Fantastic experience: Love Ardsley Dental. They treat you like family. Dr. Seva and Dr. Chaudhury are awesome. The entire staff is incredible Would recommend them to anyone. Fantastic experience: Such an unexpected experience, in a good way:) As a new patient, I was pleasantly surprised that I got in to see Dr Chaudry within a couple of hours, I had a toothache and was so appreciative! The office is beautiful, spacious, and modern with high technology, and an underlying feeling of comfort, and so friendly and knowledgeable. As a bonus, they also offer facials and other skin and eyelash and brow treatments with such an Awesome technologist. Definitely a thumbs up and will refer, no doubt

Fantastic experience: I had undiagnosed tooth pain for years until I came to Ardsley Dental Spa. Here I was diagnosed properly. I had an occlusion problem. Here I was fitted for Invisalign’s. . After the first week I experienced some relief. They knew what to do! It was no fun believing might be in pain forever every time I picked up a fork! I am extremely grateful. Fantastic experience: This is a wonderful practice! Dr. Chaudhry not only is a very thorough dentist, but she also takes great care to hire a diverse staff who are caring and extremely competent. To give you an idea of her concern for her patients, I just got off the phone with her. Yesterday I had a tooth pulled by one of her associates, and she called me to see how I felt. I never had a dentist show so much interest in a patient’s well-being. Nya, who is her dental hygienist, does a very comprehensive job, and like her boss, is also very caring. I live about an hour away, and there is no way that I will look for someone more local. And I hate driving. In addition to running a great practice, patients are offered an array of mostly free spa-like options you can take advantage of while you are being treated. Yesterday, while my tooth was being pulled, I was listening to “Hamilton” . If you need to have dental work done, what better way to do it! Both Dr. Chaudhry and Dr. Tucker (the dental surgeon who works with her patients), not only give you detailed instructions to follow, they also give you their cell numbers in case you have any problems or questions. Needless to say, I’ve never had to call.

Negative experience: Ask multiple times if they take your insurance. I received a bill 7 months post a routine cleaning for almost $400, and upon inspection I realized that it was due to the fact that they were out of network. This usually an office management issue, and the care I received there was solid. My review is purely due to a lack of communication and frankly a mis-representation of what was covered. I explicitly asked - and it was told to me that they were in network. I had a great cleaning - so if you're in network I would consider them. Although from my experience, the support management of the office isn't at the same level of the care received. So beware/cautious.
