Fantastic experience: This is one of the nicest Dental offices I have ever been too. Got my kids braces after looking at a few other places. They were fast, affordable and genuinely took great care of us.

Negative experience: I am very disappointed with my experience at this dental office. I went in for a tooth extraction, which was already very expensive, but the experience was much worse than I expected. I waited almost three hours after being numbed before the procedure even started. The extraction itself then took about two more hours, for a total of nearly five hours at the office. During the procedure, the dentist used a great deal of force, and I left feeling much more traumatized than I expected. My neighboring tooth was chipped, and a crown on the opposite side came loose during the extraction. The dentist placed the crown back temporarily and told me they wanted to monitor it instead of permanently fixing it. When I returned for my follow-up appointment, the staff appeared confused about why I was there. They were already preparing me for a filling, even though I had only come to have my stitches removed. When I told the assistant that I was only there for my post-operative visit, she said she thought it had already been done. When the dentist came in, he immediately tried to convince me to get the filling instead. I brought up my loose crown and the chipped tooth, and his response was that it didn’t matter because he would fix everything later when I got a bridge. The bridge they recommended costs $4,400. I later received a second opinion from another dentist, who quoted me $1,800 for the same type of treatment. Throughout my visits, I also felt that the dentist’s tone was dismissive and unnecessarily harsh, which made me feel uncomfortable. Overall, I left feeling unheard, disappointed, and without confidence in the care I received. I cannot recommend this office based on my experience.

This team is a family and they treat all their patients with compassion and empathy. I left the dentist office with “NO PAIN or DISCOMFORT”. Negative experience: If I could give this place zero stars I would the only reason I’m even leaving one star is because Google is making me this is the worst dentist I’ve gone too Anahí and her employees have the worst customer service very rude and unprofessional. They only care about the money I needed to get cleared for braces but needed a root canal. They did the x-ray never did they state state that I had a rotten tooth still cleared me for braces. I got a second opinion at another location at the other location they told me that that was malpractice because they cleared me for braces knowingly that I had a rotten tooth so I had to pay extra out-of-pocket and they always gave me a hassle when trying to get in contact with my insurance, they would charge me cash and then charge my insurance at the same time.

Negative experience: Legit tired of this place hope I never ever have to come back here everything started with me needing fillings and crowns it took them more than 6 months to finally get it right after so many arguments with Anahi and Marisela... legit I have a huge list of things I can say but went for the last time to get a crown glued and it falls same night I come back I get blamed for it that it's my bite... im tired of it even Anahi asked me if I can give her a good review and take a picture with her... legit always come here tired starving and stressed she takes me as a joke and thinks I'm stupid my partner and I are homeless she legit left us starving for 3 days took money from our accounts after we had paid for cancelation more than $1000 dollars they still felt the need to take an extra $148 out of my partners account very sick business running here even if you try to dispute anything anahi and her employees will look down at you and make you feel stupid I had to go to another location to get xrays my crown was open for months and this is the fixing they did legit fell in less than 12 hours... and to top it off, their fishes are being held in bad conditions one of the fishes keeps attacking the others very aggressively... Also Anahi if you're gonna come to my room to beg me to remove my old bad review you shouldn't be blaming patients for your employees incompetence to even glue a crown together... at this point I should be getting a whole new denture for free of how much you guys have wasted my time and played with me

Fantastic experience: What can I say I’m super satisfied with the customer service and information given by the young lady in reception, Nayzeth. I went in inquiring for more information regarding their plans/procedures and she answered what she could and left me wanting to get my procedures done there as soon as possible. Update: I went in for my root canal and deep cleaning and WOW! The receptionist Nayzeth was super nice and Maria as well when calling my name and walking me to the room and reassuring me because I was nervous . And wow Doctor Gonzales was super reassuring and she was gentle and made me feel comfortable I did not feel a thing to Doctor T finishing the procedure and kept reassuring me and kept me comfortable and relaxed throughout the procedure. Easiest and most comfortable procedure I’ve received. Thank You Huntington Park Dental!

Fantastic experience: Been wonderful found them in my own and it’s been great so far everyone has good service.

