Negative experience: Overcharged and made up excuses not to give refund. Would give minus 5 stars if available. Avoid like a plague

Fantastic experience: Got my wisdom teeth and jaw surgery here and had no complaints! The staff and surgeon were very patient and the postop period was good and had no problems with healing.

I highly recommend this center for especially those patients who are sensitive to pain as they take great care!!

She’s helping me figure out a lot about my bite, where and how my jaw sits and that that might be effecting breathing issues I’m having and is working with me to get seen by the right people so that I start feeling better overall. She has redone my front 4 veneers after they started to fail from being done 12 years ago in New York and they look and feel incredible. Not only is she awesome but the rest of the staff is incredibly friendly, patient, and gentle. I never leave there in pain. 10/10 can’t recommend them enough.

Negative experience: Bright now is an absolute scam! We were first time patients, I had an appointment for a month out for a cleaning. I explained while booking the appointment that my daughter would need extra attention due to her needing an ortho consultation. Upon arrival I was told that these were just exam appointments and no cleaning would be included…. What in the world is the point?!?? I have to schedule a separate appointment another month out for that. They upsell levels of cleaning per the Dr direction. They upsell oral cancer screenings and then don’t even provide the service but still try to charge. Charged my insurance for fluoride on my daughter, never did that, and then additionally barely spent any time evaluating her let alone not providing an ortho consult. Whatever happened to a cleaning along with exam especially when the appointments are slotted for an hour! I waited for what equated to an hour, but time in the chair with a Dr or hygienist was less than 5 min. I will give kudos to the young man at the front desk for being friendly and our hygienist Wendy was amazing with my daughter who was very nervous. I went here because it was the closest location for our new insurance, but I will absolutely be commuting to find a more efficient and effective practice somewhere else

Negative experience: The procedure went alright, they took care of me, but wow do they rip you off on price! These guys charged me almost $6,000 just to remove 3 teeth! I only realized just how outrageous this was when my buddy told me he had his appendix removed in the emergency room for less than half what I paid for my procedure here. I will not be coming back here, they seem to have very predatory practices and they will rip you off if they can.

Negative experience: If you are a new customer for a regular teeth cleaning. I wouldn't recommend go to this office. They require a new customer to do a deep cleaning first. Otherwise, they would ask to do X ray first and then refuse to do anything else, such as regular cleaning, even you may do a deep cleaning in a short time in the other dentist office.

Negative experience: I usually don’t write reviews, but this was the weirdest experience I have ever had. I haven’t had a cleaning in awhile and now being pregnant, I was advised to schedule a cleaning. I scheduled with this facility. It took awhile for them to figure out my insurance, the front desk individual was training, but she was super nice. It took them about 50 mins to figure this out. They finally took me back and asked me if I had any concerns. I stated that I just want a normal cleaning, but I did have swollen gums about a month ago that has resolved now. The dentist came in said it’s fine and to schedule a cleaning. I was so confused and stated that I thought that was what the appt was. She said it was an emergency appt, which I did not schedule. I am very concerned what they are going to charge my insurance…I also told the front desk that I was confused about this and they stated it took awhile to figure out the insurance so they wouldn’t have had time for a cleaning…

Fantastic experience: I came to BrightNow as a new patient with a severe tooth problem. The staff was so amazing that I stayed as a permanent client with them. I now drive out to Issaquah even though it’s not located in the city I live in. So this is my glowing review. ✨ Amme the office manager was very friendly and whenever I call she would recognize my voice and respond with kindness. It made me feel seen instead of an unknown patient. She shows she cares about the needs of others. My dentist Dr. Kim was kind, warm, and empathetic. I’ve had some bad experiences in the past and explained this to her. Though in her chair I felt comfortable because her presence was very soothing. For my emergency I saw the specialist Dr. Ashohr. He was extremely knowledgeable and cared about doing a good job and listening to my needs. He checked in many times throughout our session to make sure I was doing well. He brings his own calming music, which helps to give something to focus on. After the session he gave me a contact for if I needed anything after my procedure. And his assistant was wonderful!! She was so friendly and asked me questions about my life to build a a rapport with me as a client instead of being sterile as some clinics can be. They work well as a duo. Overall I’m extremely happy with this clinic and will continue to be a patient in the future.

