Positive experience: I started going to this dentist because I was unhappy with another dentist in the greater GR area. I am very happy with the care I receive at Belmont dentistry. However, in recent months, it is nearly impossible to get a hold of any of their receptionists. I call and leave multiple voicemails just trying to schedule or change an appointment, and am completely ignored. I like the care I receive once I am actually in the office, but good luck trying to schedule an appointment!

Negative experience: I used to go here until a few years ago when they stopped taking delta dental. The new dental office I switched to, GR Family Dentistry, told me the fillings they put in were much too large and incorrectly done, so now I need crowns through no fault of my own, but because of this dental office. I am beyond upset. Not just one crown, but 2. I absolutely do not recommend this office for any dental work.

Negative experience: You better watch them. You go and tell them you are having problems with your dentures and you think they are fixing the problem. No they will wreck your dentures and not except anymore just because you don't want to get inserts because you can't afford them. So they want you to be in pain just because you can't afford in plants

Fantastic experience: First I’d like to share that nobody dislikes or is more nervous about going to a dental appointment more than myself. I’ve never had a pleasant experience in my life, and therefore I’ve avoided the dentist by all means. Due to this every few years a major need presents itself and usually requires immediate attention, which occurred for me this week. Following a simple Google search, I came across Belmont Dentistry, and I could not be happier! From reception, billing, to hygienist, and Dr. Klooster, there is no better and kinder team. I brought them some major work and they completed it 100% painlessly, and I thank them all! I will be staying with Belmont Dentistry as there’s no one better, and I'm actually looking forward to my next appointment.

Negative experience: Disappointed with Belmont Dentistry. My 3, 4 and 6 year olds first time to the dentist and I was not allowed to accompany them back. I was basically kicked out of there waiting area with my infant. Not comfortable at all with what just happened. I don’t care what your covid guidelines are, (yes there guidelines, not laws) I’m not leaving my kids to go back by themselves again. Never again at Belmont dentistry. I will find somewhere else to go. I never received a breakdown of my 938$ bill either.

Fantastic experience: They are both caring & attentive to any concerns I have. They are patient with educating and introducing dental hygiene to my 2 & 3 year old which sets them up for healthy habits in the future. Everyone took appropriate safety precautions for COVID, which can be scary for small children but they did great; no tears shed=win!!! I personally love going to have my teeth cleaned at this facility!!!

Fantastic experience: The friendly people at Belmont Dentistry are incredible to work with. Cleanings and exams are very pleasant and if more serious work is done, its pain free. Update 08-07-2020 Even during the COVID-19 pandemic, Belmont Dentistry still makes a dental visit fun!

Fantastic experience: The level of care Marissa (my hygienist) and All of Belmont Dentistry is outstanding. I can go in there and know I'm going to get treated like family and taken care of the same way. I feel as if they go above and beyond working with your schedule and also if you have sensitive teeth, they understand the care you need as each individual customer.

Every staff member from the front desk crew to the hygienists to the team of dentists is top-notch, showing compassion for each unique patient and expertise in their field. They care about my family and me not only as patients, but as people. They take the time to answer every single question we may have about our dental health and procedures. They are gentle and SO great with kiddos. They actually make going to the dentist fun for our daughters and every time we drive by Belmont Dentistry, our girls wave and say 'Hi Dentist! We miss you!' If you need to be referred to a specialist for a procedure outside of their expertise, they streamline the process for you and know amazingly talented specialized dentists all over the GR area. If you call them outside of normal hours with an emergency situation, they are so quick with getting you the care you need and show compassion with the situation. She is very thorough and you will feel very comfortable in her presence. Dr. Klooster is the reason I switched years ago. Also, I just had a check up and cleaning done by Bethany and I can honestly say it was the best cleaning I have had in my life. Dr. Liz and Toni were both very kind and did not make me feel bad, eased my anxiety, and made sure my visit was virtually painless.

His office uses the latest techniques, which means more more for me as a patient. He and his staff listen to concerns as well. Fantastic experience: I had many issues going on with my teeth at my last visit. Lindsay and Dr. Liz thoroughly explained the problems and reviewed many treatment options. They patiently answered all my questions, used photos and x-rays to explain everything, and focused on preventative care. They listened closely to my concerns and were personable while being professional. This is truly an excellent practice with a receptionist and office staff who work to make your appointment comfortable!

Fantastic experience: Belmont dentistry has very nice facilities and exceptionally pleasant staff. Our 8 year old gets excited when we go to the dentist since we changed from another local practice. They clearly communicate what’s going on with your dental health, changes you can make to improve your routine, and welcome any questions you have.

He lets you know every move he makes and how long to expect with each step. It’s like he is sitting in the chair himself. Having a tooth drilled on is the worse feeling, and I can’t say enough about his technique and professionalism.

I called on Monday to see if they were taking new patients and luckily they were and I got in for checkup and X Ray's the next day. And a cleaning the day after. I recommend being a patient here, you will be glad you did.

Fantastic experience: Belmont Dentistry was actually the 2nd office I called the first said they would check their schedule and let me know if they had something open up, still haven't heard from them. Belmont Dentistry immediately understood I was in some significant pain and got me in that afternoon. I use that term because these folks are awesome together, Dr John Klooster is far and away the best dentist I have ever had the pleasure of going to. He has an awesome chairside manner, and he is very informative, giving you all the facts you need to make a well informed decision about your approach to treatment. The last time I was in I has several procedures done, including replacing two old silver fillings which were at the end of their effectiveness. I was in awe at the intuitive responses by the Technician who assisted the doctor; she was anticipating every move and ready with whatever he needed. This is the norm rather than the exception. From the technicians who are on the team to the people handling the billing (one of the most critical positions for customer satisfaction), everyone I have had the pleasure of dealing with has been wonderful. I sincerely believe that in business, whatever the field, the best people gravitate toward the best people, and he has a built a fantastic team there. I used to be terrorized by going to the dentist as a child, and now I genuinely look forward to it. Sorry to ramble on about it, but these folks are the best of the best. Thanks for listening!

Negative experience: No one likes waiting 40 minutes to be told they can't help you. Specially on and in the middle of a work day. I figured I would check them out for some new scenery. My dentist office is straight out the 70s and everyone's pretty dull. I figured it was pretty routine what I was getting done since I just had it done 2 months ago. It took about 30-40 minute's for my dentist to correct. Here I waited then was told because of lack of time they couldn't help me. Everyone was nice waiting area is super cramped but everything looks nice. If it was not for everyone being super nice I'd make it a one straight. So based on my experience I would not suggest going to Belmont Dentistry.

Fantastic experience: I had a great first experience at Belmont Dentistry. I received a gift as soon as I was called in. Toni the dental assistant was very nice and knowledgeable. She was able to give me first hand experience with the NightBite, which I appreciated. Dr. Klooster was very nice and took the time to get to know me and welcome me to the practice. I thought his review of my x-rays and inspection of my teeth was very thorough. I will be returning for any future dental work.
