Fantastic experience: My daughter had a bad past experience with a pediatric dentist when she was 6 and she came to this clinic and they were so patient, empathetic, held her hand, educated her, and were the most professional dentists we’ve ever encountered. I will take my youngest here and continue to take my oldest for as long as they’ll have her! 10/10!!!

Fantastic experience: I was introduced to Dr. Nick 3 years ago after being with one of the chain pediatric dental practices in town, and haven’t looked back. Dr. Nick is so great with the kids, his staff is amazing and he has all the amenities to make going to the dentist fun. My kids never complain about going to the dentist. Win - win!

Fantastic experience: This practice is awesome. My 5 year old felt excited when we walked inside. They have lots of different games and toys to make the experience less scary for kids. I appreciated the way the dental assistant spoke to my son and still efficiently got his cleaning done. I was able to be with him the entire time and when the doctor noticed a few things he made sure to speak to me as well before doing any procedures.

The office has a family feel, is gorgeous and so comfortable. The waiting time for your appointment is minimal if at all, which I love. You can really tell you are cared about when you are here ❤️

They are both kind and loving and made my two year old feel safe and comfortable during the entire oral surgery process. Mandy following up with us post-surgery was the icing on the cake! 10/10 would recommend this office.

Fantastic experience: My kids started at west town pediatrics with Dr. Bernard, and we loved him as a dentist!! They never told us he left until we realized that we were no longer getting him. We finally did a search and saw him new practice and instantly changed to him. My son had a bad experience at the dentist, and is now has issues going. We have seen a huge improvement with going with Dr. Bernard and I’d definitely drive the 20 minutes to have him as a dentist for my kids. His staff is super kind as well!!

Fantastic experience: I cannot overstate how wonderful this place is. Dr. Nick is AMAZING and makes my kids (ages 2 and 5) feel so comfortable - he’s made them love going to the dentist and he’s so knowledgeable, gives practical guidance, and never makes me feel like a neurotic mom for asking too many questions! And as amazing as he is, his entire team is just as incredible. Every hygienist we’ve had has been so friendly and efficient, and they work magic on getting the kids to “open” or brush their teeth with the typically scary dental tools. Even Kathy at the front desk is fantastic - so kind and knows the kids by name! The facility is updated, clean and has every amenity you might look for - private rooms, if necessary, iPads at each chair, and lots of fun items in the waiting room to kill time. We’ve been going for about 3 years and will never go anywhere else!! Love GPD!!!

Negative experience: Worst service. Dr. Nicholas just spent around 5-10 minutes with no treatment after a long wait . He asked us to come for a next visit for same treatment ( which previous doctor suggested) even though he already had x-rays and other details before the very first visit and even the other doctor recommendation on what to do. we got a big bill to pay that too out of pocket for no treatment. I would never recommend. i cancelled my all upcoming appointments from here. for your reply below - It was good that i got to know about this clinic and I just want to say thanks to GOD. I just wanted others to know so that they do not face situation similar to me. May God help other patients like me in future.

Fantastic experience: My 4 kids and I recently made our first visit to the office after moving from across the state and we were very impressed. I appreciated being able to fill out all the forms digitally in advance of the appointment, so when we arrived there was no paperwork. We were greeted by a very friendly receptionist and our appointment started right on time. The hygienists were very kind and skilled at adapting their care for each of my kids, from the hesitant 2 year old to my confident 8 year old. Dr. Nick made each of my kids feel comfortable and shared educational info about each child’s unique dentition that I had never heard from our previous dentists. By the end of the visit my kids said they were looking forward to their next visit in 6 months! I’m confident my kids are receiving excellent, child-centered dental care here and would strongly recommend Grimes Pediatric Dentistry.

Negative experience: When I went to make an appointment and the receptionist was very snotty. I had to cancel my appointment because something came up and we live far away, and the receptionist was very rude about it and hung up on me. If I was this business I would be reviewing this employee.

