Fantastic experience: I came for a dental emergency because my tooth was broken and they welcomed me in really fast. Everything from the first time I stepped into the office, the implant placement procedure, to the moment that my crown was installed was really a great experience. The doctor and assistants always explained me everything that they were doing and were open to questions and they were very kind. It was a great experience overall.

Fantastic experience: I was accepted literally an evening before for a next day early morning emergency procedure. This was a wisdom tooth removal that ended up being a bit more complicated than initially thought. Dr Jaggi was amazing at redressing the issues in a comprehensive manner and offered quick resolution. Dr Dhillon was also amazing when she saw me in between scheduled appointments for minor pain. Both are very knowledgeable and kind dentists. It’s been a great experience knowing them. Have to also mention the very kind office staff that attended to me, both at the reception and dental assistants. Prompt, efficient, and quick services always. Will be back for long-term procedures and look forward to working with the team again. Also love their playlist always helps when dealing with dental work!

Fantastic experience: If there is a 100 star rating, to me ESMD deserves. I was received gladly on an emergency procedure when I couldn't be booked elsewhere. Dr. Jaggi, gladly extended his routine hour from closing to attend to me. The excruciating pain is no more and as other procedures follow, I am one happy and smiling person. To the ESMD team, you are amazingly awesome, you attend to clients with precision and smiles on your faces. Thank you the more. I would recommend anyone anytime. Fantastic experience: Dentist does a great job explaining procedures and walking through x-rays to show you what needs to be done and why. I have a bad gag reflex and they have done a great job being senstive and accommodating about that. They caught some issues with my teeth that my previous dentist had missed.

Went home with a temporary crown and came back 2 weeks later for a permanent one. David and Dr. Jaggi were great. Very professional and polite. However, the team here made everything incredibly easy. They handled all the complicated paperwork and took the time to make me feel comfortable, calm, and well-cared for. Very friendly , Showed concern for me, which was nice as I just wasn't another person on their checklist for the day. Negative experience: I like the doctor and the assistant—they’re both friendly and professional. However, the practice uses very aggressive sales tactics. At almost every visit, they try to push expensive add-ons that aren’t covered by insurance. Last year, they ripped me off on a CT scan that was unnecessary and cost me $360 out of pocket. This time, they tried to sell me a night guard for $560—something you can easily find online for under a hundred It’s frustrating because the constant upselling makes it hard to trust their recommendations.

Negative experience: I went in to have a cleaning and cavity filled. The filling went well, however the dentist recommend I do bonding in my lower front teeth because “there was wear.” He adjusted my bite after the bonding and removed way too much enamel, now I had a dip in the front on my bottom teeth and they no longer rest against the top. It was an unnecessary treatment, he just wanted to charge my insurance. No other dentist I have been to has ever recommended this treatment. It took multiple emails and many calls to get my X-rays as. The filling was good, but I’m super disappointed with the other treatment and now experience sensitivity on the teeth he removed enamel.

They took me in as an emergency not being part of my insurance as providers, office staff are amazing, knowledge and welcoming to people. He graciously opened up his office that day to perform an emergency root canal on me. His staff also worked with me one financial options as most of my dental insurance had already been used up. Negative experience: Response to Comment by the Owner Team This review is not related to any earlier review. I have come and talked to receptionist myself with my mother on redoing the work that was done, and ofc I was told to book an appointment for a Limited Exam ( paid ofcourse ) which could have been a No Charge Follow up visit but that is where I expected Dr to step up for help, but no, all that Drs there are looking for is money. We had written document from another dr ( 2 Drs to be precise) who clearly mentioned Failed RCTs because of decay and open margin of the crowns. When I walked in, i had these papers with me. I told the lady on the front that we need to see the Dr for his work, but we were not honored. if you are treating the patients below the standard of care, atleast take up responsibility of cleaning the mess created. Being honest about your error in judgement goes a long way rather than defending it falsely. Regarding the your misquote statement, please give me an idea publicly then, how much it would be to get 2 molar root canals , building up the teeth ( that is where decay was left ) and then crowns. I said appx 8000. To keep it simple for your calculations, we pay with our card with no insurance. So , please let me know (honestly you should not charge us for redoing it) but for public, we would like to know how much it is to get 2 RCTs with the crowns(buildsup added). --Original Review-- Terrible experience and too overpriced. They charge you for things that are NOT required at all. My family has been a patient with them and only after my mother got the treatment done from Dr. Jaggi and his team and it has been nothing but miserable experience that made us reconsider our decision to get another opinion. 2 Root canals failed within 8 months and upon getting a second opinion from another Dr in the town, the decay was left behind after the Root canal and it was enver removed that resulted in the failure RCT. We spent almost 8000 dollars on getting root canals, crowns and what not. The treatment done is sub par and not upto the standard of care expected. We realized that it is only a money making game fr them instead treating people with empathy and care. They are doing malpractice here and it is nothing but negligent care that we do not deserve after such an expensive treatment. Dr needs to do better than this. Very disappointed.

Negative experience: They charge my parents $4000 to replace 4 teeth fell off within few days the clinic never did the drilling and made a bridge. Just put teeth and expected those teeth to stay there by holding with the her natural teeth. Very poor job done by Dr. Jaggi!

