They are quick and very efficient during the visits all the Dr’s inspire trust when they see my children the staff is super friendly and helpful. The Jungle gym is just the cherry on top!

Negative experience: I took my 10yr son for a routine checkup. They informed me that he had two cavities and a baby tooth that required extraction. I requested that they only fix the cavities since the tooth would eventually fall out on its own. Dr. Caroline Lin proceeded to fix the cavities, and after that, my son started crying and screaming. I checked what was happening, and she extracted the tooth without my consent! The assistant claimed it was a misunderstanding. I strongly advise against taking your children here; they lack compassion for children.

They completely accommodated my sons autism by accommodations, e.g., dimming the bright exam lights / offering noise-canceling headphones / utilizing a weighted blanket].
