Negative experience: Quick to charge but slow to give treatment. I’ve been waiting for about 3 hours, have not been called. They called me up to take my payment in less than 15 mins.

Fantastic experience: Been coming to this office since the 90’s when I was a kid and they were Golden State. They’re very effective and get the job done. Everyone is polite and professional. Scheduling an appointment is really easy. They’ve always been able to squeeze me in if I needed. My only complaint would be about them prescribing only Motrin for pain… Otherwise an excellent option for your dental care

Fantastic experience: I had a wonderful experience with this Dentis office not only the staff was kind. They were very patient with not only me, but with all three of my children, it was a great experience and we will be back.

Negative experience: I took my toddler because he was bleeding from his gums with even the slightest touch, as a parent I was terrified and went to this dentist hoping to find some answers. The dentist who attended my son was rude and INCORRECT. He blamed me as the reason for his bleeding gums, saying the only problem was he needed to brush his teeth. When I informed him I couldn’t brush them due to the SERIOUS PAIN he brushed me off and said it was nothing. Guess what? It was Hands Foot Mouth Disease all over his mouth. Blisters everywhere, how did he miss this? Why did I have to go somewhere else to do his job? Terrible service. You made my son suffer longer than he had to.

Fantastic experience: The staff is incredibly kind and the doctors are very professional. Here they do everything they can to save your teeth. I have never had such a smooth root canal procedure before coming here.

Negative experience: I’m not one to leave reviews but it’s been 3 days since I did a cleaning and my teeth hurt. As the lady was removing the plague with the little drill they use my gums were getting and it felt as she was stabbing me I was in pain. The next day I woke up and u saw all the little lacerations I had. Seemed as she was angry but if she was all that should not be taken on a patient. Service was great it was just the cleaning part
