Fantastic experience: Greenburgh Kids Dental is amazing! I’ve been coming here for several years and the whole team is super friendly and caring. You feel that energy as soon as you walk in and you’re greeted at the front desk. Dr. Kim is very thorough with his work and careful. He pays close attention to detail. I highly recommend coming here!

Fantastic experience: All the staff are very nice. They have every other Saturday hours which is pretty unheard of. Dr. Kim was very patient with my son who is a pretty tough patient. Kids get a token after every visit for a price out of the machine.

When I was a kid I didn’t like going to the dentist cause I was scared of it and changed dentists many times. But when coming here it felt different to other times since I felt more welcomed and would always end up talking with the assistants. The dentist and staff is also very caring and the dentist truly cares about his patients and you can tell. I’ve never had a bad experience with them super satisfied.

I began my Invisalign journey during my junior/senior year of high school and continued through my sophomore year of college and it truly turned out to be one of the best investments I’ve ever made. The transformation in my smile has been incredible; it feels like I have brand new teeth, and I can now laugh and smile with complete confidence. Throughout the entire process, the doctor and staff were consistently kind, respectful, and welcoming, always making me feel comfortable and supported. Dr. Mike Dong Woong Kim organization and attention to detail stood out the most; every step of my treatment was clearly explained, and I always knew what to expect next in my plan of care. Their professionalism, consistency, and genuine care for patients made the patient entire experience smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend Greenburgh Kids Dental to anyone looking for quality dental care and life-changing results.

Negative experience: Front desk ladies are disgusting ,They don’t offer you a different treatment for your kids. They wanted to do whatever they want with your kids I won’t recommend to go there , front desk ladies has to be so respect with the patient , but they are disgusting I hope management do something about this even when you call they’re attitude is Terrible

Fantastic experience: Both of my children went today for the checkup (2 yo and 5 yo). The 2 yo was his first time, and Dr, Jennifer was so caring and professional, the cleaning was perfect and fast. For the 5 yo (with speech delay), was also a great experience, since he was very worried at the beginning, but Dr. Jennifer and her team of two wonderful assistants make my son feel very confortable and he ended loving it his cleaning. This was a wonderful experience for me also, since I went to this office for first time. Everyone in the office is very nice and helpful, beginning from front desk to the doctor appointment. Thank you so much for your caring and advice, it is very comforting to find a good children dentist office that take their time in what they are doing and to give you the feedback at the end. If you want your kids to have a great experience at the dentist, this is the place!!! Also, it is a free parking, kids waiting area with games, and very organized schedule for you not to wait long periods. At the end they gave each child a toy and a toothbrush :-) Thank you for your great service, keep doing great!!!

Fantastic experience: Been coming here since I was 12 years old. Unfortunately it was my last visit. They always gave me great service throughout the years. Made sure I maintained great smile, and overall food hygiene. If I could turn 12 again, I would pick this office to take care of me again.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to this dentist for the most if not all of my childhood going to my young adulthood. They have always been great and patient with my family and I with the staff being able to communicate with myself and my parents who are Spanish speakers. I am sad to be leaving as I am turning 21 soon but my brothers have also been coming to them for their whole lives that they’ll continue to do so till they turn 21. 5/5 would recommend

Fantastic experience: The doctor is very kind, I don't feel any pain, he always answers my questions and is very good, as are his assistants , they are always attentive and very kind.

Negative experience: I took my son to the facility over a year and half ago. The dentist was awesome made great recommendations and my son was comfortable. The front desk was very kind and accommodating and helpful when it came to figuring out insurance issues. We have two visits and was due back for third but , I said many times I WILL call to set up an appointment. I got MULTIPLE phone calls and vms to make follow up appointments. If a patient is saying THEY WILL call to make their own appointments please listen. Do I feel the need to share very personal aspect of our family schedule or finances to make an appointment ?NO. I tried to make an appointment to come back in on 9/11 and the woman on the phone explained that I cancelled my appointments due me us finding another provider , yup I confirmed. Our current provider no longer does late afternoon appts so I wanted to go for our annual appointment, but I was lectured for 4 mins about how they will keep calling regardless if I ask them not to. So needless to say I will just work around the new schedule at our current practice. Unfortunately we didn't make an appointment , this was not due to the doctor or the office but for the staff that refuses to listen to the parents of patients

My child has been receiving a dental expander treatment for about four months now and I have nothing but great things to say about the process. Dr. Jennifer made sure that my child knew what was going on and what to expect from each visit. My child’s teeth so far look amazing and can’t wait to see the final results. Dr. Jennifer and the staff at Greenburgh Kids Dental have always been very friendly and helpful throughout this process. Highly recommend to any family with young children to bring them here for their dental needs.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Jennifer is extremely child friendly dentist. My 6-year-old son had multiple cavities problems and first dentist tried to treat but partially done because my son was not cooperative and 2nd dentist wasn't even able to see my son's tooth since he bit the dentist's finger! General anesthesia was recommended to minimize his trauma but I wanted to try one more time with Dr. Jennifer and she did it!! My son understood the procedure, she was able to convince him, gave him some control within range during procedure so he became cooperative. My son had 2 visits, each visit was 1-1:30 hours long which made me drained but I am so proud of my son that he was able to lay down in the chair and completed it - he was yelling and screaming occasionally and he cried at the last moment though. I gave her a big hug. We were there with my parents in first visit and my mother-in-law in second visit. Their heart was breaking in the waiting room for about 2 hours while they were hearing my son was screaming and yelling but they also appreciated her approach skills and lots of patience. It was amazing experience and strongly recommended this dentist.

Negative experience: Dr. was not child friendly. My child didn’t open his mouth as he was scared. Even my child saw that the doc rolled her eyes. The child did not open his mouth and I learned from my insurance company that they still charged regular examination fee unethically. I took my child to child friendly dental practice of Scarsdale Pediatric Dental and oh my god the approach to the child was so different. We got everything done to the child without a cry. I am extremely happy with the doctors who treated my child at Scarsdale Pediatric Dental where we got the examination and cleaning done without any tears. I do not recommend Greenburgh Kids Dental as they were rude and not child friendly.

Negative experience: Made an appointment for my son to get two teeth extraction . After booking an appointment that took waiting 3 days to get me info in his regards , the staff calls an hour before the appointment, to tell me that his dentist doesn't perform extraction on the referred teeth, but can offer it for any other teeth ! what a disappointment , after being a client for so many years ! Staff is RUDE , and doesn't understand that parents have to do million accommodation for doctors appointments ! NEVER going back

Fantastic experience: Greenburg kids dental...is amazing...they are verry clean and very patient with all of my kids. I brought my 2 year old 4 year old and 7 year old in for a visit for the first time and they handled each child as if it was there kids sitting in the chair. The office staff is friendly and personable. And overall the kids did great and had an amazing time!... we are looking forward to our next visit in 6 months

Fantastic experience: The office is clean warm and inviting to children. The Dentist Dr. Kim and the rest of the team are genuinely wonderful an incredibly patient with their little patients. My child is very anxious, scared and nervous going to the dentist but somehow every time they work through her anxiety and find a way for her to cooperate. A remarkable talent in my book.

Mostly, my kids love coming here because they are always met with caring staff who doesn't rush, but attends to each child's needs before the procedure even begins. They show unbelievable patience and dedication to make sure every child gets the proper attention they need. Dr. Kim spent a lot of time talking to my daughter to help her calm down and to make sure she feels comfortable. Highly recommend if you are looking for a family pediatric dentist who will treat you like one of their families.