Negative experience: They said I needed more months. So in January I paid a deposit to add more months. I cancelled my service with them after a month because they scheduled me with 20 other people. One of the orthodontist technician made a mistake so she had to rewire the braces. But because the orthodontist was so busy he took about 3 hours to get back to me. I file a complain. But at this point I was already sick of their service. So I went in person to cancel. In order for them to send my records to my new braces location I needed to close my account. They lost the paper in which said that I am closing my account. My new braces place would not start services unless I got my record from my previous orthodontist. So I know I closed my account since my new location received my record. They refused to acknowledge this. And they sent me to collections. Instead of admitting their mistake.

Negative experience: Terrible service. Don't waste your time with them. They're completely irresponsible; all they care about is getting paid Not recommended at all!

Negative experience: My mom came here to see if they can help her with an infection since her face was swollen. From other places we were told when your face is swollen and you have a severe infection, no work can be done. Well this place decided to still proceed to pull out not just one tooth but TWO teeth. One was severely swollen & the other one had nothing to do with her face being swollen. They put anesthesia then took 30+ minutes to attend my mom. When they finally came to her, she advised them that the anesthesia wore off and she was feeling everything. The dentist and the assistant completely ignored her comment and proceeded to pull her teeth out. She kept raising BOTH her hands letting them know that she was feeling everything and she was in pain. Which again, she was ignored. After the procedure they kept insisting on financial payment seeing my mom not able to talk with bloody gauze pads. This place is so unprofessional, they do not care about customer service or customer satisfaction. All they care about is your money. Horrible horrible place.

Negative experience: Waste of my time, spend 3 hours went in with so much pain and they said I had 1 cavity and they filled it and I left with more pain than I originally went in with. & I thought the doctors did the fillings but an no he left and a random nurse did it which I thought was very unpleasant

Negative experience: Staff was rude and I made the appointment over the phone and 2 different nurses confirmed my insurance was good and when I showed up I waited 45 mins for them to tell me my insurance isn’t good but I could pay cash for my visit . The place is over packed and other customers were complaining about wait times and rude staff

Negative experience: If I could give a Negative zero I would my wife recently went to this dentist and she was there for 6 hours and they filled 6 cavities. Well she got home in so much pain, which we thought was normal due to the fillings and the numbing shots but her mouth was numb for 48 hours and after the numbing wore off she was in so much pain, we discovered cuts in mouth next to tooth’s that were filled and 1 tooth filling fell off within 3 days. They also recommended a deep cleaning and 2 teeth removal and then Ended up quoting her 10,000 for the job. We took a trip to tj Mexico and they did the deep cleaning on my wife and told her she did not need to remove any teeth her teeth were in healthy condition. So in end this place is no good at least in our experience it was a horror show.

Fantastic experience: I had such a positive experience with Jacky, the receptionist at Huntington Park Dental. She was friendly and professional, and she kept the waiting area moving even when it was busy. She went over my benefits, explained what was covered, and gave me a clear estimate before I sat down. She also found an appointment time around my work hours and sent a quick confirmation so I would not forget. Little things like that matter. If you want a dental office where the front desk truly cares, ask for Jacky:)

Negative experience: So I can say my husband experience with the Doctor here was great and techs but when it came to finances and general manager is was horrible Anahi bad customer service starting off by saying she charge our carecredit account the wrong amount we called office to inform the amount was wrong she then apologized and said she would take care of soon 1 week pass 2nd week then we started to wonder why was nothing being done my husband called her numerous times she ignored the calls always staff would say she was busy till this day no answer my husband has an appointment a few days ago when he tried to approach her and ask what was going on with the refund she responded with attitude ( are u metal incapable of not understanding what I said that I would take care of it why u keep asking me ) a manger to respond to a patient in that matter ? Why r u even in that profession if u don’t have patience and keep ur word of helping it was your mistake ANAHI you charged $500 more and didn’t even have the nerves to call and tell us until we noticed it I rate a 1 star very rude all this lady cares about is about selling money and getting her commission for all her upgrades that she sells . With this said I called carecredit today and filled a dispute I look foward to getting my refund soon .

