great place for my son to go to. They make him comfortable every time and don’t make things scary. They have a nice office staff!

Fantastic experience: SKPD has always done a wonderful job with my kids. They booked me immediately when my daughter fell and chipped her tooth when she was 18 months old and we’ve been with them ever since. My daughter actually ENJOYS going to the dentist at 4 because they make it fun for kids.

Fantastic experience: We love our dentist and all the staff. But front desk Claudia needs to work on her attitude. She always acts like we’re burden to her. Last couple times same thing happened, I always ignored and thought she just had a bad day. However she acted the same way today. If she doesn’t like to help customers she shouldn’t be working as a front desk. She always makes me feel like unwelcome and we want to change our dentist. Update: Last 2 visit was great, front desk receptionist was very attentive and helpful. Our kids very enjoyed the visit.

Fantastic experience: I switched over from another dentist office for my daughter after a few visits went wrong with recommendation from a trusted friend! They have been great with my daughter ever since she changed here! The dentist and dental assistant explain and make sure I understand everything that is going on. Front desk staff as well are very nice!

Fantastic experience: All 3 of my kids were seen here today and it was so pleasant and great visit. The entire staff was kind, patient and attentive. My seven year old daughter was so nervous and they took their time to make sure she was comfortable throughout the visit.

Negative experience: The facility is good the lady at their front desk she is really rude very disrespectful especially with small kids . I am trying to find another dentist for my kids . Don’t recommend this facility with their rude and disrespectful services they have with small kids. I wish I could give them 0 star instead of 1 star .

Fantastic experience: We chose this mostly because of the proximity of our home in Arlington. The team here is really great about reminding us of our appointment - by email and text. The staff is patient and friendly. Especially when we had to reschedule, the staff had no problems with me calling them back as I was juggling a handful of other things. The dental team is great. They have TVs and treats (balloons, bubbles, and squishy toys). I couldn't have asked for a better office and experience. See you in 6 months!

Negative experience: They were rough on my child. It was his first visit here and he was scared. He started crying and gagging and they would not stop trying to brush his teeth. I understand that they want to just go for it but they did not have anything to help distract my son or get him comfortable. We did not even received anything after the visit like my friend said they give out toys. I do not recommend going in the morning shift

Fantastic experience: My child had bad teeth pain. During the consultation, it was discovered that she had 4 cavities with 2 requiring root canals. We booked an appointment for the earliest availability next week after approving the treatment plan. However, my daughter’s tooth pain was too much for her to wait. We called Superkids and they promptly squeezed us for an appointment the same day we called. The dentist and the tech promptly got to work on her teeth when we arrived. They were professional and effective. They completed the treatment of all of the cavities in approximately 30 mins. My family is happy with both the results and service provided. We are happy to have found Superkids and look forward to continuing to utilize their services for our kids.

Fantastic experience: I was very happy with my experience at SuperKids with my son. My son has always been terrified of going to the dentist at our previous dental office, so we decided to switch to a new practice. The hygienist was so kind and patient with him despite him being nervous. The front desk staff and dentist were also very kind. It was by far the best dentist experience we have had with my son.