Dr. Jaggi was extremely patient and explained every treatment option clearly, answering all my questions with care. During the procedure, his work was highly professional, and he managed to save my tooth even with a very difficult root canal. The front desk staff was also excellent—they understood my insurance situation, helped maximize my yearly benefits, gave us discounts, and considered our standpoint. Even the receptionist was very professional and friendly when I first walked in— this may be something you would expect at a dental office, but it’s not always the case based on some of the places I’ve been. Bottom line— in the nearly 3 years I’ve been here in Washington State this is the first dental office that made me feel comfortable while also doing high quality work— couldn’t imagine changing dentists after this

My father was visiting from India and had an unexpected dental emergency when his 4-tooth bridge became loose. Despite it being after regular hours (we arrived around 6 PM, well after the clinic had closed), Dr. Jaggi personally stayed back to help. During the examination, Dr. Jaggi quickly diagnosed that one of the supporting teeth had broken underneath the bridge. He clearly explained all the available options, helping us make an informed decision on the spot. Given the fragile state of my father’s teeth, he carefully extracted the broken tooth and then skillfully reattached the bridge in a way that restored both function and comfort. The care, attention to detail, and professionalism Dr. Jaggi demonstrated—especially during an after-hours emergency—were truly impressive. We felt we were in very capable hands throughout. I would highly recommend Eastside Modern Dentistry not only for routine cleanings but also for complex procedures and emergency dental care.

Fantastic experience: Short review - This is the place to go if you want to get latest up to date dental care with latest technologies and procedures currently in the market AKA Gucci treatment. Long review - I was having tooth pain and was very nervous to visit the dentist since I have never been to any dentist (I know) but as soon as I walk in, I felt right at home . Staff was very welcoming and friendly.I was guided through whole process seamlessly.In the end, they had to remove one of my wisdom teeth and another one of my teeth required cavity removal and filling. During procedure I felt no pain and discomfort and they even did PRP after tooth extraction which I heard from my friend who had his teeth extracted from somewhere else is a luxury and allows for quick healing. After all said and done they took the anxiety out of me to visit dentist. I will be visiting them again shortly for my teeth cleaning.

When I got my crowns, they fit so good and it’s been a month and they are comfortable to chew with. Again, if you’re looking for a dental clinic, this place is worth checking out.

Negative experience: I wouldn’t recommend east side modern dentistry. The dental care STANDARDS ARE HORRENDOUS to say the least!!! The dental tech didn’t even know how to operate the x-ray machine. By this I mean this person had no idea how the adjustment buttons function- said person couldn’t lift the machine, align my face or turn it on to rotate. The doctor had to show how.I stayed in the X-ray machine longer than I should have. Now that I remember I wasn’t even given an x-ray vest to put on while they were performing the X-ray. I wonder if the staff are competent enough practice and offer care to patients. They also tried to convince me to pursue aggressive procedures but I declined. I didn’t feel comfortable with their approach and competence. Especially after the encounters I had.I was also charged for two cleaning services which were sub par. Technically only one side of my lower jaw was cleaned. My face was also splashed with water which was running down my neck. I had to hold the cover on my neck so that the water doesn’t go further down to my chest.This is not what I expected after scheduling for a routine cleaning and a sensitivity checkup.Last, both the doctor and the tech were very unprofessional. They were speaking in their native Indian language the entire time overlooking the fact that there was a patient they were attending to.

Fantastic experience: Just had my first visit with Dr. Dhillon. What a wonderful experience! The entire office staff, assistant, hygienist, everyone was wonderful. They were able to do a deep cleaning and filling at the same visit with no discomfort. They have a great playlist too!

Negative experience: Be careful about when you schedule, they are sneaky and tried to put me on the emergency schedule (Thursdays) it was not an emergency, they just can charge more if I see the emergency dentist. I tried to reschedule again due to having the stomach flu and they wanted to charge me $100 to do so. Be cautious, they don’t have the best morals.

Fantastic experience: Eastside was able to fit me in within a few days of calling to be scheduled due to serious tooth pain. On the day of my examination, they were able to immediately fit me in for a root canal. This clinic is very professional and well run.

Negative experience: My daughter was seen and had multiple cavities, plus she needed a root canal. Part way through the process of getting her cavities filled, and after the root canal was done (by a third party), we called to make an appointment to take care of the remaining cavities, and were told that she still needed to have her root canal done (it already was), and that she had no more cavities. No amount of protesting from our side would convince them that their records were wrong. Our request in a voicemail to have xrays and records forwarded to EZ Dental for a second opinion went unanswered. EZ Dental in Bellevue took xrays today and found three remaining cavities, which will be filled by them. I blame poor record keeping and a lack valuing my opinion by the woman who answered the phone for this outcome.

Negative experience: Horrible, unethical, scammers all around. A procedure that is covered for me, they attempted to get me to pay out of pocket for. To the tune of 1000$. Preying on some of the poorest people in society. I am disabled and medicaid covers my dental. I am not the only person they have (attempted) to prey upon. They refuse to return my call inquiring why they are trying to charge me for a procedure that is 100% covered by my insurance. Shameful and disgusting
