Fantastic experience: Dr Ly was extremely helpful regarding the pro and cons of what to do about a fractured molar. 1. Removal then do nothing 2. Create a removable insert 3. Create a permanent bridge 4. Install an implant. He clearly indicate the cost and consequences of each option. He was also sensitive regarding the cost of each option. The tooth removal went extremely well using Novocain. He provided written and oral instructions on post operative medications and care.

Fantastic experience: i HATE the dentist. i have a-lot of dental problems and Dr. Ly met me with such grace and kindness. for the first time i didn't leave the dentist feeling completely defeated. i will be going back! his whole staff was amazing! i think i have finally found my forever dentist!

For me this is the case, until I found Dr. Ly. I needed significant work done on my four front teeth to have crowns placed, which felt daunting given my past negative dental experiences. Trusting someone with such an important procedure was nerve-wracking, but Dr. Ly’s patience and attentiveness put me at ease. He listened carefully to my concerns and worked meticulously with his lab to ensure the color and shape of the crowns were perfect, making sure I was completely satisfied with the final results. On the day of cementing the actual crowns, Dr. Ly made sure to constantly check in to make sure I wasn’t in any pain. He has a very calming presence and incredible bedside manner, making the experience feel comfortable and reassuring. I couldn’t be happier with the results and have received countless compliments from both friends and strangers. Dr Lee is very honest (he tells you what he sees, his opinion and advise with no upsellig), caring (called and helped me me outside of business was hours when was in pain, urgent help was needed) and very knowledgeable. Fantastic experience: Dr. Ly and Dr. Lan are simply amazing dentists! It's so rare to find dentists that are thorough, trustworthy, and above all, truly care. My exam, cleaning, and cavity filling was an excellent experience from start to finish. The level of professionalism didn't go unnoticed - Dr. Ly checked in with me every step of the way to make sure I was comfortable and was very thorough in explaining the findings on the x-rays. All my questions were met with knowledgeable answers and any concerns were addressed diligently. Dr. Lan did the procedure and was extremely attentive and meticulous. I felt extremely comfortable and at ease the entire time. You can tell a lot about the quality of care as well from the way the entire office is run - from the cleanliness of the stations to the friendliness of the entire team to the skill of the dental assistants in chair-side assisting. All the equipment were state of the art and modern as well. Overall, I can't say enough good things about Dr. Ly and Dr. Lan. In fact, I trust these guys so much that my wife and I will start driving from West LA to see them. Highly recommend them!

Fantastic experience: My Daughter had a dental emergency over the weekend so I went on Yelp searching and after reading through many, many reviews, I decided to email Royal Family Dental. I was only hoping maybe we will get an appointment in this week. Monday morning comes, I received an email from Lory that they had two availability to see my daughter. Shortly after I had confirm a time, I received a text and call about the appointment. She was so sweet and inquired everything needed prior to the appointment and sent over the forms via text so we may fill them out beforehand. We got to the office and we were greeted with a friendly and warm smile by Lory. The office was so warm, cozy, really cute, and clean. Everyone was so sweet and friendly, you just get a nice and warm vibe. I had explained my situation of hard of hearing and everyone was so understanding and patient with me. Most importantly, I appreciated how fast they were able to see my daughter. Dr. Ly was very nice, thorough with explaining what needs to be done, what medications to take, and what was recommended when I had questions about our situation. He was so helpful with explaining what was recommended and if we should wait until winter break for my daughter’s extractions or not. When my daughter and I walked out of the office, we both turned to one another and at the same time we said, “omg I love this place!!” I have been to quite a few Dental offices in Simi, and thought to myself how come we did not find this office sooner. I am so happy to have found Royal Family Dental on Yelp and I will definitely be staying with this office for a long, long time.

Fantastic experience: I hadn't been to the Dentist since before covid hit so I was due. My appointment was at 8:30am and I was promptly seated and x-rays were taken. Dr Lee examined my teeth and then he started a deep cleaning. He completed the left side and scheduled my next appointment in 2 weeks to complete the right side. He was very thorough and gentle. I've been a patient at Royal Family Dental for over 30 years and will continue to use them in the future as they are all you could ask for from a Dentist office. Fantastic experience: Royal family Dental Better than the rest! They are honest and caring, gentle and kind. I have had a fair amount of work done in my mouth and working with Dr Jonathan has by far been the best/ and easiest experience thus far. I could not even feel the needle when being injected, made sure I was okay often, was not in a rush. He explained why my last crown failed and rectified the problem. This whole office has restored my faith in dentistry. Anna worked with me in fitting my temporary crown and was very patent with me to get it done right. She did not have the it’s good enough mentality that I have dealt with in the past. I didn’t get out of the chair until it was perfect. I am so thankful for this dentist office. I will be singing their praises. P.s. they listened to my concerns and acted accordingly too! This is my short and sweet version of my review.

Fantastic experience: Had a bad experience with a past dentist that did some unnecessary and bad work. Came to Johnathan Ly for a second opinion. Had a great experience. He walked me through everything that is going on and in the end we decided to not do all the extensive work the last dentist was pressuring me into. They did an excellent cleaning and the office was really nice and so was the staff.