Negative experience: I am only giving one star, because there is no zero star option. We will not be back here. This place schedules double visits so they can double bill your insurance and charge you out of pocket, even though this is an in network provider, which Is supposed to be cheaper for us! I will be contacting both my insurance company and the state AG/Insurance Commissioner to report their questionable practices. They schedule you for an appointment, they do nothing at that appointment, then schedule another appointment to do a procedure. Then, there MAY be out of pocket expenses and they hold their patients hostage at the door until you give them $100 bill with no change! They do this with cleanings as well; schedule an exam, no cleaning, then reschedule the cleaning or vice-versa. They do this to bill insurance for multiple visits and make more money off their patients. While we were waiting, yet another patient was asking why he’d have to return for yet a third visit for his cleaning. We will NOT recommend this dental office, and we will NOT be back!

Positive experience: I really like Bright Now Dental. I did have an excessively long wait (50 min) before I was seen in the Issaquah office. I would really like the wait time to be reduced. They will only accept you if you are no more than 15 min so it only seems fair they should also honor their patients time and get us in w/in 15 minutes as well. Would give a 5 star otherwise

Negative experience: Disappointed to arrive for our cleaning appointment to find they couldn’t clean our teeth. We understand they are understaffed but this should have been communicated in the reminder before the appointment.

Negative experience: Received $59 “checkup” and x-ray mailer, called to schedule cleaning because upon inquiring the “checkup” is nothing more than looking at your teeth. Went in for my appointment and was told I would need to come back another day to do cleaning and they only had time to do x-rays. I already had x-rays six months prior at former dentist but they still wanted to take their own before doing the cleaning. I was clear during booking that the cleaning was what all I was interested in to begin with. When I called in the appointment I gave the recptionist my former dentist info so they could pull any records they needed. The receptionist did nothing with that and did not tell me about needing to come back another day for cleaning until I arrived and filled out paperwork the following day. I lost two hours of income, a total waste of time, no appology or accountability with front reception or anyone there. Thankful I learned my lesson before getting into more serious issues as other reviewers have noted re: this dental office.

Negative experience: Every appointment is late. The last one was 40 minutes late and the time before was 50 minutes late. Edited: just went to an appointment for my sons cleaning. He waited in the chair for 40 minutes to find out they scheduled him for an orthodontist appointment not a cleaning. He does not have braces sand is not getting braces. My other son was also there to get his braces off and they said they couldn’t take them off because it was too late in the day appointments to make his retainer. So we had to make another appoint to get his braces off.

Fantastic experience: My experience at Bright Now Dental has always been a positive one. My recent visit was difficult for me because of the type of services I was having done. The office staff was very nice and helpful. The dentist was very thorough explaining my treatment needs. He was sympathetic and caring. His assistant was so supportive and made me feel very comfortable. I had no pain or discomfort during treatment! Afterwards there was no swelling or pain in the area! Very grateful!

Positive experience: I really enjoyed my experience. I called and scheduled an appointment to go in for my teeth cleaning since I have just moved in to Seattle area from a different state. The process was pretty thorough. The hygienist who took my x-ray Was super fun very customer service oriented I loved it. My dentist was really nice as well. She recommended me a few things but I didn’t wanna move forward with it as my insurance didn’t cover all of procedure. A really nice lady from the front desk came and explained it to me and was not at all pushy with the sales pitch. I really appreciate it. However just before I left I went into schedule next visit for cleaning for the front desk lady Suggested to me that I am unable to schedule a cleaning and I had to schedule a deep cleaning for my next session which I did not want to As I had I have to pay around $300 out of my pocket between my two visits. So my question is more to corporate why can’t I just come in and say I need cleaning why am I not able to schedule regular cleaning? I should be able to get a regular cleaning which is covered by my insurance without having deep cleaning forced upon me.

