From initial consultation to now I've been fully informed, well educated and have had zero pressure to do anything. He gives you options and tells you plus & minus of each one. The details and desire to make everything perfect and to your satisfaction is exceptional. This is the only dental practice I have ever looked forward to going to!

Fantastic experience: Had a consult scheduled for 9:00am. I arrived early and walked in around 8:40, the receptionist invited me to have a seat and said I was already checked in. Within 5 minutes I was meeting the implant support specialist that took me to the meeting room. She had a glowing personality and we chatted about my dental needs and health status to help the Doctor develop a care plan. Then she took a 3 D x-ray of my teeth for the Doctor to review. Soon Dr. Calloway arrived and sat with me to discuss what I hoped to get done. We talked of the plan he thought would best support my needs and how long it would take to complete the work. He seemed genuine with his assessment for my care. Following our discussion his assistant gave me a detailed estimate of the plan to review and consider the process and costs of the work, then escorted me to the exit to print a copy for me to take home. When I departed I felt that the whole team was sincere in their efforts to care for me, even the answering service lady when I initially called for the appointment.

Fantastic experience: Excellent experience from greetings at the front desk until you walk out the door. Lexus always meet you with a smile for your cleaning and ensure your experience was highly satisfactory. As well, Dr. Calloway shows up to say hello and check on you before leaving the office to ensure all your questions or concerns are answered. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I waited a while to write this review, mostly because I wanted to be able to give an honest and complete account of my experience from the beginning of my treatment to the final result. Four months ago, I made the decision to finally address my dental health issues. I was embarrassed, scared, and overall, just dreading my appointment. The staff here is really something special. It’s an incredibly rare thing in any medical setting to get everything right, but this office does it. From the front desk, to the office manager, hygienists, assistants, and the doctor—everyone is amazing. From the moment I walked through door, I was met with such kindness and respect. By nature, I’m an awkward person and it only gets worse when I’m anxious or nervous, but I was never made to feel judged or criticized. All of my questions were answered honestly (I had A TON of them) and my concerns were always addressed promptly and with compassion. Dr. Calloway is a true expert and among the top in his field. Is he the cheapest? No. Is he the best? Absolutely. (Plus, he sings while he works on your mouth. His voice is like a combination of Fergie and Jesus) The amount of care and the quality of work is worth every penny. I can eat normally again, I’m no longer sick all the time, my smile has been restored, and I’ll forever be grateful for my experience here. Fantastic experience: I love this place so much! It took me forever to find a dental office this amazing - I tell everyone about them. Every single person here is so kind and patient ❤️. And they also offer payment plans through Cherry if you need them. They also remember you and genuinely care about getting to know you My cleanings are done by Amber, and with her help and take-home advice, my teeth and gums are looking better than they have in a while. My smile is literally so bright - and I haven’t even had whitening yet! Eventually, I’ll be getting implants with Summit Implant Dentistry once my braces come off, and I’m excited for that because I know I’ll be in good hands. I don’t stress about dental issues like I used to, because I know they’ll get me what I need!

Negative experience: This is the shadiest office I have ever been too. They do not know what they are doing and do not have any concerns for patient care. Steer clear the owners are horrible and need to be shut down.

Friendly staff in the front, but medical staff in the back are extremely empathetic, gentle, and try to make you as comfortable as possible.
