Fantastic experience: I went for a consultation with Dr. Paul. He was friendly and very clear about the process of my teeth. While there, Cassandra took my pictures and X-rays. This was done fast. At the end of my appointment, I saw Shelley. She explained to me the process as well and answered every question I had in a friendly, positive way. It was a great experience overall.

Fantastic experience: My son had a consult today with orthodontist Dr. Paul and treatment coordinator Melissa after being referred over by pediatric dentist Dr. Stephen. Both Dr. Paul and Melissa were very professional and friendly and they are the kind of people that you want to take care of your kids. Dr. Paul explained my son’s treatment needs very thoroughly but also in a way that made sense to someone who is not an orthodontist. Melissa was very helpful at going through all the paperwork and helping set up future appointments and with answering all of our questions after our consult with Dr. Paul. Based on our experience today and how we were treated so well, I highly recommend Great Smiles and especially Dr. Stephen, Dr. Paul, and Melissa.

Fantastic experience: Cassandra, Shelley, and Dr Paul were all very kind, answered our questions, and were efficient in getting both of kids through the initial consultation process. The scheduling staff worked to accommodate getting both of our kids in on the same day. We are at the beginning of treatment for our family, but off to a good start.

Fantastic experience: Today, my daughter went to consult about orthodontics and met Dr.Paul, Shelley and Cassandra. They gave advice on orthodontics very well. And today I met Bri. She is the one who put on braces for my daughter and she is very friendly. I like her very much. My daughter very happy with this orthodontic treatment.

It’s clean, organized and run so well ; We never have to Wait… or listen to staff talk about annoying personal things (like other places u wonder “do they know we can hear them?”)!?.. … they also offer nice drink selections in the waiting area . Positive experience: Scheduling is getting more and more difficult with all the limitations on hours. Not sure the treatment is meeting expected goals so far either, but the staff is great.

Fantastic experience: What a fabulous experience. Shelley was all smiles when she took my son back for his first x-rays which made him feel so at ease. Melissa was very easy to talk to about all the financial stuff. She walked me through everything and answered all of my questions. And I can’t say enough about Nikki who put on his braces. My son was a little nervous coming in and she was so gentle and talked him through all that was happening. We actually were a few minutes late due to traffic and Taylor at the front desk was understanding, kind, and inviting. I can see that he will enjoy coming here every month to get his braces adjusted. Now I think I need to come back and see them for Invisalign for myself!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Paul is amazing! SO personable from the first visit. Super friendly each repeat visit. More importantly, his treatment has been a big success! I’m definitely pleased with the added benefit of a nicer smile, but my reason for coming to him was for my problem of grinding my teeth, especially at night. My family dentist referred me to Dr. Paul. Both told me it “could” help. However, right up front, both made it clear it does not help everyone. Thankfully about halfway through my treatment I suddenly realized I was not waking up with sore jaws from clinching. Occasionally (not often at all) I do catch myself during the day clinching my teeth a bit (I live a stressful life caring for 2 elderly and another with bad health family members in my home) but never wake up anymore with tensed or sore jaws. Thanks, Dr. Paul. Also thanks to Serena and Abbie who make my visits nice. They are kind, gentle and friendly doing all those necessary things. Makes for a perfect team. Taylor and all the receptionists always greet you with smiles. Especially liked their decorated pumpkins last year in the waiting room. Highly recommend coming to Great Smiles, especially Reynolds Mountain Woodfin office. I have over an hour drive here.
