Fantastic experience: I was very satisfied when I came in for my cleaning today. All the staff was so very nice and welcoming. The hygienist and the dentist listened to my concern and made me feel it was as important to them as it was to me.

Negative experience: Had been a patient for many years. Just recently had an issue with my insurance coverage regarding cleaning for family member. Got it cleared up with the insurance. Went into the dentist for my cleaning. They brought me back in the room before discussing the insurance issue with the front desk. Once done and ready to schedule my next appointment, the front desk insisted my insurance was out of network. I knew that but they do cover cleanings outside of network. I tried to explain the situation but they basically forced me to pay out of pocket for both visits. No discussion, this is the way it is. This place cannot keep dental hygienist to save their life. For the last few years, I have had a sub cleaning my teeth. Not only does the turnover rate impacting the their internal team. But it is now spilling into the customer service. I do not recommend this place.

Fantastic experience: I felt pain throughout most of my visit today, but it was a great pain. I was easily convinced that my visit was def needed. I feel bad not remembering the name but she def has a passion for what she does and she’s very knowledgeable.

Fantastic experience: I always feel very taken care of at Kent Family Dental! I’m always greeted with kindness. The staff have great processes of doing all the things and are very detail oriented. I feel safe to share what’s on my mind and feel heard when I do. They are very accommodating and offer stress balls, a pillow or a blanket if needed. I love the shift they have recently made to having a dental goal for each patient. My care feels very personalized, and my goal is reviewed multiple times in a visit. Right now my goal is to be cavity free at my next visit and then I can get my picture up on the board in the office ◡̈ wonderful staff and wonderful business all around!

Just had another cleaning and checkup on January 10, 2025. From the time you walk in to the office and until you leave, you are surrounded by friendly, caring, and smart people. Fantastic experience: Had quite a bit of work done on my teeth today and I was super anxious. I was offered nitric oxide for an additional cost but, for me, worth every penny. Dr. Miller is very nice and great about answering all my questions.

Positive experience: Unfortunately I had the surprise upon arrival that my insurance that was in-network is no longer so now I had to pay 50% for the preventative care cleaning and exam. I was supposed to have X-rays too but their system had issues so they could not do it. Finally, the usual to go bag of toothpaste, floss and toothbrush was not provided before I left. I did not ask, but maybe that is no longer a perk? The care by the hygienist and dentist was good as usual however.

Positive experience: Appreciate the care for my comfort, sun glasses so I am not blinded by the like, sit me up when they need to have a conversation. Love the electric vibrating pick/scrapper thingy. Much more comfortable/ less painful

Fantastic experience: My experience was replacement of a damaged tooth removed at an earlier visit. My dentist and her assistant did their usual excellent work replacing this tooth. Care was taken to ensure a proper fit. Everything has gone well, I am a very happy client at Kent Family Dental.

Fantastic experience: I have used this dental clinic for years. Their dentists are thoughtful, kind and I walk away educated and with hope for the issue we might be dealing with. Dr. Fetig was particularly wonderful for my visit today, and was able to get me numb, which can take forever. I felt very listened to, and now know what to look for and thrilled to have an old filling replaced, and that rough bit gone. Literally every single person I have seen has gone above and beyond. When I was referred out for surgery, a few years back, they called the different offices and set up my appointment for me! I would recommend this clinic for anyone, but I have mobility struggles, and have not ever had a problem in their building.That is more difficult to find than you can imagine. They are good, kind people, who have extended hours, and your entire extended family would be well served by them. I also appreciate their approach to pricing. It is always explained to you ahead of time.

Fantastic experience: The assistants and front office staff are the most kindest women I've ran across in the healthcare field, in quite some time. The environment is quiet and clean. The dental assistant conversation and interactions with my five year old was so patient and kind. Best office I've been in a while. I'm now going to get my other three children and myself into this office.

Fantastic experience: Dr Annis was very informative every step of the way through the procedure that I was scheduled for. In addition, I asked him to look at an addition tooth that I was having trouble with. After determining the 2nd tooth needed outside work, Dr Annis worked with his staff to set up an appointment with a 3rd party so that final work could be done on both teeth in one appointment. He and his staff were extremely helpful.

Negative experience: Dental hygienist was great! But when I asked to see a certain Dentist and a different one comes into the room to give me my exam, I don't like that! The reason I asked to see the same one is because I know her well and she knows me and she knows what to look for what not to look for! And she knew about this crack in my tooth and we were watching it and she told me to let her know if I ever had pain with it and we were set on that and then this guy comes in and tries to tell me I need to get a crown! I don't have pain or nothing.

Negative experience: Was not happy at all that my cleaning didn’t take place today. I scheduled a cleaning only received an exam. This is the first time in all the years that I’ve gone to this dentist that this has happened and now I have to come back two more times to get a cavity filled and then finally get my cleaning done. I feel as if today was a waste of time. Nothing was accomplished for me first time I’ve ever been disappointed by this dentist in 30 years of going to them.

Negative experience: I’ve been going to Kent Family Dental my whole life I’m 48 and today was the worst experience I’ve ever had. I made an appointment for a cleaning. They did an exam and then told I was done. I scheduled the appointment for a cleaning. If you couldn’t do the cleaning you should’ve said so, please don’t waste my time. Then they told me they don’t have appointments for cleaning until next year.

Fantastic experience: I am leaving this ZERO STAR review because the place often plays country music. I don't mean Taylor Swift and Beyonce, I mean boot-scootin honky-tonk rural tavern garbage-country. It's an outrage! Other than that the place is a gem. Good service, hospitality, transparency, and warmth. I've known Dr Annis since childhood and he's always been a delightful person; it's really nice to see that the practice attracts similarly wonderful people. Still though - that country music! Zero stars.
