Fantastic experience: My first time here and I had such a wonderful experience with Dr. Sona and her assistant Milena. I came in needing a cavity treated as well as repair to my front tooth that had been broken from trauma, and I could not be happier with the results. The procedure was understandably painful at times, but Dr. Sona and Milena were incredibly attentive throughout the entire process. They were constantly checking on me, making sure I was comfortable, and were both so efficient, caring, and professional. I truly felt like I was in very capable hands. I was especially nervous about having my front tooth repaired because of how visible it is, and Dr. Sona did an amazing job. I am so happy to have my smile back and genuinely grateful for the care they gave me. Fantastic experience: I cannot thank BrightCraft Dental & Laser enough. I came in with an implant crown that was literally about to fall off right before an international trip. They worked a miracle. They quickly ordered new implant parts, made a brand new crown almost overnight, and got everything fixed just in time for my trip. Dr. Tigran and Dr. Sona are amazing. Fantastic experience: I'm normally not the one to write reviews but these guys are phenomenal. On my first visit, they comped me a 3-D X-ray. Recently had a tooth crown crack that they put in a few years ago. They comped that too. And they of course know what they're doing. With all other procedures, they worked with me so that going to the dentist would not break the bank. Can't recommend enough.

Dr. Tigran is amazing; he takes the time to explain things to you and answers any questions you have. Their hygienist is great. From the first point of initial contact you’ll connect with 1 of the 2 most wonderful front desk receptionist who go by the name of Jessica and Anush. They both possess a great deal of professionalism, and are very compassionate about delivering quality service to both new and existing patients, and for someone like myself who suffers with anxiety when it comes to dentist, due to prior bad experiences they not only made me feel comfortable, but they also reassured me that I would be in good hands, which I greatly appreciated. My x-rays were performed by another wonderful BrightCraft Dental & Laser staff member who goes by the name of Fabi (dental assistant). She was made aware of my anxiety issues and made it her priority to be patient, thorough, and supportive during my x-rays and numerous dental visits. Which overall left me feeling a sense of relief. Yvette, who performed my deep cleaning was absolutely amazing. She was gentle, caring, communicative, and very attentive. Lastly, and most importantly is Dr. Art who performed my 3 root canals.He is one of the BEST dentist I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. Dr. Art not only went above and beyond to make my experience an enjoyable and memorable one by delivering excellent patient care, but his work ethic and dental results exceed top tier. Fantastic experience: To start off my review, I would like to say that I have extreme dental anxiety. I had gone to multiple dentist offices who shamed me for so many little things so I was very skeptical when my own family members referred me to Dr. Tigran. I dreaded that first appointment but it was urgent and I had to take care of it and I don't regret it one bit because Dr. Tigran was amazing with my extraction and bone grafting. A few weeks after my mouth was healed, I had a deep cleaning appointment with a dental hygienist, Ara J., he made the whole process bearable and as easy as he possibly could to a point that I actually went back a few days ago for a regular clean. Ara is very understanding and does not rush you whatsoever. every appointment that I have with him I gently remind him that I have major anxiety and that unfortunately I am very sensitive and he makes sure that I am as comfortable as I possibly can be and that he is as gentle as he possibly can be. I don't dread my next appointment anymore and I happily rescheduled for another three months later. I also love and appreciate the reminder text messages and phone calls that the ladies in the office make because life happens and we forget but they don't let you forget. My experience with them so far has been nothing but great and I hope it continues that way So that I don't have major anxiety and fear and end up delaying my dental care in the future. It also helps to know that they don't make you wait five or six months for an appointment. I have called multiple places prior to going to them and it was an emergency situation with the tooth that absolutely had to be extracted before it leads to an infection and even worse outcomes. I don't even remember how many of the places were offering me an appointment at about four or five months the soonest. Not here. another regret of mine is not taking before and after photos of my teeth. The difference is massive and most importantly, I left happy and willing to come back. Tigran and his team are amazing, and if you have dental anxiety that even a clean is so dreadful, ask for Ara. You will not regret it!

