Fantastic experience: I first came to Lakewood Orthodontics back in 2020. Honestly, I thought my teeth would be impossible to fix , but Dr. Ravi made them absolutely perfect! Every time you walk into the office, they treat you just like family. They are so welcoming, and you can truly feel their kindness. Plus, if you have a specific goal or look you want to achieve, Dr. Ravi listens and makes it happen. Even now, if my teeth ever shift or need a tweak, I will always keep coming back here. It is so easy to connect with such an understanding doctor and staff. Best orthodontist hands down!

Fantastic experience: As a military family, moving during a braces session is hard. The team at Lakewood took my daughter on as a patient in a seamless transition and completed a beautiful smile! We are so pleased with the quality of work and the professionalism of the entire office. I highly recommend them if you or a family member needs orthodontic work. The teen recommends them as well and liked their work more than the prior office we were at. If my other child needs work, we will definitely return to Lakewood!

Negative experience: Terrible communication, terrible customer service. They didn’t properly check my child’s teeth and they developed a huge cavity under one of the brackets. They never notified us of any problem at all even after the braces were removed and the cavity was exposed. We were told it’s not their problem and to take them to our dentist. They only provide one retainer and they charge 450 dollars for a second or 4 for 550 which is clearly just a cash grab right before you leave. Don’t take a chance on your child’s teeth go to a responsible orthodontist.

The staff are patient and answer all of our questions. The atmosphere is clean and welcoming. There are toys available for the kids while they wait, however, it has never been a long wait. Fantastic experience: Dr. Ravi and all the assistants are amazing at their jobs. I have a high fear of anything that comes to my teeth. (The scraping sounds make me nuts ). They all keep me calm and take their time. Explain what they are doing. They work with insurance. Even we we started, I didn’t have insurance right away but they were able to get insurance to cover it once the new year started. Even without insurance the payments are affordable. Because of how affordable they are we have two family members in braces. Office is up to date with all new options and more to come. The office staff are also so kind. I really feel comfortable and confident with Lakewood orthodontics.

Fantastic experience: I made an appointment to get a new retainer. Once I arrived, I was greeted with a smile from the lady at the front desk which means a lot! Kaitlynn took me to the back to get my impressions done. She was very gentle and nice during the process. Melissa remembered me from years ago when I started my orthodontic phase. This is the definition of what I call " Come back sauce". Fabulous job guys!!!!!

Fantastic experience: Lakewood Orthodontics has integrity. I took my daughter for a second opinion after our dentist said she needed braces for an overbite. They determined that she didn't need any treatment, everything was within normal limits. They didn't try to sell us on anything at all. I wanted to let folks know that you can trust this office.

The experience was a good one. The staff were always kind, gentle and patient. I now have the smile I have always dreamed about. My children will be future patients here. I am pleased with the outcome and my experience...and I am excited to start smiling with teeth in pictures!

Fantastic experience: This has been my second time having braces and would say this is the best experience. With my previous orthodontist not so nice and not completing the treatment to my liking, I am completely satisfied with the results with Lakewood. I admit, my case was a bit difficult starting but the doctor and staff worked with me, understood and did their best to make sure I am comfortable and feeling good with the process. I would highly recommend this place. You will be treated kindly through the whole process from start to finish from the Doctor and all the staff. I am so glad that I have picked Lakewood. Fantastic experience: Fantastic. Got me in the same day to remove a retainer that I should have removed a long time ago!! It started falling off, and they got me right in and for a very reasonable price. There was another ortho place by my house that was going to charge me hundreds more than this place. I also had braces here a long time ago, and they did a great job with those.

Fantastic experience: I was super nervous about getting braces but Kaitlyn and Dr. Raj made this experience so much better. Kaitlyn is amazing! she is so sweet and made me feel very comfortable the entire time. I would recommend everyone to come here and get their braces done!

Negative experience: On Dec 15th, I had a 1pm appointment for my for my daughter. At 12:59pm, as I was parking, I received a call from the front desk receptionist (I assume). She pretty much said don't bother coming inside because we can't be serviced due to "3 people going home sick." My kids and I were speechless. For whatever reason, this organization dropped the ball; they failed to consider calling in a timely manner so that other arrangements could be made. I found this to be unprofessional by having a lack of appreciation of their customer's time from work, kids time from school, gas money spent on the commute and other preparations to make the appointment. Due to the aforementioned, I would not recommend this organization.

Fantastic experience: We have been with Lakewood Orthodontics for 2 years. With 2 kids in braces at the same time, I appreciated the family discount they offer. They were all very kind and helpful. During the school year, I wish there were evening appointments but it was helpful that they scheduled appointments for both kids at the same time.

He and his staff created a masterpiece of my mouth even in my more mature season of life (almost 60). The staff was always friendly and very efficient, the facility clean and attractive, and the scheduling always centered on my availability. I always felt completely at ease in the competent hands of each one of his staff. They always made sure I was comfortable and answered any questions or concerns that I might have. I have been pleasantly surprised since making my decision to take a journey on a mission of a more healthy mouth and presentable smile how many older people have approached me and shared their own desires but reluctance to follow into the same journey for themselves. The beautiful smile artfully crafted and shaped by Dr. Ravi and his staff has not only been a blessing to me, but an inspiration to many of my friends as well and just the encouragement they needed for their own journey. Negative experience: I went to Lakewood Orthodontics, and had Braces for 6 years. I should never have had them for that long, but I guess since my parents didn’t pay on them as needed, I was left to pay the ultimate price, even as I had no control on how the braces were paid for. They moved my teeth much too fast in the beginning, and it ended up stunting the growth of my teeth roots. Now, almost 30 and I am still dealing with the fallout from going to this place.