Fantastic experience: I had a great first visit and really enjoyed my dental hygienist! He was friendly and made it a fun experience. The doctor was excellent with walking me through the process and results of my visit as well as next steps. Highly recommend!

Positive experience: If you’re okay with a Walmart type experience then this place might be a fine fit for you. I have higher expectations. Outside of the dentist, the person who took my x-rays then polished my teeth after the dentist did the initial cleaning. You could tell he was inexperienced. Professionalism lacking too. The equipment was surprisingly outdated as well. Won’t be going back.

Negative experience: This is by far the worse place to go to. I went in for 1 visit which was standard x-ray and 1 cleaning, not only was this place able to eat into my whole dental plan which was about $3000. They also recommended me for other services where I have to pay even more. I don't recommend this place to anyone. The best part of this 1 time visit 6 months or so later they send me a bill for $57. They said my insurance didn't cover the rest. This should be your problem and I barely did any dental work with them. Never doing business with this place.

Negative experience: My wife had a Bridge done about 3 years ago, then recently it fell down due to poor quality of gluing/cementing it. We called them and reported the issue and scheduled an appointment for a checkup and to repair the bridge. We were under the impression that they would warrant their work and service. They re-glued the bridge and charged our insurance and us for full $ amount. We complained and requested that they take responsibility for their poor quality work and not charge us, they refused to do so. I would never go here or recommend anyone!

Positive experience: Great service which everyone expect. My initial appointment was cancel and postponed for 5 months without explanation. Very disappointing but only dental facility covered by my insurance.

Negative experience: Front desk staff and dentist are professional, friendly and dedicated, so 5 stars for them. My son went in for a cleaning and 20 min past our appointment time he was called back. When finished he came out with flouride spread all over his lips, gums and chunks of it in his mouth. He had some teeth that were just starting to wiggle and those would have fallen out naturally within a week or so. But during the cleaning he said that Anna was so rough she ended up pushing out his tooth and he said there was blood pooling in his mouth. She didn't introduce herself, explain anything, give the opportunity for questions or make it a comfortable experience for him. As if kids already need more dental anxiety. Needless to say we won't be coming back here again.

Negative experience: Quality of dental care seems OK. Scheduling first patient appointment was easy. Scheduling follow-up appointments for care has been a nightmare. 6 months in advance, asking working parents to know when they can bring kids to an appointment mid day is impossible.

The entire staff really goes the extra mile to take care of you, from the beginning of your appointment to check out. Their covid protocols are extremely thorough and make you feel safe at all times. My mouth feels like a fairy dusted glen of magic awesome. My teeth could be added to to the paint section at Home Depot's paint mix options under the title, "holy moly that's freaking white." They slather fluoride on your devolving dentures with such surgical precision that they have been proven to provide you an extra 5.8% more sexy by this treatment alone. So, if you're afraid to smile because it looks like Michael Myers did his Halloween warm-up in your mouth or you just need a really awesome dentist, Bright Now Dental in Issaquah is the place for you.

Negative experience: They recommended a $1400 deep clean, which was shocking, so I consulted another dentist, who said that was completely unnecessary. Then they refused to proved a basic cleaning in an attempt to force me into the more expensive option. This place is a scam.

The office staff has been so patient and wonderful with me. Yesterday the gal who polished my teeth was the best I have ever experienced. Fantastic experience: Bright Now Dental greeted me with professionalism and kindness. With this whole COVID pandemic happening and my dental fears, I was anxious entering the office they asked me some qualifying questions, took my temperature and had me rinse y mouth for 60 seconds in the bathroom. I was there to have a couple of cavities filled and I was in & out in 1 hour. The ladies who did the work were gentle and kept there talking to a minimum. When done, I rinsed again for 60 seconds, and washed my hands. They also walked me out another direction. I felt safe and could see that they thought of everything and were following guidelines. Good job Bright Now.