Negative experience: ⭐☆☆☆☆ I chose this dental office because they offer Saturday appointments, which works better with my schedule. When I arrived in the morning, the receptionist was very kind and helpful. Since they were fully booked, she scheduled me for a 4:00 PM appointment that same day. When I returned, the office was still very busy. I waited about 30 minutes before getting X-rays done, then waited again for the dentist. When he came in, he asked if it was my first time and what brought me in — then, surprisingly, started asking about my financial situation. He asked if I was in a “good financial position” and repeated the question, then asked if I had insurance. I found this uncomfortable and inappropriate. After a quick exam, he said nothing would be done that day and that I needed to speak with the front desk to review my insurance. At the front desk, I was told the estimated cost of treatment would be up to $19,000 and was offered a two-year, no-interest payment plan. When I asked about the cost, the staff member said, “No one has that kind of money to pay all at once,” which I found unprofessional and unnecessary. She also mentioned she might be able to offer some kind of discount and would speak to her manager, given how high the amount was — but by then, I had already lost trust in the process. I know I have a few dental issues to take care of, but $19,000 seems extremely excessive. I’m 50 years old and have never had a dental experience so focused on finances before any treatment was even provided. The whole visit felt more like a sales consultation than proper care. I won’t be returning.

Positive experience: I have a love hate relationship with this dental office. They do a lot of pushing you to get treatments that’s not pressing to your needs. I would prefer to feel comfortable when getting treatments not like I’m at a car dealership ducking “deals” all day. Also it doesn’t matter if you have an appointment you will be waiting an hour plus! To be seen sometimes they get cleaver end have you waiting around 30mins then will move you to the back and have you waiting 30-1hour more. That alone I can’t understand they definitely need a better schedule maybe not take so many appointments because they are ALWAYS behind. The staff is nice , gentle and reassuring but I can see why people aren’t the nicest to them when they have been waiting for so long.

Negative experience: The financial people are rude, when they set you up with X-rays it’s just so you don’t report them for not following protocol steps. I had an infections they did not tell me about until I went to another dental office just because they wanted to ensure I was clear to get the braces through them all they care about is money not your teeth. Don’t recommend at all!! Also one of the workers made me feel uncomfortable getting my number from my account and texting me to flirt that is private information not for personal use.

Negative experience: My appointment was at 2. I waited til 3:30 for the dentist who was at lunch. Not even the hygienist came in to have a chat with me regarding my cleaning which is why I was there. I decided not to stay, they obviously have no regard for peoples time.

Negative experience: They made you wait more than an hour to take care of you… so unprofessional, today I came on time to my appointment i waited for 50 minutes and then they schedule me for 2 because no one was available even though I had an appointment. Came back at 2 is 2:40 and they haven’t passed me even though they confirmed the hygienist had no appts at 2:00. The front desk ladies act as of they are doing you a favor, No ladies, I paid for the service!!!! Dont come here!!! go to a place where they care about their customers.

Negative experience: Service is really bad I payed for a cleaning and they kept on sending me the automated payments, I called to complain and all they do is give me the runaround nobody seems able to solve my issue, I’m gonna have to block them with my bank. I also got my braces with them and the one thing I don’t like is having to wait more than 40 minutes every single appointment if it’s at 5 they see until 540 or 6 yet if you’re 15 minutes late they don’t take you in anymore I guess their time is valuable but not the customers. They also told me that if I payed my braces in full I would get a free whitening, but now that I got my braces off and I’m almost done I ask about my whitening and they want to condition me to another cleaning that I don’t need. I’m gonna finish with them because I already paid but if I ever had to do this again I would look elsewhere.

Positive experience: loved the people who helped me with my braces especially Liz Varges! she was super sweet and professional, as well as caring! The people in the front desk weren’t as professional, unfortunately a lot of the times me and my family had issues that they caused. Like losing papers and not really as polite.

Negative experience: Horrible experience, I would not recommend. They overcharged me for a crown. Marisela said they would refund my full amount within 30 days. Took over 9 months to get my money back, and it was only partial. I am stuck with over $200 in fees for their mistakes.

Positive experience: My son appointment was at 3: 00 pm and he was seen at 3:42 pm. Don’t get me wrong but if your appointment is a certain time it’s ok to wait maximum 20 min but 42 is too much. If it is a problem fixing this why you scheduled so many patients 30 minutes apart if you guys can’t handle it. And it was NOT only me it was more people in there asking why you guys taking so long to call patients. Like I said don’t get me wrong all employees in there are very professional and respectful. It’s just the waiting time
