Negative experience: I went to this office because I was in severe pain and trusted them to properly diagnose and treat the problem. I was told that my insurance would not cover a filling on the tooth they believed was causing the pain. I left without receiving the treatment I needed and continued to suffer. After spending another week in pain, I returned to the office. This time, the dentist performed additional testing using cold (ice) and determined that the problem was actually much more serious. I was then told that not only did the original tooth need a root canal, but the tooth behind it did as well. This experience left me questioning why the proper diagnostic tests were not done during my first visit before I was told I needed to pay for treatment that wasn’t even the correct solution. I endured unnecessary pain, had to make multiple visits, and lost confidence in the care I received. When patients come to a dentist in pain, they deserve a thorough examination and an accurate diagnosis before treatment recommendations are made. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. I left feeling frustrated, disappointed, and concerned that my pain was not taken seriously from the beginning. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this office. I hope they improve their diagnostic process so future patients do not have to go through the unnecessary pain and stress that I experienced.

Negative experience: If I could give less than one star I would. The women working the front desk were the only ones who showed any kindness to me. The employee who took my x-rays was rough, and acted frustrated and short with me, while mumbling instructions and was visibly annoyed when she had to re take one shot. They have a section in the forms you need to fill out before being seen, asking what you value in a dentist, how afraid you are of dentist visits, and what they can do to make the appointment more comfortable. I have no idea why they have that section because they will NOT read it or implement any of what you put in that form. I made sure to put down my fear of the dentist, that I value kindness in a dentist, and that I would enjoy music being played during the appointment. Dr Park was rough and curt with me, when I was in pain she did not stop, offer a break, or check in with me. I couldn’t wait to get out of there I have never been treated so poorly at any kind of medical appointment.

Fantastic experience: Save yourself the time, money, and hassle by visiting Dr. Min Kim first. Dr. Kim worked on my mother's oral care and did an excellent job with her dentures. I stupidly visited another dentist to attempt to save money and realized it was a mistake as soon as I sat down. Dr. Kim did an amazing job going over my X-rays and explaining all treatment options. Extremely happy with the result and will be returning to complete the treatment plan. Happy customer indeed!

Except the receptionist with the highlights, she was super unprofessional; talked really fast and with attitude as if she was tired of doing her job. I suggest she needs to be re-trained for a front desk job.

Fantastic experience: Right off from the start very friendly and comforting I haven't seen a dentist inn over a decade and right away they went and found out the problem and went on to address the issue which was removing a wisdom tooth that had broke apart and very professionally assured me everything was OK and kept making sure I was OK. So far best experience I've had at a dentist aside from the wisdom tooth extraction All in all if I could rate them 10 stars I would. I'll gladly be returning soon

Plus , the treatment that weren’t covered by my insurance are pretty reasonable. Another factor is the office super , super clean and front and back office extremely nice and knowledgeable. Positive experience: This was my 1st visit to Can-Am Dental. By filling out the necessary paperwork on line before my visit, check in was simple. My wait time for call in was roughly 15 min after my initial appt.time of 11:30 am. I was shown into a chair/space for X-rays to be taken. Here for some unknown reason I was told the Technician who called me in would be back in a second to take the X-rays. He disappeared! I laid in that chair staring at the ceiling what seemed like 20 min. There was a girl technician who kept peeking around the corner and saw that I was sitting up. Finally the girl came in and started to take my X-rays. At last! She wasn't to sure of herself, so I figured she hadn't had a lot of practice. Once this timely procedure was over and the Dentist came into exam me, things went faster. I got a clean bill of health. No cavities, and my teeth were clean according to Dr. Yim. All though I needed a delicate root canal procedure that Dr Yim felt better about sending me to a specialist. Overall my experience here was very nice. The staff was friendly and knew what they were supposed to do. They were all friendly. Beside the delay in who was supposed to take my X-rays, I recommend this Dentist for anyone looking for s clean and honest dentist office.

Positive experience: It was a waist of time! Gave 3 stars for cleanliness. I literally called and told them we were new to town and my 8 year old’s crown came off. They told me they took our insurance and to come in. We go in they run our insurance, take some X-Rays and then give us a list of referrals because they do not carry the tools my son needed. JUST WANTED TO USE MY INSURANCE! Horrible EXPERIENCE! Don’t waist your time!

It's very easy and quick to schedule an appointment, and the office process approval request promptly, I was really surprised that my approval was received in a week which normally about 10 -1 14 days. Dr. Kim is very professional, patient and caring. He's currently doing root canal for me, he's very informative and always make sure I'm not in discomfort. Fantastic experience: Dr Kim as my personal dentist. He is just hands on with everything. Very kind, respectful, very professional and polite. At the moment he's doing crown work on my teeth and I am happy with my results. Had also 2 root canals done from Dr Kim and for me personally he's done a grandtastic job. He's also very patience and takes he's time. Not rushing or in s hurry. Always ask if I am doing well or if I feel a bit uncomfortable. He will go above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and relax while doing he's great work. Also great assistance he has as well and what can I say more. Noemi the receptionist she is kind and very helpful also with nice communication and calls when every I have a appointment. She has alot of charisma. I personally recommend Dr Kim. Great Dentist. Positive experience: The office design is pleasing and very clean,the staff is friendly and caring. The only downside was the wait; our 4 PM appointment turned into a 5 PM visit, and we left the office at 7. Despite the delay, the dentist was thorough, explained everything in detail, and provided excellent individualized service. Additionally, we received a referral to an orthodontist, if you have time is worth the wait, because I went to another dentist and they try to scam me with my kids saying that they had like five and seven cavities each and here my kids had no cavity so I know they were not scamming me. I totally recommend this dentist.

Negative experience: I'm very disappointed about that place. My appointment was at 4.00 PM they took me into the room at 5.40 PM. just for X-ray, they ended up doing nothing even though I have 2 health insurance. They lost 4 patients.

Positive experience: Not the worst but definitely not the best. I'm kind of stuck with them for a year so there's that. Went to my first appointment and they took so long I had to reschedule. I was there for an hour and had to get back to work. When I reschedule they promised my appointment would only take an hour or less and that the first time was because I had to do paperwork and they had less staff that day. 2nd appointment was at 12pm. I was supposed to get x-ray and cleaning. I barely left at 1:15 and that was only because I told them I couldn't wait anymore and had to get back to work. I only got x-ray and now have to call them to schedule cleaning and other treatments ( filings, etc).

Fantastic experience: I've been to so many different dental offices and none of them recommemded a root canal. Its like I was explaining my problems to them but they did not have a solution. However, the doctor at Can-Am Dental immediately recommended a root canal. I remember having a root canal procedure for a different tooth when I was younger and it was painful but the Can-Am doctor was so smoove and thorough that I don't even feel like I got a root canal done. I literally have no pain in my tooth right now. I highly recommend this Dental office. The service was so great that I had to write a review.

Positive experience: The staff was friendly and helpful when approached but I was there for the first time visit this took 2 hours and 30 mins mostly waiting around in thr lobby the waiting tobget my x-rays done then waiting to see the dr so she can tell me what the issues are and then waiting for the front desk to come explain the cost. I didn't get any work this day because I had been there so long already I wanted to leave but I will return to get ny work done there because the dentist was super friendly and relatable they didn't make me feel like they were trying to scam me out of ny money gor no reason .