They did a great job explaining recommendations and I was appreciative that they provided a great handout as well. This helped ensure we would remember all the information. Fantastic experience: My 2 year old fell and hit his two front teeth at daycare on a Friday afternoon at 4pm. I immediately text the team and they gave me instructions to get us through the weekend. Then, promptly on Monday at 8am they fit us in! My little guy is 2 and they treated him amazingly! 2 extractions (bad fall apparently) later and the dude was eating and acting normal as soon as he got home! Thank you to the amazing team at GPD ❤️

Fantastic experience: This place is magic! We have been taking our four year old to a dentist since age 1. Never was able to do a full mouth cleaning or x rays. Always a huge meltdown from sensory overload. Always left being told not much they can do because she just would not cooperate. Always felt that it was because they didn't want to deal with her or know how to deal with her autism. Had our first visit here at Grimes Pediatric Dentistry. We got a full cleaning and x rays. No meltdowns. Full cooperation. And the staff was amazing. The exam and waiting room was inviting. Wish we would of found this place sooner. Will definitely be back and would recommend to other parents.

I assumed we wouldn’t even convince my toddler to sit in the chair for her first dentist appointment let alone do the full appointment but the staff here were wonderful with her! Fantastic experience: We love going to Grimes Pediatric Dentistry. From check in to the end consultation, this office is geared to make their young patients comfortable and entertained. While my sons wait they enjoy the interactive floor game. Once they go back, they get to wear cool glasses and even capes and masks for the little kids. The decor is bright, fun and inviting, and the staff is all super friendly with their young patients. As a parent, I appreciate the advice they offer to help me keep my kids' teeth healthy and cavity free.

Fantastic experience: We visited Grimes Pediatric Dentistry for my daughter’s very first dentist appointment. Could not be happier with our experience! Very welcoming atmosphere, wonderful staff, and nice little touches to help kiddos feel comfortable (like superhero capes to help them be brave, and sunglasses to keep the bright lights from bothering them). Everyone did a fantastic job making sure my daughter knew what was going on and understood what they were going to do. She wasn’t nervous at all! We’re definitely be coming back.

Fantastic experience: A kind, professional, and thoughtful experience from beginning to end. From a waiting room designed to keep little ones busy and active while they wait, to large mouthed puppets in the exam room to demonstrate in a kid-friendly way how to brush and floss, to the entire professional team taking a genuine interest in the children themselves and making them a part of the process so that they can learn and understand about their oral health. The focus and the expertise is all on the children and as a result the experience is healthy and positive for both the kids and the adults!

Fantastic experience: We took our daughter here for her first ever appointment and it was amazing. The staff were all very kind and told her everything they were doing every step of the process. They make it such a fun atmosphere for the kids. The waiting waiting room has a fun interactive projection game that she loved and made it so she wasn’t just sitting around nervous in the waiting room. Very happy we found this place.

Dr. Barnard and his staff are wonderful and made a potentially stressful visit fun and helpful!

I especially liked that since we were a little bit out of town that they had time to diagnose, pre-auth insurance, and proceed with treatment. Regular cleanings are already on the books! Fantastic experience: This pediatric dentistry is beyond amazing and clean! The staff from the moment you walk in is welcoming. Cute and playful waiting area with coloring table, interactive dance/game floor & even super hero capes for little ones who are afraid and need a little something to be brave. Dr. Nick is playful with the kids. Totally engages with them and makes sure they are comfortable while walking my kids and even myself through the entire appointment. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: All three of my kids have been coming here for a long time they have fun in the waiting room with games and capes then come back and get to pick sunglasses and a show the staff are super friendly and patient and then they get to pick a prize .I always recommend them to everyone.

I appreciated that they talked to her and let her make choices and then gave me the opportunity to ask questions and see her teeth and discuss the treatment plan. Fantastic experience: We just had our first appointment with GPD this morning and it was by far the best dental experience my kiddos have ever had! The staff was wonderful, the atmosphere was inviting, and the appointment was efficient. No complaints whatsoever!

Fantastic experience: I have fallen in love with this dentistry. My kid was comfortable with them from day one. On top of the prizes they give him at the end, he looks forward to the interactive game floor they have which I reward him with time at the end. He also loves the plethora of tv options he can watch while in the dental chair. The staff of always very complementary of him and we always feel welcomed.
