Fantastic experience: I had a great experience here! Everyone was very kind and welcoming to me. They made me feel comfortable, and after my cleaning, my teeth felt so fresh and clean. I really appreciate how nice and professional everyone was. I definitely recommend this place!

Negative experience: The $100 fee seems predatory and the fact that my information was stolen after I came here. I'd give it 0 stars if I could.
We are truly sorry to hear about your experience, however, you have the wrong dental office. We invite you to give our office a call and we can help you find the correct practice.

Fantastic experience: I had an amazing experience at Complete Dental. The female dentist was incredibly gentle, kind, and truly professional. I’m not usually anxious about dental visits, but during pregnancy appointments can be more challenging, she made me feel completely comfortable and cared for every step of the way. Her assistants were very attentive and helpful, and the front desk team was welcoming and organized. You can really feel the quality and care here. Highly recommend!
Thank you so much for your wonderful review! We're so glad to hear you had such an amazing experience at Complete Dental. We appreciate your high recommendation!
Negative experience: I had a very frustrating and disappointing experience at this dental office. I came in because I have multiple cavities and wanted to take care of them in a way that I could actually afford. Before seeing the doctor, I clearly explained to the consultant that I am not in a financial position to pay thousands of dollars for crowns. I specifically asked to focus only on treating the visible cavities that do not require expensive procedures. However, when I saw the dentist, I felt like my concerns were not respected. Despite explaining my situation, she kept insisting on crowns repeatedly instead of offering realistic alternatives that matched my budget. I never agreed to move forward with crowns, yet that seemed to be the only solution pushed on me. As a result, I left without getting the proper treatment I needed. Now, months later, my condition has gotten worse. I’m dealing with bad breath and discomfort, and it’s affecting my confidence and daily interactions with people. I understand that crowns may be necessary in some cases, but patients should feel heard and supported—especially when they are trying to find affordable options. I came in looking for help, but instead I felt pressured and left without a solution that worked for me. I hope this feedback encourages better communication and more flexibility for patients who cannot afford high-cost treatments. If I can remove the one star too I would do it! Don’t be scammed
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We're sorry to hear that you felt pressured — that is never our intention, and we take concerns like this seriously.
During your visit, we thoroughly reviewed your X‑rays and the condition of your teeth. Several areas had extensive decay, and crowns were recommended because they were the only clinically appropriate option to restore those teeth safely. We discussed the findings and treatment options together, and no treatment was performed without your consent.
We understand that dental care can be a financial challenge, and we always work with patients to find solutions when possible. However, we cannot recommend treatments that would be ineffective or compromise your long‑term oral health. Our practice does not “push” procedures — we recommend what is medically necessary.
We would be glad to review your case again and help you find a path forward that supports both your health and your budget. Please contact our office directly so we can continue the conversation privately.

Si visitas el centro, pide que te atienda Rocío: es amable, profesional y demuestra un genuino interés por el bienestar del paciente. También Alexia es tambíen muy amable!!!! Gracias, ustedes son geniales. The service is outstanding. All the staff are friendly, but the reception team really stands out. Positive experience: Hello this is a constructive criticism. I was scheduled to be service today 01/19 at 2pm I arrive 10 minutes before my appointment. I noticed a sign the clinic was having a meeting until 2pm, I left the premises and came back at 2pm. When I arrived I was advised to wait a few more minutes mind you I had a light sweater since I was just supposed to walk in get service and go. I waited for 5 minutes just to be tell their meeting was not over and to come back. Is ridiculous that the patient is ask to continued to wait. The clinic could had continued with a late meeting or early meeting to not interfere with patients. I am really disappointed as I didn't need to waste my time going back and forth, I specifically made my appointment on a day it was not going to interfere with my job and was just turned back.
Thanks for letting us know what happened with your appointment. We apologize for the delay and the inconvenience it caused. We appreciate you coming 10 minutes early and are really sorry you ended up waiting around — that’s frustrating, and we understand your time is important. We try to schedule our meetings/trainings during our break, but unfortunately our meeting ran 5 minutes longer than planned. We’ll make sure this doesn’t happen again. If you’d like to reschedule, we’re happy to find a time that works smoothly for you.

Fantastic experience: As usual service at Complete Dental overall was exceptional. No sooner I was greeted by the front office staff I was brought back to sit on the hot seat. Dr Tran showed up almost instantaneously. The staff at the front was pleasant. Cost and treatment plans were clearly explained. Dr Tran and his assistances were attentive, explaining the procedures and executing effectively. They even multitasked between various patients when there were dead waiting times. All staff members were quick on their hands and feet. I felt bad commenting on Dr Tran's grey hair, but hope it was taken as signatory on his grace and wisdom! Thank you for a good experience with each and every visit.

Negative experience: Me robaron sin asco. Fui a la cita, llegando pregunté ¿que cosas incluye en el paquete de $125? Me dijeron: consulta examenes y limpieza ordinaria. En el momento nada de eso, incumplieron . Sali muy descepsionado no les recomiendo este lugar, porque todo es para que te digan limpieza profunda $1100
Dear Patient , we regret you feel you had a bad experience due to a misunderstanding. We offer a new patient special that includes all the x-rays and evaluation for $125 and a (regular cleaning) if qualified at no additional cost. Unfortunately, we cannot tell the type of cleaning your teeth will require until the x-rays and examination has been done. We will be happy to help you with any further clarification if you call the office directly.

Fantastic experience: First time at the dentist in a couple of years (I was scared and wasn’t sure who to go) Rocio, who is one of the front desk receptionists, was so kind and welcoming when I first came in she calmed my dentist jitters and assured me that it was going to be just fine. I needed 2 root canals and Dr. Brandon and Rosita ( I believe that was her name ) made sure I was comfortable and talked me through the process. No judgement at all and even gave me a stuffed animal to hold on to and yes you can be an adult and still have to hold a stuffed animal!! The procedure was pain free and so quick!! This is my forever dentist!! This team is amazing. Thank you complete dental

Fantastic experience: Took my daughter they were amazing
Thanks for the great review! We're happy our team made your daughter feel comfy and cared for. We aim to provide the best care and compassion to all our patients.
Positive experience: This clinic is good. All the doctors are excellent. The only problem is that the people at the front desk try to charge you a higher copayment than you normally have to pay. I had my check-up and cleaning service, and the doctor wrote a plan for extraction and filling. Up to this point, everything was okay. The front desk employee discussed the plan with me and printed out a paper with triple the actual price, which she wanted me to sign. I immediately contacted my insurance and shared these copayments with them, and they said none of them were accurate. They were trying to charge me more than I had to pay. I went to a different place and had the actual copayment, which was less than half of their estimate. Be careful and contact your insurance before paying for any services here. Hope this clinic would hire professional employees.
We value your feedback and appreciate your comment. We offer the best possible "estimates" based on the insurance information, however copays vary depending if you're choosing an in or out of network provider. We advise our patients to check with their insurance carrier prior to scheduling. We will work to improve our patient experience.
Thank you for taking the time to share your concerns with us.