The office accommodated me right away, but then we experienced an inclement weather day and my appointment got canceled. I called and they accommodated me same week Saturday. Couldn’t have worked better for me and I’m very grateful. The personnel is friendly and helpful and the doctors are awesome with a great bedside manner. I highly recommend this dental office.

Positive experience: I’m somewhat conflicted because I encountered four people and one was extremely nice so she gets five stars. None of the individuals introduced themselves and told me their name. I thought that was a simple courtesy that should’ve been extended. The person who was polishing my teeth pushed my lip up against my tooth with the instrument to the extent it was painful. I would like to think that somewhere along the line in their training they would be told not to cause a person to bite his lip.

Negative experience: Tried this place for the first time today and would not recommend. We had two appointments scheduled: one for myself at 1pm and my husband was scheduled for 2pm. When we were completing our new patient paperwork, we were told that because of a system failure none of the appointments that came in on last Monday were recorded so they didn't have us in the system. We didn't think much of it as they continued processing us and didn't mention that this would cause a delay in our appointment. My appointment ended up taking 1 hour and 45 minutes (for a cleaning and x-rays) with all the waiting in between portions. My husband ended up canceling his 2pm since he had not been seen until 2:45 and neither of us could manage to stay at the clinic for 4 hours. It was very irritating that during the time that I waited in between dentists and assistants, I got no updates. I was literally in the dentist chair for 30 minutes by myself in between the cleaning and the polishing portion with no update and then I got up and walked over to reception to ask for an update. To which the response was sorry, but we're understaffed today.

Negative experience: If I could give a zero I would! My husband was told he had six cavities that needed fillings. We just went to a new dentist who said he doesn't have a single one. I could understand maybe mistaking one cavity maybe two but to say he had six and in all actuality he has zero is scary. Glad we didn't spend the money to get treatment that wasn't needed.

Negative experience: The only positive I can say about Bright Now Dental in Issaquah is that it usually costs less than other providers and is convenient for those who work in Issaquah. In terms of the quality of dental work and patient care, I would rate them as average. Cleanings seem rushed and not as thorough as other providers, and the crown that they implanted seems wider than the original tooth causing some annoyance. The real problem with Bright Now, is the on the front end of the office. I was overcharged several times for my children's fillings, with staff claiming that my insurance did not pay for the composite filling material rate. It took time to contact my insurance, and download the claims to compare charge codes. It turns out that my insurance paid for composite, yet Brightnow billed me the difference for the lower grade fillings. It took several weeks communicating with the office manager to get a refund. The final issue came after driving an hour to pick up my kids and return to Bright Now for my son's appointment time and the doctor decided to leave the office. Bright Now never told me this even though I was on the phone with them the hour before. If you decide on Brightnow for your dental work keep a careful on the service charges and compare with your insurance provider. Brightnow- just sends a blanket response to each negative comment to make it look like the are addressing the issue, while doing nothing to change how the business operates. Check the Business Bureau 1 star rating.

Fantastic experience: Always friendly and professional! It’s still going to the dentist, lol, but they are friendly and polite and definitely do their best to make you comfortable. Aim is a great dental assistant and a pleasure to work with. I always bring my own sunglasses, earbuds, and an audiobook or something on my phone to distract me.

I wait for a while, the staff give me polishing first, they the doctor give me a 20 mins quick clean 3. ask me deep cleaning that I just did it 1 year ago. 4. very uncomfortable experience, will not go again

Fantastic experience: The waiting area, office and the staff are very wellcoming, and approachable. A special emphasis on Michele. She was able to turn around a potentially, not so good situation with the insurance company within a few minutes. She knew exactly how and what to say to the insurance company and got it resolved in less than 20 minutes. Needless to say I was very impressed. The treatment received was also first rate. My only disappointment is that I cannot give a higher review. Eric
