Fantastic experience: Needed an emergency extraction of a fractured & infected molar, and they fit me in immediately, and were able to do the extraction and place the post for an implant in the same visit. I was very nervous, but they did it all with local anesthetic, there was no pain, and Dr Nakashyan hummed along with the background music the whole time, which was genuinely calming—not a word I expected to associate with a tooth being pulled out of my face. So grateful to have found them.

Fantastic experience: Dr Nakashyan is the best. I did my surgery here (didn’t feel a thing btw!) and he was very attentive, careful and knowledgeable. He explained everything to me, made sure I know what care I need post surgery and followed up after by giving me a call even though it was around Christmas time when nobody was working, and he made sure I’m feeling well & recovering. I’ll need to do another procedure later this year and I’m definitely coming back to see him. If you need help with your gums - I highly recommend dr Nakashyan. You will be in great hands!

Positive experience: My procedure was initiated more than six months ago. When I arrived for my second visit, I was surprised to learn the amount of my copayment after insurance had covered their portion. Although I understood and agreed to my financial responsibility, I was not prepared to pay thousands of dollars in a single visit. It would have been courteous and more transparent to receive a reminder of my outstanding balance before making the drive from another county. Better communication in advance would have allowed me to plan accordingly. I would have appreciated the opportunity to discuss an alternative financial arrangement, such as a structured payment plan or another reasonable resolution to, prior to my appointment. Offering flexible options and proactive communication would have improve the experience.

My hygienist, Alla, does an incredible cleaning work on my sensitive gums. My gratitude goes to everyone in this one of a kind dental office. Their care starts with the front desk personnel. Fantastic experience: I've begun SRP treatments, after a consultation with Dr. Elenkova. I have to say that she is kind and warm, and referred me to a dentist whom she is consulting with for my long term treatment plan. I found her empathetic and honest, and she didn't overwhelm me with drastic suggestions as I've experienced with other dental professionals. The SRP cleanings have been pain free, during and after, and both the hygenist I've had were professional and communicative. I tend to have lots of questions, probably due to the anxiety I have when in a dental chair. Booking was also very easy and the office staff have been very diligent in keeping me on the schedule and keeping me informed about the out-of-pocket costs. I'd definitely recommend their office, especially if you've felt challenged to find a dental office where you can feel comfortable. Overall very pleasant experience.

Negative experience: If I could give 0 stars I would! No parking except valet expense & receptionist didn’t tell me I would have a hard time finding parking. The dr was nice but the office staff didn’t do their job & send my insurance co. a quote of how much my procedure would be! When I called to pay my office visit bill I asked the lady (who was eating & chewing in my ear very unprofessional) why they didn’t send my insurance a quote she was rude & didn’t even say sorry! Very expensive office visit for nothing. I would Not recommend!

Negative experience: I had a positive experience with both the periodontist and the hygienist, who were professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable during my visits. Unfortunately, I will not be returning due to repeated negative encounters with the office staff. I found them to be disorganized, rude, and at times, demeaning. Despite the quality of the dental care, the lack of courtesy and professionalism from the front office has made it impossible for me to continue coming here. It’s a shame because the medical team is excellent, but the office management needs serious improvement.

Negative experience: Insurance claims did not inform me I was out of network thru the whole process. After my consultation, I was told I would be contacted on my second visit or called regarding what the insurance was going to cover. They collected their full balance once my implant was done, 3 months later! Telling me my insurance did not cover anything. My insurance looked into the claim and informed me the reason they didn't pay anything is because that office is not in network. Very unprofessional on the office's part. The frustrating part is I do have insurance that covers these procedures. This could of all be avoided after the initial consultation if they would of just ran my checked my insurance.
