The cleaning by my hygienist Catia and the follow up by Dr. Rudow were pleasant, personable and thorough. They make a great team which was evident by their in sync and complimentary approach. Fantastic experience: I had the most wonderful experience with dental hygienist, Liz, on 4/17/25. My teeth/gums are extremely sensitive and cleanings are uncomfortable, painful and anxiety producing. Liz listened to my concerns, made sure I had sufficient topical anesthetic, and had an amazingly light touch, yet was getting the job done!! She also gave me tips for brushing certain problem areas going forward. Liz is kind, compassionate and extremely thorough and adept with her technique. I look forward to seeing her again for my next cleaning.!

Fantastic experience: In search of the best dentist for me in Westchester, I did a thorough internet search and asked insightful people for recommendations. I narrowed it down to Dr. Benjamin Rudow. The specifics on his website as well as reviews by dental experts showed his qualifications and professional standing to be exceptional. The high level of satisfaction with Dr. Rudow and his staff and office seen in reviews by his own patients contributed to my decision to make him my dentist. A strong recommendation by a person whose judgment i trust weighed heavily. My personal experience has surpassed my high expectations. Dr. Rudow has been warm and welcoming from the first interaction on. The dental care I receive from him is attentive and thorough, based on his up-to-date high-level expertise and judgement. As a great listener, Dr. Rudow is sensitive to my needs and preferences and thoughtfully makes recommendations accordingly. It’s clear that he puts my needs first. On my request, he provided emergency services to a friend of mine even though she was not his patient. Dr. Rudow’s staff is also first rate, e.g., Dental Hygienist Liz and Tina at the desk. Fantastic experience: My experience at Westchester Smiles was second to none. From the beginning to the end, this was the most enjoyable dental visit in my memory. I highly recommend Westchester Smiles to everyone! Here is a follow-up to my initial visit and as I predicted, this was going to be another good experience. And, I was done and out in less than an hour! Completed my third visit and everything went well. No pain or discomfort. The staff are excellent! What else can I say? Just completed another visit. This was a follow-up and cleaning. Everything went well. My teeth are noticeably cleaner, stains gone! Westchester Smiles did it again! Completed another cleaning today. No pain or discomfort. Staff were friendly and professional as always.

Negative experience: When Dr. Geller retires I will find a new dentist. I have been seeing Dr. Geller for 35 years, and he is great. But I don't like the practices of the "Westchester Smiles" partnership. Yesterday I saw Dr. Geller and within 30 minutes of leaving I received a bill by text! Within another half hour I received a bill by email! This is so insulting. In 35 years I have not failed to pay a bill on time. This is what happens when you automate an office. Reliable long-time patients are treated like first- time patients. And by the way, billing by text is tacky.

Negative experience: Already have a fear of the dentist and the way that they treat prospective patients is not very welcoming. Cancelling appointments without calling to confirm if the the patient will be there, deleting the patient's chart, and then not being accommodating then reschedule the appointment that the office canceled via email, less than 24 hours before the NEW patient's appointment and giving attitude about it is crazy work! I digress, I guess it wasn't meant to be!

Fantastic experience: Today was my second dental appointment to Westchester smiles. I must say it was perfect from start to finish. I had Liz as a hygienist. This is the second time I had her for a cleaning. Honestly, I hate to have my teeth cleaned by any hygienist. I have friends of mine that say oh my hygienist is wonderful. I can fall asleep when she’s doing my teeth. Meanwhile, I’m normally gripping the arm rails, but I really had to fight not going to sleep as Liz was cleaning my teeth. Dr. Ben Rudow could not have been nicer, kinder and more thorough during my visit. He or his office even called my ex dentist to ask about when the last full set of x-rays were taken. And even the women at the reception counter were friendly , nice and kind. If anybody is looking for a dentist or is unhappy with their current dentist, I strongly suggest that they give Dr. Ben Rudow and the office of Westchester Smiles a try . I’m positive you will be thrilled with your experience as I was!

Fantastic experience: Sam is a great hygienist (very experienced, skilled, knowledgeable and sweet). Dr. Rudow is very nice. Everyone who works at this office is nice and accommodating. They don’t push you to do extra work just to make more money (as I encountered at another dentist). The parking is very convenient (right outside the door to the building).