Negative experience: What I experienced was so outrageous that it might be hard to believe given their high review ratings. I was a patient at Brightcraft for less than a year. At first impressions I thought they were a friendly office and it seemed like I was getting quality care. However, I concluded they do not uphold the high level of service they claim. They seem to only want patients that comply, don’t ask questions and who won’t ask for their records. Any patient like myself who doesn’t fit this criteria, will probably be seen as a headache and/or threat and subsequently may be dismissed as a patient. This very thing happened to me after I initiated a call to their office last month and spoke with their treatment coordinator Yvette. I called with 3 objectives: 1.) To confirm the date of my next cleaning. 2.) To request my medical records. 3.) Find out if Dr. Gyokchyan would be available on the day of my upcoming appointment. I wanted to clear up some information I received from the hygienist that conflicted with his impressions from my exam. Yvette’s handling of the call irreversibly tarnished my impressions of Brightcraft and I had no intention on returning. A week after the call, I received a certified letter from Brightcraft, which I had to sign for. Yvette signed off on this letter to notify me I was being dismissed as a patient due to bad rapport. This was the most egregious and unnecessary response given what transpired and raised many red flags. Red flag number 1 - I was denied my dental records. This is unlawful under HIPAA. Patients are entitled to copies of their records, including the doctor’s notes. Yvette eventually agreed to send me partial records after initially claiming my records were lost. I was sent screenshots of my records in their patient system and 1 of the 2 documents I received had discrepancies. Red flag number 2 - I realized I never left their office with anything in writing, not even a treatment plan after my exam. Yvette also tried to deter me from getting a new set of x-rays by instilling fear over radiation exposure. Red flag number 3 - Yvette was defending accusations I never made. I never said I thought the practice was shady and never said I thought they were trying to oversell me services for financial gain. Yvette, however brought up these points in defensive of the practice. Red flag number 4 - Yvette was more focused on making me feel like I was the problem and less in finding solutions to address my valid concerns. Red flag number 5 - Yvette suggested I find another dental practice and offered to provide me with referrals to go elsewhere. This was on the phone call before she followed up with the certified letter. For context, Dr. Gyokchyan performed my exam as a new patient and recommended a deep cleaning. I had never had a deep cleaning, so I was unfamiliar with the protocols. His case for the deep cleaning was to start off with a “clean base”. Other than 2 cavities I already knew about he didn’t mention any issues of concern. At my 3rd visit for a follow up cleaning, I questioned the hygienist’s recommendation to return in 3 months. In her response, she revealed new information. I didn’t know whether the hygienist had misinterpreted my x-rays or if Dr. Gyokchyan failed in his communication. Calling their office last month was my attempt to start addressing the matter before my next cleaning. I spent over 20 min on the phone with Yvette. Rather than find a solution to address my concerns, she spent the entire call invalidating my experience, being defensive and making excuses to not turn over my records. The main excuse being my records were lost due to a failed server. Servers are installed with backup systems for this reason, so I believe her story was fabricated. In a nutshell, Yvette said I was complaining about an issue that no other patient had ever complained about and she made me feel like I was being unreasonable for questioning things. All I needed Yvette to do was her job and help facilitate my request for ALL my dental records. Myself and all other patients deserve better!

Fantastic experience: I'm just glad I found the only dentist I can go to do root canals and fillings the good advice is to limit and balance eating unhealthy snacks and eat healthy on fruits and vegetables, also I have done a lot of research on toothpaste to avoid stannous fluoride and sodium fluoride, also get a good advice from the dentist and dental hygienist, some people are scared to go at dentist, my advice is to always stay calm and neutral

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love this place. They are prompt, professional, and they care about you. I came to check up on a painful tooth a year ago and I had so many issues with my teeth. Dr. Tigran is amazing, he takes the time to explain things to you and answers any questions you have. Within a couple of months they had fixed over 8-9 teeth and now I am pain free. You’re literally in and out within 30 min of your appointment because unlike other places they don’t make you wait for hours. Dr. Art also worked on my teeth a few times and I had a very positive experience with him as well. Their nurses are very on top of things and courteous as well as all the doctors I encountered. Special thanks to Jessica in the front desk for always following up on my appointment and any other requests I have over the phone.

Fantastic experience: 10 Stars! Before coming to Dr. Tingran I haven't been to a dentist is over 8 years because I'm super scared of the dentist. I researched his office and seen good reviews and results. Still skeptical and scared I decided to book a appointment. This office is about a lil over a hour drive for me but I dont mind. First visit just walking in the receptionists are super nice and welcoming. Jessica is awesome. She made me feel comfortable. Office is very clean and modern. When I went in w the Dr. He is so soft spoken and nice and his tech Fabiola is so sweet. She answered all my questions. Made me feel comfortable. The Dr took his time to answer all my questions and didn't rush. When the Dr is doing the work he is delicate and takes his time to make sure everything is perfect. I remember the Jessica and Fabiola saying. "Trust the process", because I was still nervous. Teeth are very important to my appearance and I'm super glad I did trust the process. They always call or send texts to make sure I'm feeling OK after each procedure. They always work with my crazy work schedule. I always recommend this office to all my family and friends. Fantastic experience: I avoid the dentist at all costs! Having had a traumatic experience as a child, it’s super challenging for me to overcome the anxiety of even making the appointment. But I knew I needed some work done and just asked for a miracle and ended up booking at BrightCraft Dental bc my husband loves them! Well, I’m so thrilled to leave this review about my first visit. I went for the consultation and everyone was very understanding of my anxiety and the staff and Dr were amazingly kind and supportive and I didn’t feel belittled or pressured in anyway. In the past, I’ve been told how silly my fears were and told how I should get over it and that they were the solution, rather than being supported with what I had going on. I’m actually looking forward to getting this work done… which is ALOT coming from me!

Fantastic experience: I am so glad to have found this dental clinic. The environment is bright and welcoming, and the equipment they use looks new and modern. Everyone who works here is wonderful, kind, and excellent at their job, from the staff to the dental assistants, dentists, and orthodontists. I also love that they text me reminders about my appointments with options to reschedule if needed, and the ease with which I can communicate with the office at any time. Most of the staff and doctors know me by name at this point. They are always willing to answer my questions and provide thorough explanations about my dental care.
